Only real complaint is the window barely opens. You want fresh air, but you can't really get it. Good internet and otherwise nice place to stay in Essen.
When I complained to the receptionist the only response was that I should have noticed it the night before. A very shallow apology, and no compensation of any sorts. I paid extra for a service that was not provided or just didn't exist.
I had ordered food one day and didn’t get a notification it was delivered. As I was walking to the lobby I met a man who works there called Artion, who was bringing my food to the room.
It was completely unnecessary but very sweet!
