A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location. What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna...

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty. Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

The hotel room is generally good, the breakfast is rich, and the coffee can be refilled unlimitedly throughout the day. It is a good choice for business travel. There was a small accident during the trip, but Ctrip customer service has properly resolved it.

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

Rooms are standard size. They fit either a king or two doubles. Desk and TV and minibar. Small table. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. Standard closet space with vault and iron plus board. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool on bottom floor.

Great hotel and service, very comfortable meeting space, good food, staff very attentive and polite. There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).

Cute, quirky hotel with unique rooms and a good restaurant but most importantly: excellent staff. The welcome was exceptionally warm and forthcoming, and our requests during the stay were met with kindness and understanding, and quickly realised. Having stayed here for a whole week, it was easy to feel homely in "Dehli". Is the room slightly outdated? Maybe. But I prefer comfort and kindness...

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town. We loved Die Hirschgasse in Heidelberg. The suites were spacious and full of old world charm. As we walked in I saw and bought a book written by Mark Twain about his travels through Heidelberg and his experience at Die Hirschgasse. We will stay there again.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

Perfect location between the Hbf and the Old Town...I don't know what the complaints are about, the staff were really friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast had a good variety and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

the hotel is very nice .roms are fantastic. but there is nobody in the reception to answer questions. we had to ask a waiter who spoke english.he was very helpful. after all a very nice hotel we had good nigt sleep there. ( very quiet)

Be careful!!! There are two Leonardo hotels in Heidelberg. Firstly i got the wrong hotel, it took 20 minutes to get to this hotel from the other same-name hotel. About this hotel, i really like the service. The receptionist is super friendly and warm. They also have sauna in the downstairs. I visit also the restaurant and tried German food i forget the name, and it's also nice. I am also super satisfied...

The staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed clean. At breakfast, we were able to observe four bee colonies through the window, which we loved. The breakfast was varied, and we didn't miss anything. At second glance, the furniture was a bit worn, but this was only cosmetic and didn't bother us. Heidelberg's old town is about a 15-minute drive away. We would book again :-)

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was understanding as we still had to learn German. It was tight with the 4 of us, 5 weeks in a row, but it was the only establishment allowing our cat to come along. The rooms were clean and modern. The coffee in the foyer was always welcome, and sometimes was accompanied with fresh croissants, bagels or rolls.

The hotel is bright and clean, and the location is excellent, with a supermarket right across the street. The front desk staff, Albone tti David, was especially helpful and patiently explained where to find local restaurants and how to easily get to the old town. If I have the chance to visit Heidelberg again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I had opportunity to travel Heidelberg for training in Christmas 2017 now look back everywhere i check in Heidelberg is very beautiful that year 2017, sevenday hotel street was repairing in rainy season and snowy i remember that room, mini fridge, kettle, fan, and smell of Air quick spray everyday.

We stayed at this beautiful new hotel for 4 days. Nice quiet rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff always responsive to special requests. From here you can walk to the old town in about 30 minutes, no problem. For those who can't walk, the tram stops almost right in front of the door. We ate here last week and loved it! We were served by Mr. Kolb, the service was very fast, professional and polite. He read our every desire in our eyes. The food was amazing and this will definitely not be our last visit to Qube. Thanks to the whole team for this experience.

We stayed a week here in a terrific room with a terrace. Very spacious and modern. Our extra long bed was a huge plus for us, though the sheet was too small so it often slipped off during the night, which led us to sleeping directly on a plastic-feeling mattress. The towels and sheets did not match the overall quality of the room. Housekeeping could also be improved. Floor was dusty even after cleaning...

Few places in Heidelberg can hope to match the ambiance and look of Qube. The staff and service though are just amazing. The selection of drinks is nice and the food quality is excellent, even though choice of vegan and vegetarian food is limited. Would definitely recommend.

The information about about which parking garage to use could be better and our shower was broken (water coming out from all sides), so we decided to take the shower head off, but that is not what you expect for this price. Great place for our stay in Heidelberg. Visited from US and the hotel made us feel very welcomed. Clean. Easy parking. Small cafe attached with breakfast buffet and willing to make anything else you would like. Staff all over the facility were very nice and did their jobs very well. What a lovely farm-like atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and garden/courtyard was very warm and cozy. There was a bit of a fly issue but other than that it was quite charming.

This is the second time that I visit the place during my short trips to Heidelberg. The food is amazing (today was vegetarian pasta with goat cheese and vegetables). Highest recommendations. Waiters are super polite. 5 our of 5.

Hotel quiet. Breakfast good but too few seats. No good for business as a very narrow desk. Bathroom drains stink. Very poor selection of TV channels. No foreign or English channels, very few German channels. No facilities such as shops or other restaurant in direct vicinity as very rural. Bad attitude shown by staff when issues are mentioned instead of being thankful for feedback.

In den Frühstücksraum kommt man nur mittels eines Drehkreuzes, dass das Personal am Empfang freigeben muss, was sehr seltsam anmutet. Auch sollte man in diesem Hotel nichts vergessen, weil das kostet. Ich musste für`s Nachsenden meiner vergessenen Zahnbürste zzgl. zum Porto noch 13,90 € Bearbeitungsgeb...

Also, dieses Hotel liegt in einer unpraktischen Lage und das Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gegeben. Um einen Kaffee oder einen Tee im Restaurant zu trinken muss man durch einen Check-Point. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Wenn die Teppiche raus wären, dann wäre es noch besser. Kurzum. Nur zum schlafen ist es Ok. Wohlfühl-Hotel ist aber etwas anderes…...

Personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont très confortables, belle salle de bain, petit déjeuner très copieux. On peut se garer gratuitement devant l'hôtel et le TRAM à 200m de l'hôtel emmène en 12 minutes dans le centre. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Excellent and helpful staff and the only thing I did not like was not having a refrigerator in the room – but again, the staff provided us daily with all the ice we wanted. I was there for a business workshop overnight. The location is ideal in the "Altstadt", to go out and explore Heidelberg. It's in close proximity to the University library. The rooms, have been quite big and are really nice, with a cool flair. Breakfast and Lunch had been really good.

We had a remarkably good experience with this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable - we woke up in the morning and were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff were excellent, welcoming, and helpful. We will stay here next time we are in Heidelberg.
