Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

We come here regularly. Always good here. Clean, neat rooms. Furnishing a bit dated but fine. And a very fine bed. Breakfast is also always neatly taken care of. Parking does cost 8 euros per day extra.

Ben staying here two times, and both have been a pleasure. The room was nice and clean. Sheets and pillows was great and the staff is nice and helpful.

Some rooms are a bit cold due to lack of heating. The rooms are a bit drafty. But overall the rooms are very nice. Overall, the price is worth the service and facilities.

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

I had a wonderful experience at Leonardo Hotel Aachen. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was modern and pristine. Despite the beds being meant for one person, they were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it a delightful start to the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, further enhancing my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aachen.
