We spent three wonderful nights here in early spring. Our room was incredibly spacious for three people, and we loved the breathtaking mountain view. The breakfast was good enough to start the day, but the star of the show was definitely the beautiful indoor heated pool. While it's on the expensive side, the price feels justified for the quality of the amenities.

Great, clean hotel with a lovely breakfast that has a lot of variety. Fruit selection is awesome and it's really nice that they cut up the oranges and grapefruit for you, makes it much easier to eat. Room had strong AC which was definitely needed in the summer heat. I'm not sure how I would have dealt with the close to 90f temperatures without the AC. Staff was very friendly too. The lady at reception when we checked in May 26 around noon was incredibly helpful and even helped us to our room. She was so very kind during our whole stay. I use a cane and must have looked so tired, she was so kind. When we left , I felt I was leaving a good friend. All of the staff was super kind but she was exceptional. God bless her!

Definitely worth the price. We loved the food, room and the stunning view. Awesome spa offer. But we were not impressed by the reception work. At our arrival we didn’t get proper information about our stay and we got wrong purchases on our bill in the end. We didn’t get the offer to bring the luggage to the room. We were not greeted by hand even though all the other guests were. Not a good first impression...

It was a revitalizing Spa get away with activity possibilities in and outdoors. It offered great full board gourmet gastronomy, within outstanding hygienic conditions , nice rooms with terrace and great mountains view but among all, great service from all the staff in the hotel from the driver, throughout the sauna Rezeption, restaurant. The hotel is very attractive and our room was large with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside it was far too hot in our room at night even with the windows open.

Historic hotel Old but historic hotel with the bath being renovated. Furnitures look more than two hundreds old, including bed frame. But bed mattress are firm and comfort. Overall A- grade.

The hotel is well located, and many excursions can be started from there. The hotel is a bit older. This is evident from the stains on the carpet and upholstery. There is a large TV, but it is not usable at all due to poor reception. Overall, it is a well-kept older hotel, good as a base, but not really for a staycation.

The location is a little far from the station, but it is within walking distance. The facilities are a little old, but the environment and sanitation are still OK. You can see the mountain when you open the window. The breakfast is also quite good, but there were many people staying on the day I went, and you had to queue up to get coffee. The overall cost performance is still very high, worth recommending

It was one of the warmest day in summer when we stayed there, when the windows were widely opened, the room temperature decreased by the gentle mountain wind. The night was quiet with open windows. The decor in the room is with a Bavarian dining table, the size of room is enough for a couple and a dog. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is well staffed by professionals who make your stay comfortable. There is on site parking (at cost) and many food and leisure options are available nearby so you don’t need to drive elsewhere.

It was a very nice hotel. Nice air conditioning and I like the classic Bavarian style. There was a thai man visiting during my stay and when I went to check out, suddenly he had his guards arrest me! What an awesome place to stay for a ski trip. We had two comfort rooms and our dog Greta. Its really close to a bus stop that takes you to the Garmisch Classic area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast excellent with a wide choice of cereals, rolls, cheeses, meats and other things. Our superior room was enormouse, comfortable and had a balcony with table and 2 chairs and side views of the mountains. Everything is spotlessly clean. Attractive garden to relax in. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

This hotel is pretty neat, clean, friendly customer service and seems to be a family owned and operated. The rooms that we got was at the highest floor (3rd floor) with nice different views on each room. They give free breakfast in the mornings and it's quite good too.
