Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean and comfy. Breakfast is very reasonable with good variety of foods. People working at hotel are awesome and always happy to help - I can surely say that they are the best part of the hotel!

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. For €200, I would expect significantly better. I would put this hotel at 2 stars. The rooms are extremely outdated, the beds are firm and are uncomfortable. I reserved a single bed room and was giving a double bed, which the beds were too small for me to fit comfortably on on without hanging off the edge of it. I went and asked for a single bed, and the manager informed me there were no single bed rooms in the hotel to begin with, although both of my colleagues had single bed rooms. Which according to the manager did not exist. The window does not open enough to do anything, and the cooling for the room blew hot. They charged me for parking with the hotel although I expressed multiple times I was in the public parking area, and provided my ticket for the public parking. But they still charged me. And then they charged me with breakfast, although that was not included in my stay. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel, it is way overpriced for the services provided.

Very centrally located, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, as was the bar in the evening. I would have expected that for the price.
Would book it again and recommend it.

Accessibility by train was good!
Cleanliness was okay, except for the lack of towel changes!
Service regarding keycard issues was so-so!
Regarding amenities, I missed a kettle or coffee machine!

Parking is not for free and is super expensive, the sauna and wellness were unavailable.

Nice and clean hotel. The service in the restaurant was great, breakfast had many options. Overall it was very pleasant!!

Centrally located, clean, and well-equipped hotel. A rich and varied breakfast. The service desk was average. Unfortunately, a room with a double bed wasn't available, but the two single beds could be put together. All in all, a solid hotel with good service.

Great location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!
