The hotel is brand new, the decoration and furniture has been chosen with a lot of taste.
The rooms was very spacious, luminous and clean. The only thing “issue” is when you take a shower water goes everywhere as there are no curtains/door
The front office and employees were all very nice, accommodating and careful of the guests.
The breakfast was short for us but of high quality and good fresh products.
The only negative point is the location of the hotel (about 30 min from the airport and train station) otherwise the rest is great!

I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very frustrating experience on the second day. The TV remote control didn't work – presumably because the batteries were dead. I called the front desk and asked for a new battery to be brought to my room. The answer was: "No, that's not possible, the technology is down. You can pick one up from reception."
When I explained that I was already in bed and asked if it was really not possible to bring the battery to my room, I was brusquely told that this wasn't possible and that I should go to reception myself.
But this wasn't just a one-time problem: The next day – and the next day – and the day after that – the remote control didn't work. Even when the technology was supposedly up again, no one bothered to repair or even test the remote.
The management contacted me and apologized, but nothing happened. At the same time, management told me „that the hotel doesn't offer room service“.
The message the hotel is sending to its customers is: „Thank you for your complaint; we do not care about it though…"
I've never encountered such customer-unfriendly and arrogant behavior in any hotel. Apparently, it's too much to ask a guest to provide a working remote control—let alone address a reported problem. Greetings from the service desert of Germany.
I will definitely never book this hotel again and can only advise against it to anyone who values a minimum level of customer service.

It is very strange. The hotel is located outside the city, you would then expect very good parking facilities. The garage has obviously no arrangement with the hotel, and there is no solution driving in and out at the same day other than paying every time, instead of having a day ticket with a fixrd charge of 22 euro. Also, the wifi is too slow in the room and mobile entrance cards do not operate in the elevator.

From the moment I opened the hotel door, I was enveloped by the gentle aroma and warm light. The front desk lady smiled and handed me welcome cookies. The words, "Thank you for your hard work," warmed my heart.
The room was even more amazing than the pictures! The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows faced the city/landscape. In the evening, leaning on the bean bag to watch the sunset, even my breathing slowed down. The bedding was so soft it felt like wrapping myself in a cloud. Even I, who usually sticks to my bed, slept through the night. Even the air conditioning was perfectly adjusted. I love the details!
If I had to point out a downside... it was that I was reluctant to leave when I checked out! This place will definitely be my top choice next time I visit. ✨

I had a great experience at the Courtyard Munich Garching. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms that are both comfortable and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the contemporary design.
The service was consistently very good, with staff who were courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay.
The location seems a bit lost in the middle of nowhere but you have the U-bahn right down the hotel, which takes you to the city center in ~35 minutes.
Overall, a solid choice and I would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Courtyard Garching for two nights. Everything about this hotel feels new as it opened in June 2021. There is paid underground parking but there is so much free parking in front of the hotel that I rented a car so that was an advantage. Garching U-Bahn station is right next to the hotel on the U4 line, 25 minutes by train from Marienplatz. At this Courtyard breakfast is not free for Marriott Platinum/Titanium members, unlike the Courtyard Cologne and Courtyard Munich City Center where breakfast was free, that was the only downside to this hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

The room is quite big, but the air conditioner is very dry, the clothes are dried overnight, it is very close to the subway station, the sanitary environment is not bad, the breakfast is also very rich, and the Wifi is also quite fast

It's pretty good. The location is a bit cheaper, but it's pretty good. There are a lot of people staying here. It was a bit cold when I came. Overall, it's okay. It's very close to the subway.

1) Late Check-out: no matter how often you tell them that you want a late check-out and no matter if you put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door, the cleaning staff will enter your room at 12:00 no matter what. I experienced this many times already. It is a problem with their internal processes that they don’t seem to understand.
2) Internet not working: even after complaining many times they were not able to provide WiFi on the room during the 3 days of my stay.

The hotel is good, breakfast is a solid 4 out of 5. Disadvantages: it was difficult for me to get there, soundproofing is 0, you just hear what your neighbors are doing online.
