Clean, on the beach… I was in room 2112 for a Monday-Saturday stay (Sommer 2024). A great place to hang out, much space on the beach to stretch out on. And plenty of those big basket things to rent where one can sit in… though I really don’t understand that. Back in the room, if one stepped out onto the small balcony, the Baltic was visible to the left. Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me...

Sehr gute lage direkt am Strand Sauna ist toll Frühstück sehr gut und frisch, kein Fertigei 👍 Personal freundlich und zurückhaltend, was sehr angenehm war

Am schönsten hat mir die Strandnähe und das Frühstück gefallen. Sehr schön ist ebenfalls dass alles barrierefrei zu erreichen ist. Was auch nicht immer selbstverständlich ist, dass ein Pool und mehrere Saunen zur Verfügung stehen. Sehr vorteilhaft sind auch die Tiefgaragen.

Wir hatten vier Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und sie langen auch direkt nebeneinander. Schon das einchecken verlief problemlos, sie haben genügend große Parkplätze und auch beim ausladen kann mann direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Leider finde ich die 17,50 € im Gegensatz zu letztem Jahr etwas überzogen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts. Die Bar ist auch immer...

Ansprechende, sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattete Zimmer. Eine Lage direkt an der Promenade und dem Strand, besser geht es nicht. Der Wellnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Halbpension als Buffet war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen von der Auswahl und vom Geschmack immer sehr gut. In Allem für ein so großes Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Einrichtung ihres Hauses und der Wellness-Bereich gefielen mir sehr gut. Die Trennung der Glastür im Bad/ WC war sehr angenehm. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen .

We booked a junior suite and they upgraded us to give us more comfort to a suite with separate children accommodation in bunk beds for them. They loved it as well as the little presents they received. The bistrot area has a nice terrasse and sea view. Very reposing stay.

Most of the visitors of the place are returning clients, which gives it very special German atmosphere. Nice beach around, spacious spa with nice view. Though a bit old. Spa resting room could have had a bit more comfort, especially in Sauna area. Quite nice hotel overall.

We had a great stay, the service in the restaurant was sometimes slow and the interior design is somewhat outdated - but that´s just a personal preference. The location is fantastic and the offers for kids are great. We had a really relaxing stay!

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Blick direkt auf die Ostsee. Tolles Frühstück. Super Unterkunft. Alles in allem rund um sehr schön.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war total lecker.

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, vielfältig und für Jedermann ausreichend sowie schmackhaft, Wunsch nach Wasserkocher wurde sofort erfüllt, Reinigung nach Bedarf und wenn sie nicht genutzt wurde, 1 EUR Spende für Grünes Projekt, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen

Die Aussicht beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und schnell. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön gestaltet.

1.) Die Lage -direkt am Wasser. 2.) Die Stillvolle Einrichtung- im Lounge-Bereich die schönen Lampen. 3.) Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wie man es erwartet von einen 4 Sterne Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was large, with an outside balcony. The room was at the back of the building, so the view wasn't fantastic. The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large, with a huge range of options and it was good quality...

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. Of course, a great kitchen. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper.com. This year it was a bit strange cause of you know what, but it did not takeaway from the holiday. I just made the most of it and had a great time.

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd. We felt that much welcome the it was a pure pleasure. The service was more than excellent. The dinner was good and we were happy. Thanks a lot for that nice unplanned evening!

The hotel is just beautiful, very comfortable and in an amazing location. We walked down to the beach, just a couple of minutes walk away, to see the sunrise this morning before breakfast. We didn't have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was fabulous. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony and pretty much everything we could want. Above all, the staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful...

Great room & brkfst. Try the steak at their Waterfront restaurant. Be aware that housekeeping cleans rooms every 2nd day. I find this unaccaptable at a 5*. If you need sthg changed call housekeeping.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The spa was incredible, I really enjoyed the saunas. It's very close to the beach as well. The included breakfast is great but it would be nice to have some labels for some things and some vegan options.

