Very nice accessibility by trains, taxi and bus, about a single subway away from TUM university, its also so close to two of the very good restaurants in Garching, The breakfast was good, very different options, there is a bar and also a nearly sushi place with reasonable options. Unfortunately the bar was only open until 10 p.m., which wouldn't be a problem if there was also a drinks machine. That would be great! The room is cleaned once every 5 days. So basically no one cleans. If you like to be clean, you need to clean up the garbage, fold the quilts, and tidy the bathroom yourself. I had a wonderful stay at B&B Garching Munich. The room was very clean and nice. The hygiene measures are very extensive and adapt very well to the current situation. Despite the construction site, you feel very comfortable and in good hands here in the hotel. The staff are super friendly, helpful and competent. I would come back here again and again. We stayed in the deluxe suite for one night with my boyfriend. Everything was clean and tidy. This room was spacious and had a cozy feeling to it. Because it's on the last floor, the ceiling was a bit too low in some areas, so be careful. But other than that, we enjoyed every second of our stay there, and we plan to come back! This is a super quaint family run boutique hotel. The rooms are small but spotless. They have a wonderful sitting area one glassed in and a nice garden in the front. Generally a good hotel. Some of the rooms are a bit on the basic side and others a bit odd to British tastes, for example, an open planned bathroom. They are however very clean and a little bag of Haribo on your pillow every day is very welcome. Breakfast is free and of a decent quality though you might have to wait a while for bacon as supply can't match demand.

We stayed here for the weekend and booked a double room, it was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Stayed here on a recent trip to go to the Christmas markets and it was perfect for what my family and I needed. The rooms are affordable and the breakfast is absolutely worth the €12. It is a close walk to the nearby train station which drops you off right in the middle of the city for the markets. Convenient check in and out experience.

I had used this hotel a few times in the past and it was satisfactory. The last time I can say it was unacceptable. We stayed for six nights and they didn't clean even once, they only changed the towels we had used. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and generally is not very good hotel anymore. Overall we had a good experience. The breakfast is great and the staff is nice, especially helping customer on making waffles, which are the signature dish there. Nearby MCD which is a plus however poor handling skills to big groups as we have met 2-3 groups of more than 100pax in total who queued for breakfast at one time. They should have housed them in separate ball room or location instead of having breakfast with other guests. 

The staff was friendly and the facility really cleaned, only the breakfast had a small variety, nothing special.

Get to this hotel if you want to be in a quiet nice residential suburb. Service is good and the restaurant is reputed to be excellent. Very luxurious feel overall but especially the breakfast. (Vast majority of hotels in Munich that you will find on the usual sites will be near the train station which is not a bad area now, but used to be run down.)

Charming hotel in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the English Garden and public transportation. The family room was very nice with the wardrobe providing some privacy from the kids bed. Rooms are a bit dated but for us that added to the charm. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Stopped here for a nice business lunch. They have a lovely beer garden with massive trees. Daily selection of lunch menus as well as choosing from a la carte. I had the Backhendl which was very nice. Might be also a nice spot for dinner and sleeping.

This hotel is fine. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but got a smoking one. Thankfully they were able to change it. They said they can't really control whether it's smoking or not. Everything was great, but the mattress was too soft.

No slippers are provided in the room

The management is extremely chaotic. I gave the room card to open the door and found someone staying. Then I opened the door again and there were two people lying on the bed. I was afraid that someone would come in again while I was sleeping at night.

After checking in, I was actually given a room that hadn't been tidied.

Bartender was always alone, so you had to wait a little longer to order. It wasn't the bartender's fault :)
