Very friendly service I am very grateful

Very basic hotel, looks quite old-fashioned but it has everything and very clean. Located just outside the old town, with many restaurants around. Worth the money. Just one thing: the lift is shaking a lot while running, that’s a bit scary 😅

The hotel is in a prime location, near Beethoven's former residence in the city center, with convenient transportation and a relatively simple environment. The single bed is suitable for a single person traveling on business. If you pay the room fee online, you will need to prepare a few euros in taxes for offline payment.

Very quiet, very clean, very useful the parking. it is minutes by walk to the center.

Unfortunally swiming pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast is very Good, All the staff excelent. Only to mention was not Air conditionate cool in the room.

There are many rooms in the hotel, and walking to our room felt like walking to the end of the world. The room is quite large and has a small terrace. It's just that you have to go up a few steps to the front desk, which is not very friendly to a small girl carrying a large suitcase, and the front desk staff will not help at all. The room was spacious and tidy. It is very close to Bonn train station and very convenient.

There is nothing to say against the hotel. The 4 stars are justified and what we felt was offered for a 2-day trip was more than fair. There is an inexpensive parking garage opposite (€4.50 per day) and you can get to a Rewe and the city center within 6-7 minutes. The only thing that bothered us was that the atmosphere reminded us very much of a hospital, because the hotel also offers long-term rentals...

A really nice and peaceful place. The room was clean and big. The service quality is on high level. We also had a discount for parking garage next to hotel, this is a very nice bonus.

It's a really simple hotel that gives all the basics that you need for a business stay, with friendly customer service and value for money price. I'll be back again next week.

Simple and functional accommodation After an initial challenge on the first day, the hotel offered a basic and functional place to stay. Happy enough to be going back again next week.

We stayed here before our early flight at CGN airport. It's a good hotel, advise calling or contacting ahead of time to get the parking situation explained -- you drive into a mall parking garage, which is good, but otherwise you wind up parking in the area and walking to the hotel. Highly recommended.

My daughter (11) and I enjoyed our stay! The staff were very kind and helpful! They let us store our bags there when we arrived many hours before check-in and kindly stored them for us after we checked out until our train left. So very kind, patient, and accommodating!! Highly recommend. Bonus: they spoke English and helped me understand the train directions!

Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Rooms were spotless, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Really nice breakfast. Very nice and quiet surroundings. I stopped there whilst bike touring and the kindly let me store my bike under cover.

Everything was great except for one episode, that's why I don't give 10. Big parking, nicely equipped rooms, silent location. Very good restaurant where we both dined and had a breakfast. We came across this hotel on our European tour, we were looking for somewhere to stay and found this charming little place by accident. They were very welcoming and accomodating! Staying with the dog was no issue. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great! The location is great for travellers with dogs as there are many places to walk.

Situated on the outskirts of the countryside, with a cultural atmosphere and excellent cuisine, a place of rest and relaxation.

Rooms are super comfy, they have an excellent training room, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone stopping by bonn, both for long and short stays!

The Insel Hotel was, as always (this is not the first or my last stay there), friendly, clean and comfortable table. The hotel is centrally located in the Bad Godesberg neighborhood of Bonn near the rail station. The breakfast is great.

I stayed for 15 days. I loved the area, lots of options for food, shopping, groceries, ice cream, walking distance to all bus routes, underground, and international trains. A beautiful park nearby, and lots of activities in the square by the hotel entrance at weekends. Highly recommended.

The hotel has all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I personally apppreciated greatly the gym and the sauna. The gym is rather small, but through the high quality multi-purpose equipment allows for a good full body workout. Fine 3star hotel to stay when you are on one night business trip. Room was clean, newly renovated and equipped. If you do not have own car it is possible to call hotel to arrange shuttle service from train station for 3e, otherwise it is 1,6km walk to to hill. €40 in a taxi from the airport. Arrived at 0130 and welcomed in. There was a fridge to purchase drinks from. Spacious comfortable room for the night. 20 minutes walk to the train station.

A good, clean hotel, close to the wonderful city of Colina, about 20 km away, and accessible via the highway. It doesn't take long, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Everything is available. It's a great place to spend a pleasant time with your family in this city, and the price is reasonable.

This hotel is good value for money and located right at the highway exit to Troisdorf. Is was a quiet night and effortless check-out. Where it lacks are the basic amenities, like a bar and a restaurant, with guests having to resort to vending machines for the most basic end-of-day necessites. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could have been a bit more extensive. For example, I missed fruit salad with the muesli, or even cucumber or tomato.

A recommended hotel, not big but very comfortable. Breakfasts were good. Of course, it should be a hotel suitable for self-driving tours, with free parking and convenient driving out to eat. Bonn and Cologne are not far away.

An excellent hotel and highly recommended. The Deluxe room was spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed and high quality linen. Rooms too small and I had the misfortune of being there in the summer heatwave. No air conditioning in my room (others had). Wasn't nice.

