The hotel design and decor is not nice but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rate was so expensive due to Munich crowdness due to Bauma so it was very expensive for a 3 star hotel

The rooms are clean and fine but the hotel itself needs a major overhaul. The entrance and hallways are dark and dingy. The carpets need a real clean up and the hallway walls look banged up and need a good painting. Even though the rooms are modern and clean, that's where the focus is, the rest needs a bit of attention. Also, the description of the location lets you believe it is close to the Deutsche Museum, but in fact, it is not. It's opposite of a large car dealership and probably a 15-minute walk away from the museum.

The stay, service and quality standards were awesome. The cleaning was quite very well done, however, it would be great if you could offer it twice a week, instead of once a week. The apartment has enough facilities and tools to live comfortably and cook food when required, I will choose Derag again if I get a chance to visit Munich again. Thank you for the service.

TLDR: Run down but clean, close to downtown Munich, no hot breakfast, Bring your own make-up mirror, coffee maker, coffee, face wash clothes, unscented dish detergent, unscented soap and shampoo and laundry detergent. Vegetable peeler. Use a laundromat nearby. Only 2 pillows.
Laundry in basement is badly perfumed. They are stingy about fresh towels. Cleaning only once per week. No place to hang wet towels. 6th floor is moldy. Ask for room on a different floor. Bathroom mirror is brown an unusable for make up and hair. Use City Dry Clean Waschsalon (laundromat) on Rosenheimer Strasse 103, Faux leather is peeling on headboard and seat cushions. With open window, street is very noisy.
Food markets and subway are close. Decor is depressing. Has a stove and pots and pans for cooking. Restaurant is mediocre.

Good service (for a B&B), the hotel is located next to the lake, quiet, beautiful, and inexpensive. Walking might be a bit difficult, but if you have a car, it's not too difficult.

Very satisfied! The hotel in Germany is clean, has good service attitude, has kitchenware, complete and new facilities, simple and elegant decoration style, good quality, and no smell!
