We had another wonderful family holiday in our favorite hotel! The operators are very cordial, open-minded and informal. Despite the current requirements, we had a normal everyday hotel life

I was there for the 4th time this year last week on a short vacation. It was nice again, you just have to follow the rules. If everything gets better with Corona, I'll be there again soon

Very nice hotel nestled in the middle of nature and in a quiet location. Just a few steps to the Liebesbankweg and the forest. 500 meters to the stave church and the village

Very nice hotel right on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. We had a great room with a view of the Bocksberg. The nice employee at the reception and in the breakfast room fulfilled all wishes

In the evenings in particular, we really enjoyed the couches. From the balcony we could see the Bocksberg. Breakfast is solid, rolls, eggs and everything you like

Beautiful views, pretty easy access and parking. Very friendly, extemely clean, good breakfast. Would stay again of in the area.

The breakfast buffet was also great. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along, but we will definitely come back again

We stayed spontaneously here for a night with 2 children and our dog. Pleasant surroundings, 2 swim lakes makenup for the indoor pool being closed (covid regs). Food was more than okay for inclusive buffet

Hotel with great price / performance ratio. Of course, the rooms are older, but everything was clean. Can't understand the negative reviews. For the price you can't expect a 5 star hotel. The location is ideal for hiking

My partner come to kitchen and he paid there but the old man came and say " You should pay for me not in the kitchen because I am the one who served the drinks" Hello,is he crazy? If he cannot accomodate all the guest he must ask for help for his co-worker , and if he is tired he must stop working and relax

The staff at the kitchen are very polite and helpful, they are very nice and approached you and greet, I am comfortable when I came inside every breakfast and dinner because they are accomodated

He showed bad attitude when we finished our dinner and would like to pay the drinks, I understand that he is busy of other guest but as guest we dont have to wait for 15-30 minutes sitting when he come to collect our payment

The staff at the reception are very friendly so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for them. The massage staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is good. But,hoping every summer you have an extra electric fan becausw it is really hot in the room

The old man at the bar who is serving drinks ⭐ 1 star. The old man who is look like a middle eastern look, he is a bit tall , and he is entertaining bad

I imagine it was built in the Soviet era judging by the exterior. Food was not very good quality and uninspiring. Some nice forest walks close by and easy to get into Goslar by bus

The bar area was nice and drinks were a reasonable price. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. I felt like I had travelled back in time to the Cold War. Hotel is surrounded by rather depressing blocks of flats

Not a fancy hotel, but you kinda knew that by the price. Breakfast is decent. But eat in the town for dinner

Efforts have been made to brighten up the area with some lovely wooden sculptures and Rowan trees

The rooms are nice and well furnished. Additionally, there is both a small swimming pool and two saunas (1 Turkish, 1 Finnish)

I can recommend going to the bar in the evening and sampling the delicious cocktails. If you like hiking there is a very easy trail called the Leibesbank which takes you around the lakes in the area

A very nice hotel in the mountains. The view from the hotel is beautiful as it looks directly onto the two lakes in the town. Inside the hotel the interior is full of beautifully carved wood

Breakfast OK considering the price. Excellent cocktail bar, but they only accepted cash. The surroundings are fantastic - try the liebebanksweg - about a 7 km walk/climb

Our stay included both breakfast and dinner which is a buffet in the connected restaurant (drinks are extra). The breakfast is great with a wide assortment of options

Good hotel in a old mountain style cabin. The food buffet is German. Nothing over the top but like the place and the nature.

A huge plus point was the large wellness area with pool and two saunas, which with its relaxation room is perfect for relaxing after hiking. You rarely feel so comfortable and homely in hotels, soon in a new one!

Very helpful and friendly staff, my room was clean and with a large balcony. Good breakfast, sauna and small swimming pool.

The fact that the swimming pool can only be used by families and at a time chosen by the guest is no cause for criticism for me. Every hotel needs a hygiene concept and this has been solved well

What I have to complain about is the ceiling in the swimming pool. It's not a pretty sight at the moment and I think we're working on it !! ? The door frames in our rooms could also be revised

Spent a week there with the whole family, and was won over on the first day. Friendly family atmosphere throughout the hotel, quiet location and spacious, cozy rooms
