Family room that could fit all 5. Came in at 1am and left 10am, so basically just slept there. It's not a nice "hotel", but it did the job for us on our way through Europe.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast with eggs, yogurt and everything you need! Absout 20 minutes from Hannover city and a perfect stay for roadtrips. Unfortunately no AC which is why it does not get 5/5 stars

There was a small additional charge in addition to the amount stated. It was 3€, which may have been a hotel service charge.

So far everything was fine, except that you had to let the water in the shower run for a while (5 minutes) until it was warm enough to shower!

Was a great affordable hotel to stay at and walk 30 min to ZAG arena. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are super clean and all facilities. Breakfast for €10 was very good, simple but all you need. Train is only minutes away and a shopping mall. Across the street is a very good Irish Pub in an adjoining hotel. Great atmosphere..

Everything was amazing. Great food in town. Comfortable beds. No AC but it was níce and cool the 2 days we were there. Close to the train station to do day trips.

They’re only small and relatively unfurnished. There’s no air-conditioning. Checkin was easy and the staff was great. The word airport is in the name, it’s not very close to the airport. However, there is a bus that leaves right outside the door. Overall state was decent, good place to sleep. Good places to eat nearby.

Good location in the center of the city. The cleanliness under the beds could be improved. Very dusty. Not suitable for allergy sufferers. Glasses in the room were not cleaned properly and the refrigerator did not work. Otherwise it was OK. Adequate for a short stay. The furniture and the rooms show signs of wear and tear consistent with their age.

The overnight stay was pleasant but the shower disappointed me 😞.

It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

Small but clean, decent breakfast.

We had an apartment. The staff was super friendly - we got for our Little baby bed, beautifully drawn and with a small Teddy. The room was quiet and very nice. The Breakfast was super, everything what the heart desires is offered, fresh fruit salad, delicious rolls, and much more.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast well arranged, but very satisfactory. Room practical Okay. A certain hallway is unbearable from the smell (of 2.5. Floor). Accordingly, it is, the smell in my room. Also, the towels... Allergy would leave here, or another room want. Minibar with a good selection available. Television, reading material and Wi-Fi available.

It it a little bit far from the fair, but it easily reached by public transportation.

There is no front desk service at night, so you have to use the code to get the key. Unfortunately, Ctrip’s system does not issue codes. Breakfast costs nearly 100 per person, but it is really a bit casual. See the photo

Location to train station with a lot small restaurants is perfect. Japanese bed style a little hard. Breakfast is Japanese and international buffet.

The MSR Hotel is a typical transit hotel near the (medical) universities in Hanover. It is good for attending events nearby or visiting family. The price/performance ratio is good for this, if you assume average quality (room furnishings, comfort, breakfast). The rooms were large, cleaned and the beds were fine. The breakfast was good for getting full. The charm of the receptionist could only be discovered...

Decent business hotel. Location is a bit out of the way, but neighborhood is nice and quiet. Getting into the center of town is easy and quick.

This hotel was very reasonably-priced, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard, especially such a nice location not far from the main station. Friendly helpful staff. Good to find a suitcase stool ready, so its easy to find what you want quickly! (None of the other hotels I've stayed in on this trip have offered this). This hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hannover Central Station. Its directly opposites an Indian restaurant and there are several small mini markets around the hotel. A very clean hotel, the receptionist is very nice, there are many cool places in the area, it is close to the city and you are in a good area. The hotel also has an elevator & the rooms are the burner, the beds are SUPER SOFT & you can sleep well on them. The only negative, I find the air conditioning, because it is totally loud when switched off. But you get used to it, very great experience

Extremely clean, fairly quiet, spacious rooms and the staff were friendly & professional. We stayed in the hostel part. The receptionists spoke good English and said the reception was manned 24/7. Comfortable beds, small tv and towels in the room. Breakfast is meant to be tasty but we ate somewhere else so cannot comment on that. Fabulous hotel even during the renovation. Rooms nice size and comfortable beds. Just perfect for our needs. Very hip. Will only stay there in the future when in Hannover.

Very clean, friendly crew, a 5 minute walk from the main station, don't think I could've found a better deal for the same price. The only problem was the noise in the morning caused by work being done on the outside of the building, but it was monday, so they're allowed to do their jobs. Just unlucky timing!

Great location, easy to walk. Simple but good breakfast. Only complain is noise from outside, because of trams and sometimes people shouting. No conditionig, so could not close windows.

