The hotel would diserve 3 stars, for the breakfast which is not that good, without too many choices, the room was pretty standard, nothing special, it was clean and confortable, however I would like to give one more star for the reception guy (I arrive by night on Tuesday) who was extremely friendly, and efficient, he was helpfull and relaxing, a big big thanks to him :)

I Stayed at Courtyard Garching for two nights. Everything in this hotel feels new as it was opened last June/2021. There is a paid underground parking lot but there are so many free parking spots in front of the hotel, I rented a car so that was an advantage. Brand new hotel with great rooms & amazing staff! The rooms were nice & clean, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was really nice! The staff was very friendly & the location was very quite!

Room was big and comfortable, fitness centre was well equipped and breakfast was tasty. However, they don’t offer esspresso with breakfast and that would be nice!

This is a lovely hotel that is well appointed and conveniently located - a short walk to a subway station will full access downtown Munich. We had an issue in the room that was resolved appropriately.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and they made it extra special with a few complimentary treats. Attention to detail is superb - for instance there is a popcorn machine for guests and a lot of nice organic/bio products. Hotel is located in a quiet area and you reach some restaurants/supermarkets within a short 10 minute walk.

This is a nice hotel close to the airport with parking in the basement. We liked the peaceful atmosphere around the hotel as it is surrounded by residential blocks. The breakfast is also delightful thanks to the great skill of the kitchen staff. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming over to Munich and also do not wish to stay in the city.

This is one of my favorite hotel and my favorite hotel in Munich. The attention to detail is mind-blowing. They use sustainable materials wherever possible. Everything is of highest quality. Love the concept.

My experience was not hosting, because I had a scheduling problem and had to cancel the reservation. What I can say is that the cancellation of the reservation was really fast (immediate), practical, friendly, and made directly on the hotel website, that is very easy. Normally, canceling a reservation at other hotels can be very bureaucratic and unpleasant. Motel One was perfect.

Nice enough Motel. Just watch out for the parking in front of the hotel. It’s a no parking zone, and you get ticketed even during the night.

I visit Garching often for work and I always stay at the Hoyacker Hof. Everything is excellent and the breakfast is truly outstanding!

To my point of view the best hôtel in Garching. The staff is so friendly and helpful !!! Room are beautiful, quiet and very well isolated. Wifi is fast. Breakfast is perfect.

I stayed here for almost a week while at a conference. The rooms are larger than I've had in many places in Europe and comfortable. There is much wood and the rooms and hotel are quite pretty. The staff are helpful and friendly. I speak only very basic German and had no trouble communicating in English with everyone I interacted with. Excellent hotel in Garching. Staff are amazing. Place is warm (because of the heat system and the people!). It is very close to Sbahn, and there are some places around to have lunch/dinner. The breakfast is a very complete buffet! Recommended!!!

I have stayed at Hotel Hoyacker Hof twice, once in 2011 and again in 2017, while in town for business. It's a very pleasant hotel and the room I had each time was well furnished, clean and functional, with a comfortable bed and large closet. The room I had this time looked out over a courtyard (and nearby apartments), and it was fun to watch what was going on. The only problem I had was that the rooms...

Great location, with or without a car. I mean you cannot get a better location between the airport and downtown or the Oktoberfest location. Rooms are standard Ibis, staff is friendly, attentive and always helpful.

Rooms are cold... Breakfast was not to my taste. There was variety but everything felt tasteless :( other than that it was clean and quites.

This hotel is located in a business area very close to the city of Munich with access to the train and bus station nearby. Clean and accessible with a friendly staff who obey the standards of sanitation imposed by the pandemic. I have traveled for work.

Very nice hotel. It says budget, but that's only on the sense of lacking hotel bar, gym, pool, room minibar, or restaurant. For me it was a great experience and very good value for money. Room is clean, decent sized, and quite. I definitely will stay there again next time I'm in Munich

The rating was based on the hotel being a "budget" hotel. Firstly, there is a time everyday where the receptionist is not there (I believe it's early afternoons) and you are forced to check in on the kiosk. The check in kiosk is confusing, and when I used the kiosk it only checked me in for 1 night out of the 4 nights I booked online. Later in the day I found the receptionist there and got it corrected...

It is in outskirts of Munich. Basically it is a budget hotel, no coffee makers, fridge etc. Buffet breakfast is available we had only coffee, coffee was good. Overall it is ok for one day stay and that too in the budget.

Perfect for stay for everything(holiday bussiness) . All equipment what you need. Close to metro, shop,pub. Very pleasant stay.

Value for money, nice rooms and good equipped kitchenettes. Be aware no staff is around. Entrance by code-lock, send just before arrival.

Great place and awesome location just a min away from the u ban station and lot of restaurants available just outside the place only issue is the church bells ringing early morning at 7 AM :( and ur holiday morning sleep is gone for a toss 😂😂😂

Great location, rooms are nicely furnished and makes you feel really comfortable. Rooms have a small fridge, lots of glassware and silverware, fast internet but no microwave. You can only cook on the stove. The room was really clean.

Breakfast in the room was delicious and so convenient, especially for solo travelers, could order different things everyday. The room was modern, comfortable and with nice shower, towels heater, smart tv and good wifi reception. Even though my room didn't have a kitchen inside I asked for a microwave and got it the day after.

Really nice room. In my case, the bathroom was really small for me and no windows there. The rest really recommended. Receptionist(girl) really friendly.

Great little B&B spot. Breakfast every morning is fresh and delicious. The people here are friendly and (mostly) speak good English. Still, if you're an American visiting someone else's country, you should at least learn a few words of the country you're in. It's just basic courtesy.

I really liked this hotel. It had a more personal and comfortable feel to it, and was in a quaint village location. The room I had was big with three beds, but the shower room was quite small and functional.

My family (10 people) stayed in Maria's Inn two weeks ago for a long weekend. They highly complimented the cleanliness of the place as well as delicious breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. One gets a feeling that this is very well run family establishment. The rooms are airy, spacious and nicely decorated - we booked single, double and triple rooms. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice and pleasant stay! The rooms were clean and the furnishings simple and nice. The staff were always available for questions and assistance, very friendly and courteous. Would only choose this hotel if I go to Munich again! Price performance is right and you feel welcome! Good connections with public transport and easily accessible by car! Parking spaces are also available!

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Garching Munich. The room was very clean and nice. The hygiene measures are very extensive and adapt very well to the current situation. Despite the construction site, you feel very comfortable and in good hands here in the hotel. The staff are super friendly, helpful and competent. I would come back here again and again. The hotel is very recommendable.

My girlfriend and I were very happy with the hotel. Everything was right. The hotel has great staff, especially at the front desk, is very clean and has an easily accessible location. The staff always helped us with our problems and provided us with helpful information. All in all, my girlfriend and I would choose this hotel again if we should ever come back to Munich. I'm here for the first time today, I've rarely seen such a warm and courteous welcome. Room is very clean and despite the "construction site" it is pleasantly quiet. The boss of the house is someone who places great emphasis on hospitality. Keep it up

If you are in to busting clay's then you will find a facility of high standard. Friendly and helpful staff.

This remote hotel is a modern antique built in the '50 or '60. Except the flat TV, it did not evolve: it is definitely old styled. Besides cheap price and friendly staff, it offers a spartan accommodation and a frugal breakfast. (Don't expect to reach any WiFi, but also find any elevator...)
