My favorite hotel at the black forest area. Has a great and unique chef restaurant. Marvelous rooms which are always clean. The local team is very nice to their customers. They even provide the red card !

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful part of Germany. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The included HTG card meant most of the summer activities and free. They also have good free charging for EVs. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here in the late 80's and early 90's for family skiing vacation finding it online brings back so many great memories for me. I hope someday to return to visit the Sonneck and the Feldberg-Schwarzwald area. I am happy to see that this place is still vibrant and well run.

Cozy hotel in the Black Forest. Has everything you need.

Great hotel, I would recommend to anyone, nothing is missing. In the basement is a cozy swimming pool and sauna. Rooms are very well equipped, we enjoyed dinner in the evening as well. The breakfast buffet was very varied and great. We were able to accommodate our skis in the garage. What a pity that we could not use the ski bus, either for traffic reasons or he had a breakdown. We dropped into the restaurant after a long, hot day of traveling, feeling a bit disheveled. We were welcomed courteously and shown our table right away. Ok so the food was amazing, the service was excellent. I also proposed to my partner here, the staff were fantastic in helping me make plans. We had a fantastic evening, cant wait to come back.

Finally a very good meal in the Region. Booked through Michelin (like other nights at other places) and we were not disappointed. Excellent aspargus, salad, local game dishes and local deserts. So great food by the family chef. Very good and personable service. If there was one disappointment it was the wine list which had many items, but overall not a great selection of quality wines.

Wonderful place near our B&B. Superb food and service! And be ready for large portions. I ordered one of the small mains and even that was extremely filling :-) Definitely recommended !

Beautifully decorated, well equipped. The Villa is very modern and well kept. Everything in it is of the highest standard. The back yard overlooks a small stream. Dishwasher pellets, laundry detergent, fully equipped kitchen are all included.

Absolute winter dream! Huge natural trunk house with approx. 200 square meters, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and garden. The underfloor heating made the whole thing even more comfortable. Sufficient for up to 10 people. Nothing is missing here, we are particularly impressed by the details. The entire house was meticulously clean down to the smallest corner. The log houses are unique, unfortunately the style of the houses is not consistent. The wow factor on the ground floor is partly lost on the upper floor. The outdoor sauna with its panorama window is also an experience and to this day I have not experienced anything comparable in terms of quality in connection with a chalet. Thuja hedges and concrete kerbstones in the outdoor area do not fit these...

I was able to gather impressions in this beautiful house even before the official opening (December 1, 2021). With attention to detail, the renovation was carried out and an oasis of well-being was created. Great bathrooms, stylish rooms, a magnificent view and very personable hosts.

We stayed here in December- 2 adults and a 4 year old in a family room. This hotel was such a great surprise. It’s literally right at the base of the ski slope (the yellow building.) Well, the hotel is new. Built in December 2015. The rooms and well everything is new! And I've got a feeling that the hotel has not been built yet. It's somewhat cold in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. The front desk service is adequate not more than that. There is a construction work just outside: Two more hotels are being built.. Parking is free. We stayed in apartment 1 for a short skiing holiday. The booking was quick and easy. The apartment is clean and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. The contact with the landlords was friendly and pleasant.

It's been a while since we were there so this review is long overdue. Very nice and well-equipped small apartment, clean and with that certain something. Whether skiing or spending a weekend with our dog - we thought it was great and look forward to seeing you :)

Overall the apartment is fine and very well located within 30min drive to enough sights to fill a week. The hochschwarzwald card is an excellent benefit as well. There were a couple things we missed in the description - first, there is no oven, just a microwave. Also, while there is a small fridge it does not have a freezer. The accommodation for 4 people is marginal and would be better suited...

I came here to write a review, having not eaten here in years. I still dream about the gravy they make - literally the best gravy I've ever had accompany my dish. If nothing else, phone them up and ask when they are making a batch and slowly drive by with your windows down. An all 5 sense experience. Incredible.