Very beautiful and well maintained premises. One of the best cut hotel rooms we have ever been in. Massages and pedicure were excellent. Swimming pool and beach were perfect. Service unfortunately rather comparable to a 2 stars hotel: Rooms were cleaned only every other day, Kiosk personal was often not available, the restaurant staff seemed to be widely demotivated, and was partially snippy - I guess...

An absolutely great and stylish hotel. I spend well over 100 nights a year in hotels, but this hotel and the service are top class.

We’ve stayed in the Steigenberger Grand Hotel for a couple of times and will always come back. The staff gave us a warm welcome at the entrance and made us feel comfortable for the whole stay. I love the unique maritim style interior. The rooms we had were comfortable, spacious, really clean and we were able to see the sea and a lot of beautiful sunrises. A wonderfull place to spend a relaxing time. Greet service. Warm and friendly ambience. Great Spa area. Good offer for special arrangements. Good quality in food.

Although I have stayed here in the past last night I just used the super 1,000 m2 Anconia Spa. Three hours of relaxing in the various parts of the Spa. After changing in I had a hot shower then a warm 20 minute swim. The rest of the time I went from Sauna to treatment room. A very enjoyable way to relax and warm up on a freezing night.

The best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff! Also the SPA area is worth a visit. A restaurant and bar provide food and drink. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner buffet. Breakfast was great, haven't been to the dinner buffet. Dinner in the restaurant is very good. Italian-style food is served here. All in all, ViP is always worth a visit!

Beautiful breakfast buffet ! Very loveley people, everyone is just so willing to help if there was something difficult. We enjoyed staying at the hotel a lot.

During my 3-week cure in Bad Bansin in 2012, I was a guest at the Hotel Bergmühle. I had booked a single room but as it was off season in March I had been upgraded to a double room by the hotel owner for the same price and was very happy with that. I was picked up by the driver from the train station and driven back. Since the hotel is a bit away from the town center, I couldn't even walk with my luggage...

Great location, great food, ........... I could stick with the list. Just book, go there and enjoy 👍👍👍👍👍

Very friendly employees and boss, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was varied and very good, as there was a good selection of dishes at dinner that were also very cheeky. We felt comfortable and the pool was a great addition. We'd love to come back

Beautifull beach hotel with a great breakfast, bike storage facility. Large rooms, only the bathroom we had was a bit to small.

The furnishings of the rooms are attractive, the bathroom is quite small, but offers everything you need. The cleanliness is very good, the staff (reception, service, cleaning staff, etc. ...) is nice and courteous. The breakfast is very balanced and extensive and there is enough space. Very large hotel room with modern bathroom, delicious and sufficient breakfast, room service and breakfast staff very attentive and friendly, great location at the end of the hotel promenade but still within 3 minutes' walk of the Meile restaurant.

The location is good and the staff is polite and helpful! The technical condition of the rooms needs to be checked and some things need to be renewed! Waiting times for breakfast of 15 minutes are not acceptable! The breakfast menu itself is plentiful and sufficient!

Nice hotel near the beach with cozy rooms. Unfortunately, there are organizational restrictions due to the flu requirements. Such as waiting times at breakfast, reducing the size of the dining area through the distance regulation. The breakfast buffet was very attractive.

Very quiet hotel in the second row on the beach. Friendly welcome and service. Rooms were clean. Room furnishings and breakfast were okay to good. The only drawback is the missing elevator: D

I have seen many hotels of all classes on my travels. There is seldom a piece of jewelry like the Baltic, so I am happy when I meet one from time to time. An old seaside resort, as I know it from Great Britain, only works with character and rough edges. "Of course" friendly staff gives the house a rustic and cozy ambience. An old banister and a nice assortment of books to go with it. Located close...

The decor of the hotel is getting on in years, but somehow it makes the hotel really cozy. The cleanliness is great as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. The beach is only a stone's throw away from the main entrance, not far from the pier. The staff is friendly without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. A star trigger only for the very narrow access to the shower, because you have to pull in your stomach 😉
