First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Sezai for his invaluable assistance and guidance throughout our stay. He patiently explained every step of the process, from check-in to parking, and provided detailed information about operating each machine in the apartment. His comprehensive knowledge of the city was truly impressive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my family. The presence of a van was a great convenience, and there was also a safe parking spot for 10 Euro with an automatic gate. However, during the back of summer, the air conditioner was a must-have to ensure a pleasant stay.

Exceptional apartment with outstanding management
This is definitely one of the best apartments I've stayed in so far! Not only is everything fresh, clean, and well-maintained, but the management is incredibly professional and truly focused on guest comfort and satisfaction. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at moun10-urlaubswohne. The apartment was amazing — spacious and beautifully arranged. We stayed in a unit with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, which was perfect for our group. The sofa in the living room turns into a comfortable bed, which was very convenient.
The view was absolutely stunning, and it added so much to the overall experience.
A special thanks to Sezai, the receptionist. He was extremely helpful, kind, and always smiling. His service was outstanding, and he took the time to explain everything to us clearly and in detail. His honesty and friendliness made us feel truly welcome.
Staying at their hotel was an absolute pleasure, and we would definitely come back again!

I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and well-located. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in October and we enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located with the train station just opposite which also has convenience store there. There’s food and supermarket nearby too. The apartment is of a great size and had everything we needed, especially a washing machine! We will recommend this place!

The first thing my daughter said when we entered: “My flat is going to look like this…” So you know already this will work most likely… Very nice place, right next to trains, no noise, spacious, modern, warm, wood, clean, cozy… Staff was very helpful and nice too. Very close to the center, definitelly value for the price. Just small recommendation, boots in ski room to be heated please…. We will definitelly come back here…

Location is perfect with all amenities and transport within walking distance.
Staff (Ibrahim and Miki) both were very helpful and supportive. They offered help immediately at times even out of office hours, making us feel at home.
In summary, brilliant property for vacation, reasonably priced, supported by a great helpful staff.

A nice, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location (the apartments look directly onto the train station, but fear not - the soundproofing in the balcony doors is excellent and anyway the trains move slowly in and out of the station). We only had one reservation about the room. The sofa is a sofa bed, and therefore not very comfortable to sit on. But great place for easy access to the trains and therefore the main cable cars. Staff welcome was very warm and friendly and service is very efficient.

We recently stayed at this aparthotel right outside the main train station. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for a week and appreciated the welcoming staff, especially Sabina, who was cheerful and incredibly helpful. She even escorted us to our room and explained everything we needed to know.
Most communication with the staff was done via WhatsApp, as the front desk isn't always staffed. This wasn’t an issue for us, and we actually found it quite efficient. The hotel also has an in-house gym, and while there is a sauna available, it requires an additional fee. Including it in the room rate would make it even better.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The room lacked basic toiletries like shower gel etc. When I mentioned this at check-out, they mentioned they would have provided it if asked, but I think these should be standard. Additionally, guests are responsible for taking out their garbage to the basement, and there’s no housekeeping during the stay. For a week-long stay, I believe at least one cleaning session should be included—having to do this on a holiday takes away from the experience a bit.
Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay with a convenient location and friendly staff.

Amazing place to stay in Garmisch - Partenkirchen. Nothing missing there, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly reception. Directly on train station but no disturbance from the station as the trains are very slow and quiet specially if you close the windows no noise at all. Furnitures are modern and high quality. Good quality Gym and very nice Sauna. Walking distance to the city center. We can just recommend this place and will return back again for sure!