Smallest attic room but functional for one night. Working A/C! No elevator for last floor, but was not a big issue. Sweets, coffee and tea wait you at room. I use this hotel when in Germany for work. The location is right opposite the train station so is easy to get to from the Airport. It's also close to the centre of Bad Godesberg (suburb of Bonn) so plenty of choice for restaurants in the evenings. Hotel rooms are tiny! Clean but small! A charming, positive surprise Excellent value for money, simple rooms in an excellent location with a surprisingly good breakfast. Hotel was mostly empty when I visited, the impression might change when it gets crowded.

The cleanest, most comfortable room I had for a long time! The breakfast buffet is the best as well, even smoked salmon and other choices I haven’t seen in anything but a luxury hotel. The hotel is right by the pedestrian zone, very ice for strolling and shopping. A park with deer etc is close by as well, if you like to breathe some fresh air. Highly recommendable!

A lovely hotel, only a few minutes from station. If going to Köln lots of trains and easy to book on DB app. The room was on 5th floor, had air con and lovely views. The bed was so comfortable (but watch head if on top floor) and the pillows the best I’ve had in Germany. There was a TV which could be tilted for great viewing. We have been traveling all over Europe, the staff at this hotel was the nicest! They were ready to help in any way possible to make our stay comfortable. The location was ideal, 2 min walk to the railway station and the bus is right across the street. Nice restaurants close to the location.

The staff is very nice and the location of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the bathroom is very cramped and unfortunately there is only a tub and no shower. But for the price it's totally fine and we'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel as part of the Best Western franchise near the center in Bonn. The building itself is very complex built and gives this additional authentic look of the hotel. The rooms are nice and the interesting part is that the bathroom door looks like a wardrobe door. Hotel is good. The rooms are on the small side and the ones on street side can get quite loud as there are trams, and buses passing quite often. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the old town.

We have visited Bonn and stayed at the delightful Hotel Aigner at least 3 times the first in 2011 always for the Christmas Markets. The reason we keep coming back is because of the lovely staff who are there to ensure that you have a good stay. The rooms we have had are all really good the beds are comfy and the bathrooms well equipped with everything you need. Pre booking for car parking works best...

Great Hotel in the Centre of town. Very helpful and informative staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent . Town Centre 5 minutes walk away. Only down side, road though one way, rather small and busy. Getting into the yard to park car rather difficult and getting out again requires a Master Class. We managed though and as said before thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good, people kind, very nice breakfast. The room was clean with basic equipment. Noise from the trams was not comfortable but compared with more expensive hotels that have the same conditions this one wins. I can definitely recommend.

Some of the rooms are pretty small and the room layout is not well thought - you cannot watch the TV from the bed. Cash payments are not accepted. Very friendly personnel!

Quiet and quaint hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet a quick trolley gets you downtown quickly. Service was very good, and the breakfast is great. Will go back next time I am in Bonn.

It is very clean and neat place. You will always find gumi-bears Haribo on your pillow :-) which is noce because the fsctory od near the hotel. Breakfast room has an unique climate, a lot od wooden parts. All information are sent on email - code to get into the hotel if you came very early or very late. Really enjoy the staying!

Very nice and eingelebtes Hotel with very large rooms, good and quiet environment (if you don't get caught on the side of the main street) with many Restaurants in the vicinity. Also, the cleanliness is super.

The hotel is relatively old , like any other Hotel in Germany at this price point. The receptionist barely speaks any english and would only nod most of the times even if he didn't understand most of what I've said. The wi-fi did not work at all and even if I told the receptionist multiple time , he didn't fix it so I could barely get any work done without internet. The conditions are mediocre but...

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

Simple, but great hotel. It charges fair prices, the rooms are tidy, but can not be considered as "modern" or new. Very friendly and competent service! The breakfast is beeing served, with a small buffet. Free wifi (good quality). It's very good connected to bus and train, and also offers a few parking spaces.

Excellent location near the S-bahn and tram station. 25 min from Center of Cologne. 4 tram stations from center of Bonn. Hotel is rather old and could use a bit of renovation. Breakfast is served per table. Perhaps a self service breakfast would be a better idea.

We booked the room 3 hours before arrival as emergency stop in our trip. Nice clean rooms. Hotel doesn't have parking but there is some around. General good experience. Adding as permanent spot on our travel map.

The only advantage is the location, just 5 minutes from the Rhein. The room is very simple, no fridge, no teapot, thanks God there were towels) The elevator is very narrow, but have to use it , the room was on the 5th floor. The balcony was dirty with seagull excrements....One balcony is for 2 rooms. I won't recommend that hotel, no balance price-cervice

It's a decent hotel in the middle of bonn right next to the Kennedybridge. Rooms are clean, breakfast is awesome and service is good. I did miss a little fridge in the room and our room was quite narrow so our bed weren't together but it did have a very big balcony. Also if you stay in a room on the street side you might smell the shisha bars that are there. WiFi is freely available but not very fast...
