The shower area in the room is slightly too tiny to move around. The room is very nice and comfy. The staffs are also very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, unlike some of the other hiltons, there is no water dispensary in the hallway and water is not complimentary unless you are Honors silver and above.

Great location next to train station and the cathedral. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Bed was good. Staff were very polite and service oriented.
Front desk poorly staffed. 4 check-in terminals but only 2 opeators during the busy period from 2.45 - 3.20.
I attended early hoping for room availability. My room still wasn't ready at 3.20 so I was allocated another.

Nice hotel. Good location close to the rail station and cathedral. Short walk to other areas like Alter Markt etc. Helpful and friendly reception staff. We had a "King Hilton Guest room". Dressing gown, slippers and flannels provided which was great. Bathroom was good. Bed was average and very bouncy on the edge. Pillows were too soft and flimsy. We didn't use the bar so can't comment but it looked a basic uninviting space. Overall a good hotel.

The location is very good! The rooms are OK but not something high level as the Hilton brand suggests. Other hotels in the area have better rooms. The most frustrating things are 1. the service of the people working there as they were slow, unprepared and the mixed up the booking types. The manager had to step in. 2. the decoration, style and facilities of Hilton Cologne are stuck in the 1960s. Not impressive or luxurius at all. There are 3 and 4 star hotels in the are with far better facilities. That is a shame for a brand like Hilton really.

Lovely property, stayed here two nights recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a lovely location, minutes from the train station, cathedral and old town. The staff are amazing and the rooms are very nice, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite as a Gold member and they also celebrated my birthday with cake, wine and other treats in the room which was most appreciated.
The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice on the hot and cold buffet and items can be made to order as well. The hotel bar is also nice, with some lovely cocktails available.
Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Cologne, highly recommended!

Great location, this Hilton has great sized rooms, comfortable beds and perfect service. Ideal for families and for those travelling via train as the station is only a 5 min walk. Cathedral and old town are also very close by to explore.
