The management is extremely chaotic. I gave the room card to open the door and found someone staying. Then I opened the door again and there were two people lying on the bed. I was afraid that someone would come in again while I was sleeping at night.

- We never knew that there were two Rilano hotels side by side with 3 stars and 4 stars. 3 star did no have air conditioning while 4 star has. My original booking was made on 3 star without knowing it does not have A/C. The first night was horrible without it before moved to the 4 star. It should have been known at the time of booking on with or withiout A/C.

+ I needed to visit "Arri" company located just behind your hotel within 3 minutes walking distance. Perfect- We never knew that there were two Rilano hotels side by side with 3 stars and 4 stars. 3 star did no have air conditioning while 4 star has.
