H+ Hotel Koln Hurth

Never heard of H+ before, but really liked it. Nice place, very comfy beds, strong pressure shower, great breakfast. Only things were they give you a complimentary water but refused to give me flat water even when I kindly asked, they had very scratchy uncomfortable towels, couldn't find the sauna or gym, shampoo was definitely not meant for shampoo and no lotion, no sheets only a comforter which was at least very comfy, and housekeeping tried to come in three times before ten am even on checkout day.

Really pleased with our stay. The hotel is dog friendly (we had to pay a extra 15€ fee). The staff was really nice and when we got the the room there was a letter welcoming us and our dog plus a can of wet food and some
Treats for her. Along with a bed for dogs and bowls for her to eat and drink.
The room was clean, with towels/bathrope and the mattress was comfortable. We were also really pleased with their breakfast. An all you can eat with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads, scrambled eggs, cereals and pastries… really complete. A direct tram that takes you to the city centre of Cologne is a 20 min walk from the hotel, but I believe there is also a bus stop nearby.

Great location for exploring Cologne.

While the hotel itself isn't the most modern (previously a Ramada), it's convenient for travelers with its proximity to Hürth-Mitte station and Hürth Park shopping center.

Our superior room was clean and spacious, with amenities like a coffee maker, mini-bar, bottled water, bathrobes, and slippers. A big plus was having windows that open for fresh air, and the bathroom even had natural light! Additionally, a garage parking space is included with superior rooms, but there's also ample free outdoor parking.

The breakfast buffet was remarkable, offering a wide variety of fresh options to suit all dietary needs. Coffee could be improved, but overall, no complaints on breakfast.

The hotel has a fitness center and sauna (open from 5 pm to 10 pm), which we didn't use on this visit.

It's worth noting that the hotel allows dogs for a 15€ surcharge, which includes a small snack, bed, and bowl. While this is a great option for pet owners, we found the dog bed and bowl weren't cleaned upon arrival. Hopefully, this is an oversight and not standard practice.

Overrall, This is a good option for travelers, especially those with cars, looking for a convenient location near Cologne as it takes only 20-30 minutes to reach Cologne center. The clean rooms, included parking (with superior rooms), and extensive breakfast buffet make it a comfortable stay.

Stayed at the H-Hotel Kreuzzstr Hürth (formerly the Ramada Hotel) for 7 nights in total. The breakfast is the best thing - huge amount of choice, and availability of breakfast for 4 hours (6:30 until 10:30). It was very clean; the teams cleaning are efficient and friendly. The showers are lovely: hot and spacious. Staff are friendly.
But the bed was too soft, and the pillows are too German and sink into nothing when you lie on them. So the night's sleep was not as comfortable as we would have liked! We paid around E90 to E100 a night incl breakfast - price varies on different weekdays.

Very easy, comfortable and in a very good location.
Restaurant staff could be better but front of house staff were excellent.

Mostly everything was ok from the breakfast, the staff to the room itself.
However wifi is usually free in hotel now and I am very picky about having the sunlight shut off at any time so curtains should be perfectly covering any area of the window.

Polite and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Usually good choice of evening meal. Close to Hürth park shopping centre.
