Waking up everyday for a construction noise is just not acceptable in a 4 stars wellness hotel. I can see from other reviews that the burst water pipe is the excuse.. Sorry but don't believe that you can't fix that for weeks, it's simply not true..

Beautiful location nice friendly service at the arrival desk and especially the catering staff. One man inparticular from Tunisia was especially cool but all staff were just as friendly. Amazing lake view and rooms were dated but so much more real than 'new' hotels with no character

Just 0 Points! 350€ for two nights (out of the season!) !!! in hotel which should be 4 Star Hotel! I think they forgot that we are not living in 70‘ but 2021! Balcony shared with two other rooms with Street View! Brown curtains, carpet you afraid to walk without socks, bed for two but two separate mattresses, pillows, hairdryer, toilet with calc… Room even not worthy to pay 50€ a night.

I paid a little over 200 / night for a "lake view" of a building. The place was a little worse for wear and the sauna / poor were closed. It kind of felt like staying at a motel. In my oppinion this place is overpriced for what they offer. Until they lower the price or renovate it's just not worth it. The only redeeming quality was that the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to speak to.

We had a company meeting and the Internet connection was the worst we ever had on an international meeting. If you think to organize an international event please avoid this hotel.

Food not good. Schnitzel with fish flavor and Käsespatzle with a lot of oil. Not recomendable for eating