The location is very close to the train station. There is a delicious Chinese restaurant nearby. The facilities are a bit old and there seems to be no air conditioning. There is free water. Recommended

Only had 1 cover for 2 beds so my mate used dirty 1 out of wardrobe. They do breakfast 8.30am till 11.00am it was ok can't remmber how much it was £78.00 i think for night that for 2. Its in hanover city center. Apart from that cover it was clean.

Welcoming hotel Very nice hotel, close to the Park and the city.

I was very satisfied. The building is a bit old, but of course I understand that not everything can be renovated all the time. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. With the bus stop right outside the door, you can get to the center quickly.

The hotel is conveniently located a short and easy 10 min walk from Mitte. An older property with no lobby or hotel bar. It was clean, safe and easy. Breakfast was simole but plenty of options. A quiet location away from the city center. We stayed in a large room with 3 beds which was great for the kids.

This is a perfect spot between Berlin and The Netherlands. Clean, quiet, Cody rooms and good breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the city center. Free parking. Great place!

Not very close to Hannover Train Station but quite clean and nice place. The hotel is clean and quiet.

The price/performance ratio fits. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I didn't use the wellness area with pool and sauna. It is also positive that there is always fresh fruit in the reception area. It was unusual that the toilet area in the room had no door, but was only divided off by a curtain.

Clean, neat. Good breakfast. Located near the center from public transport. The hotel has an elevator which was convenient. Were in room 33. Small room with two double beds. C / a small is not very comfortable, there is no hood in the c / a. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, but we did not use them. It's hard to tell the price, but I think it's overpriced.

Hotel is okay, hotel is a bit dated, but everything is clean like it should be. There is also limited parking space, so be aware when you come by car. Breakfast is okay. If your looking for a not to expensive hotel where you just need some good sleep, this hotel will do the job.

Clean room with free tea/coffee/water, and even cleaning wipes for optics which was very useful. Good staff, delicious breakfasts. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the railway station, but it's located near the area where migrants live. The windows overlook the windows of the neighboring house, which are very close (and because of this the windows are made of frosted glass).

I slept 2 nights in thus Hotel. The room was not very big but Everything important was in it. Also Everything was very Clean. The Breakfast was very Good. There was a large selection of different things.

Gladly surprised! The hotel is really neat, not too far away from downtown and with a slick and modern design. The rooms are perhaps a bit small but the most important thing is that the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is clean and many toiletries are available. Complimentary water and coffee is offered upon arrival. All in all, a very good accommodation option at a very good rate.

Clean, tidy and modern. The Central location is unbeatable. Only the rooms (or our room) was very small. For a city trip but perfectly adequate. Can I recommend it!

Hotel is quite close to tram stop, and it's easy to find during day. Reception is not open in the afternoon. Our room was clean, but a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was very simple and without any change for 4 days. No warm meal, not very suitable for vegans and people with allergy on gluten. Personal was friendly and the hotel atmosphere was nice. A nice Hotel for the night. The toilet area is very clean and everything else. Up on the window or a Little ( really little really little dust ) on a Very high cupboard) everything was very clean. The Breakfast is also good. In the vicinity there are also a couple of pubs and shops and you can be after a few meters already at the S-Bahn. For a weekend in Hanover perfectly.

I had missed my train, and I needed somewhere to stay for the night. It was already about 11pm. I found the hotel by chance, I was greeted very politely. The hotel was very nice, very clean. I recommend it.

Perfectly fine. Quite expensive for no frills. It was fine really. Very practical and comfortable. I don't think I appreciated on booking it was without a receptionist which made the whole experience feel very transactional (which is fine on business). Hannover was unexpectedly expensive otherwise I wouldn't normally pay so much this. In future, I would try to plan further ahead. It is what it is.

It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the train station and there are supermarkets around. There is a coffee machine in the room. Very quiet. Stayed for two nights! Very satisfied. I didn't know it was a self-service check-in when I checked in. Ctrip didn't tell me before. I almost didn't know the password, but luckily I called the hotel.

Overnight stay Cheap hotel near the Capitol concert venue. Small bathroom, door must be open when brushing teeth. Had ordered breakfast, but it wasn't available. Back Factory next door was an alternative.

I had to change the room because there was construction going on in the street. The other room was also noisy in the morning.

A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery...

The location is not bad but unfortunately the room is bad and the cleaning is not good, the walls are disgraceful and they ask if you smoke.
