Check in process very slow. Nothing in the room, no safe, no minibar, not even a bottle of water!!!
Steam iron is not working, I have told the reception about this issue and they told me that they will sort it out in 5 Minutes. After 35 waiting no one came and I went to ask the reception again, and they were very cold saying, yes it is defective!! Really?!! So you were just wasting my time!! what kind of service is that!!

I'm very much disappointed to select this hotel for stay and paid lot of money for few nights.
It has very small rooms, no water or mini bar inside, no exhaust in the room and it was really depressive environment.
Even the pillows weren't cleaned and got greasy smell..
Never recommend anyone for the stay.

This hotel is a perfect fit for those going to the Messe. if you want to do anything downtown or need access to the airport, it will be a lengthy train ride. There is easy to access mall nearby but there’s very limited restaurants in the area.
The rooms are super super small and very basic. There’s no frills here. the breakfast is a big contrast to the rooms. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. It stays very stocked and offers. Just enough variety to suit anyone. I was surprised they even had beautiful colored peppers on the buffet.

My experience and assessment is about lost money and hotel inflexibility. After booking a hotel, I had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not receive tickets to the planned event. I did this 15 minutes after booking the hotel, I thought it wouldn't cause any problems because there was still a week left before the trip and the money would be refunded, but it turns out I was wrong. The hotel did not return the money or talk about changing the date.

Good location for a business trip or trade show. Rooms are standard and good enough for one or two nights.
But WHAT’S WITH THOSE DAMN SQUARE PILLOWS??? who can sleep comfortable with their heads on those ultra thin ultra squishy pillows? Spoils the entire night’s sleep. Does the hotel not test out these pillows? They are everywhere. Please provide better pillows.

The hotel was good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was also great. Many different varieties.
The one star i took out is for the pillows. The pillows were very flat and could totally not support the head. We had to fold towels and put under the pillows.

I will not stay here again. The rooms are tiny, pillows are lifeless (we actually ended up sleeping with towels rolled up), rooms are dusty, and the breakfast is so sad (eggs but no bacon, a toast machine that doesn't toast, half the coffee machines were broken). One redeeming factor at least is that the air con is pretty good. But this hotel is not worth the money - you can find better quality at better prices in Munich.

We went to watch a football match in the Allianz Arena, so we used this eco-friendly hotel.
The staff was very hospitable.
The rooms were clean and modern. A TV and AC was included. The bathroom included a hair dryer.
We had breakfast at 09 o'clock. By that time, there were already a lot of people. You get a typical German breakfast.
The beds and pillows were too soft for my liking, but that's just personal preference.
To go to the Allianz Arena, you typically need +/-30min. However, you can get hotels which are closer. The "U-Bahn" station to get to the arena is nearby.

Very well placed just in front of Messe Congress facility. The hotel is pretty basic and very much overpriced. In my room which I paid over 300€/night (being booked 3 months in advance) there was not even a table or desk where to work. There is basically nothing in the room and the common premises are also a little tight such as the cafeteria. Personnel provide a correct service though
