It offered great full board gourmet gastronomy, within outstanding hygienic conditions , nice rooms with terrace and great mountains view but among all, great service from all the staff in the hotel from the driver, throughout the sauna Rezeption, restaurant

If you can: take the Penthouse! It is awesome with a view, gives you all the amenities and your Private Sauna... Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great, Pool warm, Sauna hot, dinner included and great! Perfect!

We we're welcomed warmly with a beverage of our choice while we filled out the check in paper work. The massage experience was very nice and reasonably priced. The spa/pool area was well kept and enjoyable

The room is clean and it feels like you are back on the middle ages. It is located in the middle of the a tourist spot but it is quiet and peaceful. We had a great time!

My meal was a superb blend of seasoning and flavors that complimented each other (I had Pork roasted over a beech wood fire, sliced roasted potatatoes, and fresh white asparagus) and it was perfect

Lovely hotel with lovely staff We stayed for a ski holiday and really loved the hotel. The staff were lovely, they had a shuttle which ran to the slopes every morning and afternoon and made it really easy to get around

Maybe good to know that this is not a place for party people. The restaurant closes at around 21-22h and there is no real bar. But if you are looking for the perfect place to relax, this is it!

This property is in a beautiful setting with one of the most majestic views I’ve ever seen. Access to the property begins with a picturesque ride on the Die Graseckbahn (cable car)

I attended a family wedding and stayed two nights. The staff was extremely professional, food was impeccable and atmosphere was serene. Access to hiking and the town amenities is very convenient

They give free breakfast in the mornings and it's quite good too. Will come back here again hopefully next time

Also, be aware there is no elevator and our room was three flights up. There is no restaurant but many good ones are a 10 minute walk. Enjoyed great wine along with snacks in the relaxing garden

This hotel is pretty neat, clean, friendly customer service and seems to be a family owned and operated. The rooms that we got was at the highest floor (3rd floor) with nice different views on each room

The owner works the desk and you can tell he takes pride in his business. We stayed in room 128 and found the room clean and spacious. The breakfast is free and the waitress was also friendly

But, When booking this hotel we were looking looking at all the beautiful rooms listed on the website and were very excited to stay in a room with such a beautiful view, and assumed we would get one of the rooms listed

We feel like the website was misleading and you would need to be careful when booking and make sure you get the room you want. Overall The only problem we had was we were expecting to have a different room

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner

Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too

We booked a room with halfboard. I normally take my pillow with me every time i go on vacation, but this time i could not - the pillows were perfect! So was the room - renovated, clean, a decent (included) minibar

However, it actually had a door instead of one of those European half glass doors that leaks water all over the place, which was great. The bathroom was nice and renovated with good water pressure and hot/cold settings

The breakfast was good enough to start the day, but the star of the show was definitely the beautiful indoor heated pool. While it's on the expensive side, the price feels justified for the quality of the amenities

The only negative is that the other guests were quite loud on their balconies and always smoking at night, so you can only enjoy the balcony for a little while at night until it starts completely smelling like cigarettes from your neighbors

The lady at reception when we checked in May 26 around noon was incredibly helpful and even helped us to our room. She was so very kind during our whole stay. I use a cane and must have looked so tired, she was so kind

Our second time here was just as delightful as the first. Everyone here is very welcoming and provided great service. Started with cheese plate. Salad and ribs for main courses. Everything was great.

We had a family room, which exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the beds were quite comfortable

What we missed was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Ski boot room was good with heaters. Good location if you are taking the train to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, as we did

Our kids loved the bath in the room! We also had a balcony, so we could sit outside while our kids were already sleeping. The lady at the reception desk was very helfpul and gave us great advice on what to visit

The one woman at the front desk was downright unfriendly, everyone else very friendly Restaurant: good Bar (Jürgens Club): never again Garmisch: worth a trip

Great option in Garmisch Incredible hotel- large rooms, close to the pedestrian zone and train line, with sauna + pool. Everything was clean, and breakfast was tops.

The facilities are a bit old, but the scenery is beautiful and the service staff are very friendly. I will consider staying here again next time I have a chance

This hotel is in a stunning location; we were a short walk away from the main street, mountains, and the train station. The staff were very welcoming and helpful as well during our stay

We unfortunately had some noisy neighbours in the room upstairs, who sounded like they were walking around with ski boots on, but all the surrounding areas were very peaceful

The bathroom was very spacious and the room had a lovely little balcony where you could have some outside space. Looking forward to staying here again in the future

Very nice and elegant villa (Prince has a good taste :)). Some of the furniture in the room is quite old and out of style (I am guessing 60's or 70's), but that was minor compared to all the other comforts

We really liked the artwork, from quirky old posters to paintings to historical photos of the building. The breakfast was standard German fare of breads, cold cuts and yoghurts, but everything fresh and delicious
