The hotel is located in an industrial park about 4-5km south of the Munich airport.
Understandably, this location is good for business meetings around the area.
The hotel is quite minimalist, but not necessarily in a good way. There were no bottles of water in the room, not even cups or drinking glasses. The rooms are quite small, and the rooms are not cleaned each day.
Because it was the fall season and many festivals, rooms were limited in Munich.
Prices were extremely high, but this is due to supply and demand.
This location is better for business travelers and not for sightseeing. But I’m saddened by the fact that simple amenities are no longer available in hotels in Germany. Is this something new? Or is it in response to high costs of living?

Frankly one of the best service staff I’ve interacted with in a long time. We had our flights cancelled and about 30 of us came to the hotel and Bastian at the reception was an absolute star who made sure we had a lovely stay and also helped us coordinate the chaos of last minute bookings and cabs. Thanks a lot Bastian!

Leaving a review due to Bastian’s incredible service. There was a group of 20 of us that got our flight cancelled and all came to the hotel and he was extremely patient and kind. He accommodated our unique requests and did it with a smile. Thank you very much Bastian!

The location is somewhat close to the airport. Hotel has a basic but modern feel.
Rooms are smallish but comfortable enough (only a one double bed option for the entire hotel).
The price was a little high for an "express budget option".
The reception lady in the late evening was cool and quirky, but a different lady in the morning was racked with sadness and misery.

Modern, minimalist style hotel but within bus shuttle of Munich Airport. Room was clean and well thought out. I particularly liked that the TV had a cast option allowing me to what content from my phone using the same media subscriptions I have at home. Breakfast was functional with the usual assortment of cold and hot foods. Reception was welcoming on arrival. There was an error annotating that I had paid for breakfast which meant that I had to go back up to my room and get the receipt. The issue was easily rectified but staff were a bit frosty until I presented proof of payment. I'm sure this was a one off and would use the hotel again for future business trips due to the sheer ease of location.

No fuzz hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bed.
Shuttle service could be a bit or miss. I couldn't find the shuttle to the airport, it was very late in the evening and I was tired but note which terminal you are for you to find the shuttle. I was able to get the shuttle from the hotel to the airport the next day.

Clean, modern and chic rooms. My personal highlight was the staff. They were so nice and kind - made my day after my flight was cancelled. The airport Shuttle worked perfectly.

Stayed here two nights at end of May 2024 and there are at least 3 huge reasons why you should choose this hotel:
1. It's extremely close to Munich airport
2. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, patient, and understanding
3. The breakfast is AMAZING and the COFFEE choices are stellar. Don't complain about the added price for breakfast because it would be twice or three times as much for less quality.
In addition, the hotel is extremely close to a GORGEOUS park, that houses the Airport Fussbal stade, tennis courts, fitness course, shooting range, sitting amphitheatre and runner/walker paths that span for miles. This is a gorgeous setting and I can't believe that no one has mentioned it. As someone who loves to walk and run and get out while traveling, this is a huge plus. There isn't a gym at the hotel but who needs one with this park only a short walk away.
The style of the room is unique and it's true they don't have cups or coffee, or anything in the room for you, but they do have excellent and modern style, numerous and plenty outlets including two at each side of bed, and great lighting.
For meals other than breakfast you probably will want to venture out, but they have a well stocked mini grocery with a good wine and beer selection and basic variety of snacks, both shelf and refrigerated. They also have a full bar.
BEDS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE. LOCATION IS VERY QUIET (at least during the weekend when here). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Book it on Priceline and get a great deal too...

All the positives end with the lobby area. Rooms -》Small, maintenance issues with shower head, toilet seat, no drinking cups/glasses, no place to set luggage, no closet. I stayed 4 nights. Recommend no more than one night. Rooms cleaned only every 3 days. Instead of fixing broken shower head moved me to another room which also had broken head and broken toilet seat.

Typical transit hotel near a large airport. Small rooms at a great price (definitely great value). Nothing special or specifically noteworthy. Quick check in and checkout. Paid parking on-site.
