While the room has a contemporary design, the size felt somewhat restricted. The open hanging clothes arrangement at the entrance, while stylish, offered limited organizational options, particularly for guests with more luggage or those staying longer. For those needing to work, the small table and the chair without back support might impact comfort. The subdued lighting in the room could also be less suitable for guests requiring brighter conditions for tasks. The bathrooms, however, were well-lit and quite bright. A minor observation is that the low sink level could potentially cause splashing. For added convenience, the inclusion of a coffee maker and coffee in the room would be a welcome amenity.

I booked a sound proof room, as I was in need of sleep after a long trip. Imagine my surprise when I woke up at 5am with the next door people talking. And couldn't go back to sleep because the wardrobe makes a squeaky sound every time the people walked upstairs.
When I complained to the receptionist the only response was that I should have noticed it the night before. A very shallow apology, and no compensation of any sorts. I paid extra for a service that was not provided or just didn't exist.

Absolutely terrible hotel. We are titanium Marriot members. Checked in and asked to change one of our two rooms to a single bed, queen or king. They said they had no rooms left but when I went online, I could book a queen room for our same night so that was a lie. We checked in anyway. Set the air conditioning down to be cool when we return to the room after dinner. Left for three hours came back. The room is 3° hotter than even when we left. Front desk then inform us the entire hotels AC is out. Absolutely unacceptable in this heat. Ask for what discounts are given to us they offered me 10%.. absolutely unacceptable. They informed me they can open a window. Well that’s great when it’s 80° outside… they should be issuing 100% refunds and finding us all new rooms at another hotel. I hope as as many people as possible. Read this review and don’t book here.
