Ferienhotel Schwarzwälder Hof

The hotel has been under new management since October 1, 2025, making us the first to visit. From start to finish, we received a friendly and warm welcome. Emanuel rightly informed us that not everything was perfect yet. Nevertheless, we noticed every day how the standard and quality improved. In addition to the friendly owners, we were particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet and dinner. The only point for improvement here would be more choice of courses. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, and we can imagine returning.

Very attentive, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and, in my opinion, equipped with everything you need. The breakfast offers a good selection. Bread rolls must be ordered the day before. In bad weather, the sauna and swimming pool are inviting, which are also very clean.

A very beautiful pond is within walking distance.

Definitely recommended.

the service the foods & drinks the people is amazing but my room (20) had a light outside that would shine at night it's kinda annoying 😅

Really an oasis of well-being with a romantic flair, a family atmosphere and very fond of animals. I spent Christmas there with my daughter and son-in-law and it was more than perfect, so much so that we didn't even want to think about going home.
The rooms were very comfortable, nothing was missing. Even our little furry friends were thought of. So cute :-)
Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
The staff is wonderful, you can really feel the family atmosphere, very warm and really sweet.
The menu for Christmas was simply "SUPER", many thanks to the great chef. The breakfast buffet was also very good, nothing was missing.
Not to forget the wellness area, very beautifully designed.
All in all a very nice family hotel to switch off and enjoy.

A small oasis in the Black Forest – pure warmth and enjoyment

I spent the Christmas season in a magical hotel in the Black Forest that thrilled me from the first minute. It was like a home away from home - only a little better.

As soon as I arrived I felt the family atmosphere that characterizes this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Angelo, whose attentive nature made my stay even more special. I also particularly remember the manager with the red hair: with so much commitment and care she ensured that the guests didn't lack anything. Her warmth was simply contagious.

The hotel was decorated with great attention to detail - especially at Christmas time. It was a little winter fairy tale. Warm lights glowed everywhere and every corner of the hotel was tastefully decorated. I found it particularly nice that the four-legged guests were also taken into consideration: a little surprise in the form of dog treats was waiting in my room - such a loving gesture that shows how attentive this hotel is.

The breakfast was rich! From fresh bread to homemade jams and regional specialties – no wish was left unfulfilled. I also thought it was a cool idea to fill the breakfast appropriately according to the guests' information (rolls and eggs) so that nothing was thrown away. The Christmas menu was to die for! The dishes were not only incredibly tasty, but also prepared with great sophistication. Thanks to the great chef!

I felt so taken care of and cared for during my stay that I didn't want to leave. This hotel is a real insider tip for everyone who values ​​warmth, comfort and enjoyment.

One thing is certain for me: I'll be back! Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable time. You have conquered my heart!

We were on vacation for ten days and were satisfied. The dinner was very good and plentiful. The breakfast buffet was also good. The rooms were quite and clean. The service staff was friendly. The swimming pool is a bit small and the water is too cold for our standards.
