Comfortable, clean accommodation in a convenient location

Wonderfully friendly and helpful host. Easy, convenient and safe parking. Delightfully decorated room with warm beds and nice clean bathroom. Everything worked like a charm. Super easy access. Right by a walking path that goes down to the river and park area. Added bonus that the bakery across the street serves life-changing breakfast.

Bonn has a different interpretation of the stars. This is in note way shape or firm a 4 star hotel in any other city in the world. But for Bonn it's OK. Breakfast is the best thing about the hotel. And the area it is in. The rooms are 2 star at best. Looks like a student dormitory at best

No coffee machine or fridge in my room. No drawers or safe either. Internet did not work, and their AC also was not working properly at the time. I could hear loud drilling and construction taking place upstairs all day, so I did not have a very restful experience. All in all a lovely weekend away in a nice hotel. On the main it was fine. Continental breakfast was sufficient, room was nice and clean and bar area was fine. But noisy at times maybe due to the hotel location and when the cleaners doing the morning round. Main issue was virtually no English speaking tv channels. Otherwise for general location to city centre and everything else, I’d stay again.

It was very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and bus/tram stations. As a suggestion, it would be really nice if they can provide a bottle of water in the room as a complimentary service.

When traveling on business or attending meetings, traveling abroad is not as convenient as in China. You need to arrange your itinerary and book accommodation in advance to better complete your journey. All of this is done through Ctrip, and booking is very convenient.

Great location. 10-15 min walk to central attractions and bars. When we arrived to the hotel, it was under renovation. So a bit surprised and disappointed about that.

It is close to the railway and has very good sound insulation. If you want to go to the Cologne Exhibition, you can take RE or S-Bahn directly. It is really cheap and good! Because of the good sound insulation, you don’t have to worry about not sleeping well and not having energy to go to work the next day. The facilities are modern and you can check in by yourself

Good price. Comfortable. One of the few hotels in Germany with air conditioning and this affordable. The only thing I wish it had is a mini fridge.

the room was very nice, the bed a little on the soft side and since the room was looking onto the traintrack, you could hear trains passing by as long as the window was opened.

Here for two nights for a conference. I arrived after midnight, and the automated check-in wouldn't let me in, as it owed me two cents! Fortunately some guests in the hotel found a staff member, who registered me manually. So I would advise arriving before midnight! Other than that, an excellent stay, and good breakfasts!

The cleaning service does a good job. The rooms are quiet. No good bath supplements. The breakfast is expensive. The internet connection speed is not so good. There's no fridge or anything and the rooms are too small. Oh and the pillow sucks !

We were very happy to find a place where we could bring our cat. Would be nice though if it was possible to rent a cat-tray and buy sand for the cats toilet. Luckily we brought our own.

Very nice apartment, I'm only here for 2 days as a transition, but I have to say very clean and the staff is very friendly. What I personally think is good ..... there are decent mattresses, nothing saggy or uncomfortable. The breakfast is very extensive and good.

My husband and I have just spent two nights in this hotel, which we can strongly recommend. The room had everything we needed, very clean, with tea/coffee making facilities. A good breakfast and very helpful staff. Parking was no problem.

Beautiful place, but be prepared for quite a walk if you're not arriving in a car. The Italian restaurant there deserves a visit, the rooms however could use a bit of renovation.

Went for a wedding. While the food was great the service lacked professionalism and the missing coordination of the the kitchen left some of the guests waiting for the main course.

Its ok but could be improved Room could have been better designed - space was not very efficiently used. Too much dead space without a table or a chair to sit on. Booked a king size bed but got a normal bed unfortunately. There is no key lock security to enter the hotel or the escalator. I recommend visiting this street in March or April. The street has so many flowering church trees, the whole street is turning pink. If you are into photography, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately we could only spend one night due to scheduling reasons. If we are in Bonn for a longer period of time, this apartment is a very good alternative to a hotel. We originally wanted to check in well before midnight, but because the flight in Frankfurt was 2 hours late and the autobahn was still surprisingly full during the night, we couldn't get into the apartment until after midnight....

Nice place to stay. Good size rooms. Comfortable for 5. Location was good as close to main train station. Most importantly though its a stones throw from the Bonsch brewery. I got assigned a small private room with a bed in an actual dismissed night train coach, parked in the middle of this massive indoor camping facility with Trabants and other veichles you don't get to see everyday. One of the most unique accomodation’s I’ve ever stayed at. I did not know what to expect but had been eyeing the BaseCamp on previous trips to Bonn. This time I tried it and will come back for sure! Everything is very clean, the old train wagon and trailers in good shape and the breakfast a good buffet selection (including vegan and vegetarian options).

The location of the hostel is a bit scary. So, the way to the hostel in the evening was scary. The check-in time was so, so slow. I arrived 10 minutes before the check-in time, but I was only able to check in after 30 minutes.

There is need to improve on the check in times . I ended up not checking in because my flight was delayed and they insisted that checking in time was between 4pm - 7 pm . I ended up booking elsewhere to cater for my flight that was landing around 9 pm .

Well, since it's a hostel it was okay for me. It's not a hotel. I had a clean room and bed. TV was there and it was working. However since there were multiple rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom it was loud. Bathroom looked worn down. In the morning it was always in use and therefore I had to use the kitchen sink.
