Stayed for one night while doing the Rhine cycle route. Staff were very welcoming at check in and my bike was locked in a separate part of the hotel overnight. Room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is more modern on the inside and has wood floors everywhere which can lead to a bit of noise from people walking around. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk into centre of town. Overall a good stay

Simple rooms but with all the basics, powerful shower, firm comfortable bed and desk. Wonderful view from the 6th floor restaurant with a good breakfast bar selection. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent English spoken. Bike storage available if you are doing one of the cycle trips

The doppl bed are not comfortable. Its basically 2 single beds beside each other, so it would slips away from each other and make a crack in the middle 🤣

Front desk staff was rude to me at check-in. Not a pretty start.
The rooms are newly renovated but the shower is so small, it’s absurd. All floors are laminate and therefore it’s loud and you can hear neighbors and everything in the hallway very well which is annoying .
Ammenities are very bare and the rennovation outcome is questionable

The hotel is located on a very prime location. Easily accessible by public transport fr the Central Station but you have a 15 min walk to reach there too. The view is amazing from the hotel room.
Placed just near the city center so majority of the tourist places are located in the walkable distance.
Clean room and friendly staffs. Definitely will book again when coming to Mainz.

Nope, not at all. The staff is old, unfriendly, too expensive, and the Breakfast awful. From the building out of pressed is what goes. The room was very specially cut and according to. There are a few of the rooms are renovated - it should be better. Never again.

A journey back in time to a long past time. For a night OK, it was clean. The price of 75€ for an Overnight stay on the weekend expensive.

Wi-Fi was broken, there was a 20 minute power outage, everywhere is built in, the view was obstructed by a scaffold. Our remote control was broken but we were put off until the next day because you have to make the technicians (Dafuq? ?)..

There is a Telekom Hotspot in the Hotel, but despite the non-functioning Wi-Fi (which is promised on the page) and non-functional TV, we were referred to the case of demand the fact that as we access to the Telekom Hotspot can buy..

Facilities: TV (With Pay TV) , Large room, the tables were dusty, very, shower gel and soap were sufficiently available and air conditioning. Area is very Central but also through the traffic very loud.
A Bicycle cellar is available.
Breakfast: Great Selection
Staff: Friendly, courteous, and nice.
Price: 70, -- €
Conclusion: Overall, a solid equipment, due to the size of the hotel is less familiar. The biggest criticism of the dusty room. For the Central location but the price is ok.
