The Hotel was excellent,clean and modern, We stayed there because we went to see the Scorpions who were playing in the HvH Stadium. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is probably its best feature- right near the old city hall and the market church. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had plenty of space and was very nice. I stay here a couple of times a year, normally just for one night. It’s a bit basic, but the shower is good and the breakfast is always a pleasure. I ate at the bar once, but the food is limited - I now pop to the hotel next door for evening meals. There’s a waffle machine at breakfast, which makes up for the limited hot food available.

The hotel is located next to Hannover HBF, only a three- to five-minute walk away. Turn left after exiting HBF. The hotel is decent. This is a great small hotel. Great breakfast and very clean. It would be nice to know there is no air conditioning. They provided a fan and I was comfortable, even in July.

The hotel is only short walk from the main train station. There are several restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quite quiet. I booked a small single room but I didn't feel cramped in it. It was equipped with usual travel amenity. I had a pleasant stay here. Please note that the room access is by a different entrance from the reception. (still on the same street)

Room what to say when you are out the front is definitely too loud even with the window closed is, of course, on the main road in front of the door. The curtains to darken the rooms were in a state of disrepair, a Shame. The bed are ok, but I think many of you will be too soft. I have been staying at the Hotel Savoy for over 15 years, and each time I arrive, I'm greeted warmly and professionally by the staff. The rooms are well equipped and extremely clean, and the breakfast buffet is ample and delicious. The location is just steps away from a train stop, and there is a grocery store and a pharmacy one block away. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a little far from city centre, but the tram station is just opposite the hotel, barely 15 mtrs away. You can reach city centre within 15 minutes. The owner of the hotel is polite and helpful, and so are the other emplyees. Breakfast is good.

My second time to stay at a Best Western Hotel (other time was in Yangon, Myanmar). Was not disappointed.

Very close to the city center and all restaurants and shopping places are easily accessible. Rooms are bigger compared to German standard. They have good carpet. Cleanliness could have been improved. Rooms were having dust and cleaning staff did not turn up during one day. Free tea and coffee at reception all day. Breakfast is decent, but not outstanding though with same menu 365 days.

A great place. I liked the good location near the exhibition center with easy access to the city. I really liked the decor of the room, I slept quietly and very well. The service and reception staff were always friendly, knew their way around and had good tips for small excursions in the area. Gladly again.

Stayed here for two nights just before Christmas. We were on the top floor in a comfortable, recently renovated room with a small balcony. The location was convenient to the city center and we were able to park our car across the street in the parking garage with a reduced rate from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Recommended.
