The room is big, and the bed is not a mini bed, which is very good in European business hotels. The hotel breakfast is still as simple and monotonous as before.
The environment of the nearby Wiesbaden Health Park is very good!

Absolutely amazing stay at the Mercure Wiesbaden. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing in the city and it was open till late in the evening. The location of the hotel was very central, you could walk to the train station, and there are many bus connections in the area. We felt very well taken care of, and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The hotel was very nice. The bar area was great and the bartenders were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a bit firm for my taste. I loved that the windows opened. The shower was just good. The water pressure was fantastic, but water leaked under the door and was all over the bathroom floor.

The room was clean and tidy, and was cleaned every other day. However, the cleaning staff sometimes only gave one bath towel, and the water in the refrigerator was not kept. In total, I stayed for 12 days and only refilled the water once. The breakfast variety was average and did not change every day. The overall feeling was average. The location is good, turn right and there is a bus stop in 2 minutes, turn left and you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes. It is very close to the Wiesbaden Christmas Market.

The hotel itself is excellently located between the train station and the centre, both within an easy walk

You can’t fault the decor in the open spaces and the staff are friendly, polite and professional.

Breakfast excellent

A wee bit disappointed that there are no USB charging points in the room, but not a big deal as we had travel adapters with us.

The hotel has a number of conference rooms which meant the bar etc was mobbed and noisy. In fact we were awoken continuously for about an hour in the small hours with “adults” running up and down in the corridors.

Then we were awoken bang on 7 am when some sort of roof based machinery fired up for ten minutes making an almighty racket.

I would perhaps stay here again but would definitely pack some earplugs next time

Great stay! I had a medical emergency and Amelia came to my rescue. She stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. She also stayed while medics attended to me and helped me gather items I needed to take to hospital with me. She had genuine care and concern. I was happy that emergency wasn't serious. She checked on me once I returned from hospital too. Such a kind, sweet and professional young lady. I was able to see her a few days later and present her with a small token.
