We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The house and the yard are stunning. The rooms are clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious. The space is walking distance to the Partnach Gorge and the downtown area. We cannot wait to go back!

Christiane and Norbert are kind and helpful hosts, we had a ground floor room with a patio, the lovely room was large with tv fridge safe and lots of storage, the patio had seating area with fantastic views of the mountains,the breakfast was great with lots to choose from including specials. What a great little hotel! Beautiful views, well appointed room. Very spacious, especially for European hotels. Memory foam mattress. Parking lot large enough to park a large SUV. We had a family room with a king bed and 2 twins with plenty of space to move around and stow our luggage.

Family driven hotel and with such atmosphere. Excelent location, free parking, very clean. The room we had was simple furnished but you can not complain, everything you need was there. You may see that its best years are gone but still a good place to stay.

Returned recently from this hotel. Spent there 3 nights. Everything was just as promised and even more! The owners were very friendly and helpful giving good hints of places to see. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Driving in we were greater by Barbara who asked us to meet her in the restaurant. We checked in there and made our dinner reservations. We sent to our room, in a separate building. Walking into the room was like walking into a Time Machine. The air smelled of cedar wood. The family that owns the place give amazing hospitality.

Cheap and cheerful place in the heart of Partenkirchen. The bed was a bit hard and when they say single bed, they mean it. But the staff were only too happy to turn on the sauna whenever we asked. Garmisch overnight We were put in the apartments. It was raining and required walking in rain and difficulty parking. The next day upon checkout we were told we could have stayed in hotel IF I HAD ASKED. Should have been asked by reception!

Disappointing I have stayed in this hotel several times beginning in 2009. It used to be a wonderful place, but it has gone down drastically in the last few years. Very nice and elegant villa (Prince has a good taste :)). Some of the furniture in the room is quite old and out of style (I am guessing 60's or 70's), but that was minor compared to all the other comforts. For breakfast - quality food and it was tasty.
