The AC is like an old traktor, but it is possible to turn it off.. the bathroom must stay closet because in there is another traktor, and then there is the electric disko ball hangin over by the bed.. also with a motor sound.. that is also possible to turn off. The staff told me that they have alot of complaints about the noisy AC.. The room window turns away from the street so it is quiet, but the curtains must be closet beacause everyone walking to there rooms on the other side of the hotel have a view inside your room. The room was very clean, and the staff just doing there job nothing more.. hip a cool entrance, but that does not help if you are not able to sleep.. witch is what you paid for..

Nice hotel on the suburbs of Munich.
The rooms are small, but enough to sleep for a couple of nights.
The shower is "extra" small :-)

I spent three nights at the hotel during Oktober Fest season in Munich. Otherwise, I probably would not have booked this hotel, but it was one of the few available ones which rather affordable rates.
The service was efficient and okay, as one would expect in a hotel of this quality.
Even though my rate included breakfast, I didn't had breakfast, so I can't share any feedback on the food or service in the restaurant.
The room was a highlight. They offered small games and books in the room which is a nice touch. They also installed a disco ball next to the bed - I guess for those who want to continue with the party after the Wiesn are closed. Thankfully, the rooms were quiet - so either my neighbors didn't use the room as a party location or the rooms are isolated well.
The hotel is close to the autobahn and a metro station is close by, so it's well connected, even though generally rather remote located.
As said in the beginning, I would not have chosen this hotel for a normal stay in Munich outside Oktoberfest season, so I will probably not come back soon - but this is not the fault of the hotel. For anyone looking for an affordable, well equipped and rather new room, I can recommend the niu Loco.

The place was overall clean, so there is a plus.
There are not enough towel racks to hang up your towel after use. The showers are small and water gets in the ground from the bottom. The hot water fluctuates throughout shower from kinda warm to actually the hot temp you set it at.
The thermostat is locked from using the AC function and the room was very warm, had to keep the window open, not usually a problem but we were in the first floor and anyone could easily come through the window.
I understand the vibe being kinda partyish, but I’m just here to sleep, the disco ball while novel is unnecessary. The lighting in the room is poor UNLESS the switch of lights is on with the disco ball.
Good location in proximity to local transportation. Staff was friendly.

Terrible service. I called earlier to inform of the need for early check-in for an elderly couple arriving from overseas. I was assured they would look into the matter. when the couple arrived they were denied access. They had to stay in the reception from 11am until 3pm. When I called again to support on the matter the person on the telefon avoided answering my questions and completely ignored the need for a little of attention

All perfect, high three star hotel with great breakfast, good location, kind employees. Very clean. Comfortable bed& pillow. And the best thing at the reception for fun and nice memories- photo shoot machine :)

Stayed here unplanned due to flight disruptions. The staff quickly brought back my smile after a long and stressful day. Super friendly receptionists and barkeepers. Loved the hotel design and interior, especially the nice touch with the disco balls. Great breakfast. Short and sweet stay, but will definitely return in the future for a longer one. Thanks for your hospitality — well needed this evening and much appreciated ⭐️😄🪩

Very good hotel! It’s located right at the beginning of the English garden, perfect for going on a run! You can run all the way to the surfing wave.
There is a tram station right around the corner. Also supermarkets and restaurants are not far away.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms, great beds and a good breakfast restaurant. Prices are absolutely fair and it is easy to recommend Niu Loco. Just be advised that it is located at a relative large distance to downtown. Great place if you are at the MOC exhibition center as you can walk there in 10 minutes.

Warm welcome, nice staff, easy check in/out, very comfortable and clean room, amazing breakfast with large, healthy, fresh choice , cosy atmosphere, good pizzas at the bar, nice restaurants nearby, easy connection to the airport and city center. Enjoyed my stay a lot and definitely plan to come back next time , highly recommended
