Very clean and nice hotel. Got it for free from Lufthansa because of airport delays and i was very positively surprised of the hotel. Service was top notch and i felt so welcomed there, which was really needed after a long day. Food was great, rooms are extremly clean and even the toilet papers in each bathroom was folded beautifully. Very convenient is that bus takes you from airport to hotel and back as well. Breakfast is opened from 5am (maybe 4:30am, don’t remember exactly) and airport shuffle is also driving from 4am. Really pleased with this hotel!

First of all I booked cause of price for my overnight stay transit . If you figure after up and down of taxi fare it was stupid decision. You hardly get shuttle from airport so pay around 30 euros for taxi . From hotel you can get shuttle for 10 euros. Staying at airport hotel would be best choice. No one speaks English even they can . So getting a shuttle at airport sucks. No coffee in room no toothbrush paste basic things .only liquid soap in bathroom . 1 towel . Feels like in room hotel management is struggling saving each and every penny they can lol. Rooms are very small but I was alone so fine .No USB charger in room. Very basic need today . Overall I will not recommend if you are a transit passenger prefer airport hotels . Saves time money and harassment

Rooms very small but nice designed.
0 for service and professionalism of staff.
Receptionist ( male ) was very not professional and rude. Room service was not provided during my stay ( 2 nights) , even trash was not removed from room.
No any amenities.
If u need hotel only for transit, it is near airport.
And very away from downtown.

For $240 CAD per night (oct 2025), I expected a lot more.

Pros:
- clean room and comfortable bed that’s close to airport

Cons:
- bare minimum hotel. There was only 1 pillow provided and a very thick comforter. There’s only 1 soap in the bathroom that can be used for hair, body and hand. Nothing else is provided (not even a toothbrush cup)
- minimal wall insulation
- a little difficult to get to from the public transit (train then bus then walk)
- everything is extra (buffet breakfast is 18EU, shuttle is 10EU each way although they give you 2 tickets per person suggesting that you could take the shuttle back if you’d like
- no restaurant in lobby and they only provide frozen pizza.
- nothing around the hotel to see or go to for food

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I took the shuttle service in the early morning. The bus does not just drive from the hotel straight to the airport as it picks up more people at other hotels, so it takes longer than the 10 minutes shown for the route on Google maps! My only complaint is that I could hear all the other guests that would walk and talk in the hall.

Location was convenient for me. Clean rooms, but it seems isolation of rooms was not enough. Almost everything could be heard in next rooms. Breakfast was average. Hotel staff were nice and friendly.

If you just want to stay close to the airport this is a good choice but if you're looking to explore Munich it is very far away. Bus services stop running late at night so you'll need to do call an Uber to get you to the hotel. This hotel has a beautiful entry to welcome you but the rooms are extremely basic. Walls need painting, no luggage racks, not enough hooks which makes it difficult to get organized. The bathrooms are clean, modern and nice, but I'd recommend choosing a better located hotel to save money on transportation costs. Staff not friendly.

Near Airport, staff is nice but no need to spend 18eur for breakfast there, it is not worth.

Rooms were simple, but clean and overall close to the airport if you want somewhere close.
Not super convenient to the city, but not inconvenient either unless you want to stay in the city late for drinks and whatnot.
Service was great and the team was super helpful and it was appreciated.
