Das Abendessen etwas durchwachsen,Buffet ist nicht immer ein Genuss wenn der Gast etwas später zum Abendessen erscheint. Das Abendessen wurde bereits um 17Uhr angeboten,das war uns doch zu früh

Erwähnen möchte ich noch den tollen Pool mit29Grad Wassertemperatur ein Erlebnis wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt

Frühstück ok,es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Bad mit erfreulich großer Dusche

But the quality at the hotel restaurants was generally good. Despite being on the beach, there was no availability of beach blankets/towels, though of course they’d be happy to sell you something out of the gift shop

Probably still is… 😎 I had a bike with me. There’s a secure “corral” to store it in, but it took me a minute to find it the first time. The steakhouse that’s a part of the hotel was good

Generally exclusively German offerings for wine, but for a red, try the Meilenstein. The immediate area offers other more homey/rustic/inviting places to have a meal

That seems like something that should change. Es war ziemlich cool dass es direkt auf die Grenze mit Poland ist. Eine von die Tage, der Zimmer war nicht geräumt

Someone else was standing right behind me with the same complaint. The front desk was apologetic, offered towels right then, and everything was of course ok the next day, so no major problem

The best thing about this hotel is the super friendly staff! Also the SPA area is worth a visit. A restaurant and bar provide food and drink. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner buffet

Breakfast was great, haven't been to the dinner buffet. Dinner in the restaurant is very good. Italian-style food is served here. All in all, ViP is always worth a visit!

A wonderfull place to spend a relaxing time. Greet service. Warm and friendly ambience. Great Spa area. Good offer for special arrangements. Good quality in food.

Beautiful breakfast buffet ! Very loveley people, everyone is just so willing to help if there was something difficult. We enjoyed staying at the hotel a lot.

Although I have stayed here in the past last night I just used the super 1,000 m2 Anconia Spa. Three hours of relaxing in the various parts of the Spa. After changing in I had a hot shower then a warm 20 minute swim

The rest of the time I went from Sauna to treatment room. A very enjoyable way to relax and warm up on a freezing night

We had a great stay, the service in the restaurant was sometimes slow and the interior design is somewhat outdated - but that´s just a personal preference. The location is fantastic and the offers for kids are great

Most of the visitors of the place are returning clients, which gives it very special German atmosphere. Nice beach around, spacious spa with nice view

Spa resting room could have had a bit more comfort, especially in Sauna area

We had a really relaxing stay!

We booked a junior suite and they upgraded us to give us more comfort to a suite with separate children accommodation in bunk beds for them. They loved it as well as the little presents they received

Were here from November 12th to November 14th, 21st. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Breakfast is plentiful and we didn't miss anything. Swimming pool was enough for a couple of puffs

I wanted to send a birthday greeting with a bouquet of flowers. Without any problems and within an hour, Mr. Fleischmann organized the menu and bouquet to our greatest satisfaction. Thanks very much

Off season, so the restaurant is empty. But the Zanderfilet, which they allowed me to have with broccoli and grilled salad side without question, was absolutely delicious

Our room was quite small and the TV the size of a postage stamp, but we wanted to explore the area, so this was quite irrelevant. Swimming pool was small and very basic, but OK for a few strokes

It's directly at sea front, the rooms are nice and big, the beds are comfy, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is huge

The little wellness area is nice and not overcrowded, but you could also use the way bigger sauna area in the partner hotel. The big benefit of the breakfast is that it is open from 7 to 12!

As it was an adults only hotel, we really appreciated the stress-free environment! We love kids and have our own, but believe me, a few days with no kids at all was quite a blessing

Our dog was an extra 25 Euros per day, but there was no dog bed, just a small packet of pedigree dog food. There is no parking at the hotel, but very close by and inexpensive

Very friendly employees and boss, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was varied and very good, as there was a good selection of dishes at dinner that were also very cheeky

Everyone was very loving and accommodating. I only had to complain once because when I was cleaning the bed I saw that the pillow had a big old stain, but they apologized and of course replaced it immediately

I had booked a single room but as it was off season in March I had been upgraded to a double room by the hotel owner for the same price and was very happy with that

Very large hotel room with modern bathroom, delicious and sufficient breakfast, room service and breakfast staff very attentive and friendly, great location at the end of the hotel promenade but still within 3 minutes' walk of the Meile restaurant

The location is good and the staff is polite and helpful! The technical condition of the rooms needs to be checked and some things need to be renewed! Waiting times for breakfast of 15 minutes are not acceptable! The breakfast menu itself is plentiful and sufficient!

Very quiet hotel in the second row on the beach. Friendly welcome and service. Rooms were clean. Room furnishings and breakfast were okay to good. The only drawback is the missing elevator: D

From our room you had a great view of the sea. The bathroom was a bit small, but that didn't really matter. We booked a parking space in advance, which is strongly advised (about 300m from the hotel on a meadow)

The reception at the reception was very warm and friendly, the ladies immediately took care of everything and answered all kinds of questions. The wellness area was pleasantly empty and very quiet

We found the accommodation great - very spacious rooms especially with children. The (indoor) pool was much too cold and small children could not stand. Feeling of the building is great

amazing apartment in an old villa with big windows, comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. the spa and pool area was great too and easily accessible

In addition, a really big plus is the Tesla Wall Box

The duvets are also more for the winter. In addition, the apartment was very dark. If you can't find anything else you can certainly book the apartments, but I would definitely advise against the top floor in summer!

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Usedom, no problems. Clean, really good staff, and a great location. I can walk along the beach in both directions. I wrote about my experiences on the island in Black and Paper

The bathroom was very small, with no bath, just a shower. The room was very clean, the heating was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was large, with a huge range of options and it was good quality

We went there for dinner with two small children aged 4 and 6. We had no reservation - every other restaurant seemed to be closed due to vacation - neither were we guests of the hotel and it was december 22nd

The only thing I did not like was when it was time to go, they arranged transportation to train station, but a complete failure which cause me to have to run to train station. Transportation is not reliable from hotel

Small, fine residence, you should be able to make friends with the old-fashioned style of furnishing. We find that very delightful. Breakfast sufficient.

Strandhotel Heringsdorf is a wonderful hotel overlooking the beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea. The owner and staff made us feel very special
