This is a lovely hotel that is well appointed and conveniently located - a short walk to a subway station will full access downtown Munich. We had an issue in the room that was resolved appropriately.

Room was big and comfortable, fitness centre was well equipped and breakfast was tasty. However, they don’t offer esspresso with breakfast and that would be nice!

Completely incompetent front desk. They gave my room booking to another guest, didn’t want to be of help, and it took 1.5 hours to get a new room. The new room was not in my name and was not for the duration I originally booked. They had the audacity to add a late check-out charge. I also never received an invoice after asking in person and via email.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and they made it extra special with a few complimentary treats. Attention to detail is superb - for instance there is a popcorn machine for guests and a lot of nice organic/bio products. Hotel is located in a quiet area and you reach some restaurants/supermarkets within a short 10 minute walk.

This is a nice hotel close to the airport with parking in the basement. We liked the peaceful atmosphere around the hotel as it is surrounded by residential blocks. The breakfast is also delightful thanks to the great skill of the kitchen staff. We recommend this hotel to anyone coming over to Munich and also do not wish to stay in the city.

Nice clean hotel. Location is around 10 min walk from bars, what’s not to like?...
It’s weird. One of the main staff was just so rude, she thought it strange I was asking to put a beer on my room. They were having some issues with network but the way she felt with the stress was terrible (in my view) the bar staff were welcoming and apologetic.
Underground parking does not take card, make sure you have euros.
There is no food served, just a strange shop with a cake and microwave rice. Some would say quirky I would say simply strange.
It’s 3/5 so it’s OK but would look at other options if quirky is not your cup of tea 👍

This is one of my favorite hotel and my favorite hotel in Munich. The attention to detail is mind-blowing. They use sustainable materials wherever possible. Everything is of highest quality. Love the concept.

Love this place... Stay is far better then regular hotel... Everything is made of wood & their strategy is to plan tree for every reservation they get...

The place is beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff is mostly friendly. The breakfast is quite good. They don't serve lunch and dinner but they do sell some ready-to-eat food items. There is provision to cook food inside the room. The ambiance is really wonderful. They have a lot of books that you could read, both in English and German. They are also trying to do their bit to help the environment which is really commendable.
