The hotel is situated in a pleasantly quiet and friendly environment. However, there isn't much happening in the immediate vicinity, placing it quite a distance from the city center, somewhat in between the exhibition site and the main urban area.
The rooms were merely adequate, just "okay." There is definite room for improvement regarding the bathroom amenities; the quality provided was low, and many standard items were simply missing.
The breakfast offered was quite basic.
Considering the cost, the hotel felt expensive for the overall experience provided.

Family vacations-> 2 adjacents rooms = perfect for intimacy and free time
Beds were comfortables, washroom small but functional, people at the front desk were friendly and efficient.
We did not take breakfast -> 17euros/ person
I wish for a small fridge 🤞
Very well located -> there is a parking but the tram and subway are very close and easy to use with good price for 2-3 days of use in a row. I would come back -> thanks

I am very dissatisfied with my stay at Ibis. The service is nonexistent, and the hotel is not worth the price. On January 14, 2025, $1,400 was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. Staff confirmed that housekeeping entered the room but denied taking the money, even though no cleaning was done.
The manager showed no concern and told us to call the police, knowing we had a flight to catch. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand a proper investigation and the return of the stolen money.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, despite it being seemingly positioned in a business park. We were surprised to learn the hotel is 20 years old, as it is in such great condition. The beds were nice and firm, the shower hot and the breakfast was incredibly good. Negatives were no fridge and safe in room, no kettle or tea/coffee or bottled water in room and no tissues. Close to supermarkets and a 10 min walk to Norfriedhof Station and the LH direct airport bus. Staff were lovely and much friendlier than in the hotel we stayed at in the centre of Munich. Special shout out to the lady at front desk on Morning of Wed 18th Dec - had a lovely chat with her and she even gave us both chocolates. Such service is exceptional. Thanks!

3rd day my Toiletry bag disappeared. Took 48hrs to find it. Meantime nothing offered to help - since it was Sunday I could not get anything. When it was returned not everything was in the bag. My shampoo, hair oil, face wash and mini conditioner
were not. I did get a free drink voucher for the inconvenience.
Hotel itself is very basic. Clean. Room we had was small.

nice hotel, service by reception was kind and welcoming, room was very comfortable, my only issue is the terrible internet.

At this price point, this is a great deal. Room was quiet. Bathroom is the typical Ibis space port.
What really surprised me though was the excellent and rich breakfast buffet.

Very nice staff, clean rooms and really nothing to complain about. Everything is well taken care of, and BAG deposit is also possible after checkout without extra charge. Worth the money.

It's an ibis so mid range luxury but well put together. Clean rooms and the food is not bad at all. Location is in the business district so conveniently located for business trips to nearby businesses. Service is alright.
