Star G Hotel München Schwabing in Munchen

First time and last time hotel. Hotel doesn’t have good location at all, just because it is close to my company.

Arrived in the mid night and room was dirty with worms in the bath, air con was broken and extremely cold. Reception lied to me there was no other room available.

Second day morning 8am while I was taking shower, fire alarm started and fire fighter came, we were all kicked out of the hotel.

Came back in the night, I went downstairs to complain about the heater and reception ask me to find their manager to change room.

Their manager was behaving very badly, and I ask for free breakfast during my stay, he gave me one breakfast and started to making drama calling here there to ask who was telling me there was no room yesterday. After wasted 1 hour again, their manager just told me: you just want free breakfast.

I feel sad for him and feel sad for this hotel holding attitude like this to treat their customer.

I recommend any other hotel rather than this one.

Finally he was behaving in a way that he did me a favor to change the room. Unfortunately I need to stay here the whole week. Never again.

Came for Der Klassiker, the rooms were disgusting, poo stains in the toilet and hairs in the shower. Also there were no pillows and when we asked for some we were treated badly. People at the front desk were rude and didnt want to help. A staff member called Whalid or something like that kept puffing into our faces. Location was convenient for the match but in general one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at

This hotel is extremely run down. If you're booking it for the AC in summer — don’t. It barely works, rooms are humid, and windows are locked. Reception was rude and unhelpful when we asked for a window key, only agreeing after we showed proof they provide it as shown on the locked window!

Service was consistently poor. The fridge in our room didn’t work, so they stored our medication — then lost it. Staff denied responsibility and even tried to pass off an ice pack as our meds. Another employee eventually found it in a different fridge. No apology, no accountability.

Very bad overall.
First. They only send emails in german. Impossible to do online check-in in English. We don't feel welcomed. Email is not clear if we are on premium building or business building.
They gave me room 143 and told me it was on 4th floor. It was not.
Room is ugly and soulless. The pillows are too small and they only have 2.
My key card stopped working. Had to ask reception to reactivate it. No dental kit, or any kit.
All of that for only one night. Wouldn't come back

Reception staff disinterested at best. Hotel has not been updated in 20 years, cleanliness not grear
