I had the best time in every aspect. The view was great, and most of all, I was able to relax in the sauna and pool. The breakfast was also satisfying, with classic German options.

A very good hotel, but the point deduction is due to the inconsistent handling of smoking on the breakfast terrace and balconies. Smoking was permitted on the terrace during breakfast at certain times

Very nice and quiet hotel in the middle of the town. We were there with our 2 kids and we were one of a few families. Mostly elderly people so we had most of the pool and spa for us self.

As a result, smokers and non-smokers sat about 1 meter apart, despite the non-smoking table. It was also impossible to sleep with the terrace door open, as smoking was permitted on the balconies

This was extremely unpleasant for non-smokers. For this reason, the hotel is not recommended for non-smokers!

The half-board is still okay, but it has been better

Nice resort in an excellent location, 15 mins walk to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of options. The Deluxe Double Room we stayed in was quiet, we had a peaceful time.

The best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff! Also the SPA area is worth a visit. A restaurant and bar provide food and drink. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner buffet

Breakfast was great, haven't been to the dinner buffet. Dinner in the restaurant is very good. Italian-style food is served here. All in all, ViP is always worth a visit!

Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me. There’s a secure “corral” to store it in, but it took me a minute to find it the first time. The steakhouse that’s a part of the hotel was good

And plenty of those big basket things to rent where one can sit in… though I really don’t understand that. Back in the room, if one stepped out onto the small balcony, the Baltic was visible to the left

Someone else was standing right behind me with the same complaint. The front desk was apologetic, offered towels right then, and everything was of course ok the next day, so no major problem

The little wellness area is nice and not overcrowded, but you could also use the way bigger sauna area in the partner hotel. The big benefit of the breakfast is that it is open from 7 to 12!

Great hotel with a great view of the sea. Great service and very friendly staff. We were very comfortable. We find only 25, - per night for a dog is a lot. You don't even have a dog blanket in your room.

It´s a ten minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, and another ten minutes distance from the hotel to the beach. Thus, the hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but within walking distance of everything

I spent a weekend with some friends at Bansin, mostly for hiking. The Hotel consist of several separate buildings situated in a park- like surrounding. We stayed in one of the new buidings

It is beyond all praises. Really good place to stay and relax. Room was big, nice and comfortable. The hall for breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

The staff was so nice during our whole stay, rooms are clean and cozy with a nice view. The sauna is great as well, just as breakfasts which are always very fresh, plentiful and very tasty.

They do not get many English speaking tourists in this part of Germany, but we did not have any communication issues before we arrived or during our stay

Strandhotel Heringsdorf is a wonderful hotel overlooking the beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea. The owner and staff made us feel very special

Parking spaces are available, everyone should just park in the middle of their parking space, then you can park in and out without any problems. In Villa Regina, the rooms on the top floor can only be reached via stairs

Walking street near the beach

I travel extensively internationally. This was one of THE best equipped rooms and facilities I have experienced anywhere. The location is excellent for walking,shopping and the beach

Vegan food: As we were their first vegan guests, they were still struggling to provide vegan food but were very committed and engaged. They can serve a good vegan breakfast now here if you ask in advance

We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful

The hotel is well located between interesting places. The beautiful promenade is nearby, the Polish market and the promenade are easily accessible by bike. The treetop path is very instructive

After the basic renovation that was done in the Corona period, the house has become super nice. Parking spaces are given by number. Staff super friendly and helpful. A small path to the beach maybe 200 meters

Everything just fits together. What I would like to highlight in particular and what I noticed very positively was the warm welcome when I checked in. We were welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner

The entrance area, as well as the bar, the dining area and the rooms are all equipped with elegant wooden furniture. Even if I'm more of a modern, I found the hotel incredibly charming and elegant

A parking lot was provided for us. Our room was a junior suite on the top floor with an inland view. The breakfast left nothing to be desired

And the service too! I have nothing to complain about and can use the hotel with a clear conscience. Next time we are on Usedom again we will book again in Hotel Kastell!

The Hotel Kastell is near the Baltic Sea. It only takes you about 3 minutes to walk to the beach! The rooms look a bit luxury and most things there have a little golden touch
