The hotel room that we stayed in was large. There was small kitchen, living room, and bedroom being separated by doors. The bed is comfortable and clean.
The only problem that I encounter is the toilet seat which is too high. I'm 173cm and I need to tip toe. My wife is 169cm and she wear her high heels when using the toilet. It is totally a design problem.
Oh, please be aware that the area near Hauptbahnhof is always crowded and noisy. It is safe during the duration of our stay.

Thank you Plaza Premium Columbus for the nice upgrade of room. It is spacious, directly facing the train station (such a lovely view ay night).

Came because of the location right next to the train station. It is a convenient location, but the area is not very nice.
The room was nice, but very small and minimalist. The breakfast was good but quite expensive. I would not go for breakfast again and eat somewhere nearby for half the price.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, room fantastic, only two slight drawbacks, tea and coffee not replenished daily and the location whilst handy being by the station it wasn't the greatest of areas but not the hotels fault.

They charged me 100 eur for nothing.
I cancelled after booking a few hours earlier on the same day. The place was underbooked anyway. How desparate do you have to be to engage in such business practices? Probably broke.

Nicely refurbished hotel, efficient online check-in, friendly and competent staff, two TV screens in family room, complimentary bottle of sparkling water - and quiet in spite of sitting right opposite the main train station.
