Hilton Cologne

This was a very clean hotel with an impressive front desk staff who were professional and polite. They greeted us every time we walked by whether we were coming in or going out. The hotel was located a stones throw from the majestic Cologne Cathedral and various shops and restaurants. There was a very sweet Asian woman who made sure that our room was sparkling. We appreciated her efforts. The room size was comfortable for two.

This was my first time staying in an actual Hilton (usually stay at Hampton Inns or other Hilton associated properties) and I'm sold. I'm a Hilton Honors member and I was offered a discounted upgrade to a King deluxe room which I took. The room was super spacious, clean and the large windows were so nice. Bathroom was plenty big as well and I appreciated the shower door (if you know the shower struggle in Europe... you know). The separate tub was especially nice after long days of walking. The location is perfect- steps from the Cathedral and tons of restaurants as well as the train station.
The lobby is beautiful, the bar looked very nice and the staff were all super nice. I'm totally converted to Hiltons after this stay.

Great location. Room was quiet and modern. The best part was the breakfast, which we all loved. Great variety and high quality food - on par with five star hotels we have stayed in. Would recommend to other families - brought in a rollaway and we accommodated 4. Fitness center was well stocked and surprisingly nice. Only downside was long lines at reception at times.

Overwhelming friendly welcome in the hotel . Extreme friendly personal. The location of the hotel is marvelous in the middle of town. Very nice hotel room with a great view to the cathedral.
The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was very good.
We enjoyed the stay and plan to come back.

The Hilton Cologne is a 10-minute walk from everything. Great location!
The hotel staff and amenities were exceptional. The steam room (4-10 pm only) was a nice perk, decent 24-hour gym, excellent breakfast options, swanky bar vibes.
This was the best value-to-cost option compared to other area hotels, with parking also.
My only issue was the analog AC dial. I wanted a bit cooler in the room, and while it did cool down a little, the fan stayed on and seemed not as cool as I had set.
Had a great experience here and highly recommend it. Save yourself time and just book here!

We come here very often and it's perfect every time. Everyone is very friendly and it feels like visiting friends. I especially want to thank Stefan from the restaurant, every time we come he is very attentive. Thank you very much. I love the hilton cologne, which puts a dot on the beautiful city of cologne.

I often stay at Hiltons around the world and I was blown away by the service here. Check in was so lovely with amazing service. My room was AMAZING. Incredibly clean and modern with an amazing view. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. We had room service breakfast that was delicious and above and beyond. I would highly highly highly recommend this hotel if staying in Cologne. The location rocked as well, incredibly central especially when traveling in by train.

My recent stay at Hilton Cologne was nothing short of spectacular, and it has set a new standard for what I consider to be the perfect hotel experience. From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a treat, but nothing could have prepared me for the sheer beauty and comfort of the room, not to mention the breathtaking view of the Kölner Dom.

The room was elegantly furnished and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. However, the highlight had to be the large windows that offered an unobstructed view of the Cologne Cathedral. Watching the sunrise and set over the Dom was a magical experience that added a unique charm to my stay in Cologne.

The full bathroom was another aspect of my stay that exceeded expectations. It was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with luxurious amenities that made it a delight to use. The attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the plush towels, added an extra layer of comfort to my stay.

Beyond the room, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable, offering personalized recommendations for exploring Cologne and ensuring all my needs were met.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience (and the highlight of our trip for my wife), largely due to the amazing view of the Kölner Dom and the exceptional comfort of the room and its amenities. It's a perfect base for anyone looking to explore Cologne while enjoying the highest standards of hospitality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit to Cologne.

Very pleasant stay. I would like to point out the friendly front desk staff. They were the best, super helpful and accommodating and gave good restaurant recommendations :) The rooms are clean and modern. Book a King Bed room with cathedral view. The surcharge is worth it. :)
