Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good and tasty breakfast with homemade products, nice pool. Highly recomended for a cosy stay.

Very nice hotel right on the edge of the forest in a quiet location. We had a great room with a view of the Bocksberg. The nice employee at the reception and in the breakfast room fulfilled all wishes

In the evenings in particular, we really enjoyed the couches. From the balcony we could see the Bocksberg. Breakfast is solid, rolls, eggs and everything you like

Beautiful views, pretty easy access and parking. Very friendly, extemely clean, good breakfast. Would stay again of in the area.

The breakfast buffet was also great. Unfortunately the weather didn't play along, but we will definitely come back again

We have just returned from 4 wonderful days at the Harz hotel. After having visited several Enjoy hotels, we found this hotel to be the cosiest and most pleasant

The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool which can be used at any time of the day A sauna and fitness room are also available

I can recommend going to the bar in the evening and sampling the delicious cocktails. If you like hiking there is a very easy trail called the Leibesbank which takes you around the lakes in the area

A very nice hotel in the mountains. The view from the hotel is beautiful as it looks directly onto the two lakes in the town. Inside the hotel the interior is full of beautifully carved wood

Breakfast OK considering the price. Excellent cocktail bar, but they only accepted cash. The surroundings are fantastic - try the liebebanksweg - about a 7 km walk/climb

Our stay included both breakfast and dinner which is a buffet in the connected restaurant (drinks are extra). The breakfast is great with a wide assortment of options

A huge plus point was the large wellness area with pool and two saunas, which with its relaxation room is perfect for relaxing after hiking. You rarely feel so comfortable and homely in hotels, soon in a new one!

Very helpful and friendly staff, my room was clean and with a large balcony. Good breakfast, sauna and small swimming pool.

The fact that the swimming pool can only be used by families and at a time chosen by the guest is no cause for criticism for me. Every hotel needs a hygiene concept and this has been solved well

What I have to complain about is the ceiling in the swimming pool. It's not a pretty sight at the moment and I think we're working on it !! ? The door frames in our rooms could also be revised

Spent a week there with the whole family, and was won over on the first day. Friendly family atmosphere throughout the hotel, quiet location and spacious, cozy rooms

Otherwise you can read that it is a 3 and not a 5 star hotel. You should be realistic and not criticize at such a high level. We had a good time and would go back. LG Dörte 49, Andre 52 and Marc 16

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The room cleaners and I are having a secret competition in bed making and pj folding 😃. Food is lovely and the rooms are beautiful. Got a free upgrade to a suite as we arrived

We stayed spontaneously here for a night with 2 children and our dog. Pleasant surroundings, 2 swim lakes makenup for the indoor pool being closed (covid regs). Food was more than okay for inclusive buffet

Hotel with great price / performance ratio. Of course, the rooms are older, but everything was clean. Can't understand the negative reviews. For the price you can't expect a 5 star hotel. The location is ideal for hiking

I imagine it was built in the Soviet era judging by the exterior. Food was not very good quality and uninspiring. Some nice forest walks close by and easy to get into Goslar by bus

The bar area was nice and drinks were a reasonable price. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. I felt like I had travelled back in time to the Cold War. Hotel is surrounded by rather depressing blocks of flats

Not a fancy hotel, but you kinda knew that by the price. Breakfast is decent. But eat in the town for dinner

Efforts have been made to brighten up the area with some lovely wooden sculptures and Rowan trees

I was very pleased with this hotel. I note that my room was clean and the staff was attentive. I was also pleased with the food. The parties are big and very tasty
