Cheap and great rooms but staff was very rude, asked to use fridge to store medication and they told me to get a bowl from the service station across the hotel and put ice over it. We was even told if we flood the bathroom cause we had to keep our medication cold we have to pay. Reception was very rude and aggressive. Will not be coming back

Flair of a youth hostel - old and dirty room

- In my room the toilet seat was broken and had yellowish stains all over.
- A socket outlet was obviously not fixed properly.
- Room and hotel are dated
- Beds are very small and not very comfortable
- Price too high in comparison to other close by hotels

Reading several replies of you to guests' reviews, for me it is obvious that you often claim that you would have done everything if only the guests would have reported the issue.

Have you ever considered a proactive approach such as repairing a broken toilet seat and socket outlet, cleaning a yellow toilet seat?

Yes, you are not my hotel as I prefer clean and well maintained hotels without guests having to report this and only then actions are done.

**Moderate Experience**

I recently stayed at B&B hotel, and my overall experience was moderate. While the room was clean, I found old dirty cups in the bathroom. There was no cleaning service in the morning, so I had to request new towels myself. Additionally, there was only half a roll of toilet paper upon my arrival. Imagine being on the road with your entire family for 12 hours.

Furthermore, there was no staff present in the morning, making it challenging to address any questions or concerns promptly.

On the day of check-out, scheduled for 12 o'clock, the staff began knocking at 10 AM for room cleaning, despite the official check-out time of 12 o'clock. When I asked if they could come back later, they knocked again around 11 AM. This gave me the impression that little consideration was given to the official check-out time.

However, the plus point is the free parking available under the hotel, which can be convenient for guests with a car.

There are areas that need improvement, such as better room cleaning and more consistent service.

Overall, it's a very basic accommodation. Perhaps suitable if you're passing through, but not ideal for an extended stay, certainly not longer than two days. Next time, I'll conduct more thorough research before booking a B&B hotel.
