Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

A nice stay for work, accessible for tram and near enough to get downtown to the castle with a medium walk

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.

My family was stuck in the elevator and pressed the help button to no avail. The elevator was bouncing and feeling dangerous. When the doors finally opened I went to the front desk to inform them of what happened. Employee Maren made me feel like she didn't care by telling me that if she is working at the desk she cannot hear the request for help and then she went on to tell me that we were too many...

The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

I drove from Munich to the Rhine Valley and stayed here for one night. I also checked in Heidelberg, which was nice.

The staff were so kind to Koreans who came from far away! (Especially the female receptionist.) Even though I checked in late, they even arranged dinner for me, and the view was amazing! They even have a dedicated parking lot, so parking is super convenient. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for your kindness.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

Perfect location between the Hbf and the Old Town...I don't know what the complaints are about, the staff were really friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast had a good variety and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

Rooms are standard size. They fit either a king or two doubles. Desk and TV and minibar. Small table. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).

Pleasant stay I stayed here for business and it was a nice hotel. About a 15 minute walk from the train station, 20 minute walk to dkfz, 15-20 minute walk to the old town area with lots of shops and bars. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and had beautiful windows with great natural light. I purchased the hotel breakfast and it was fantastic - wide variety of healthy and hearty...

Very nice room This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but that's just us. The only thing they can really improve upon is the Wi-fi as it is basically worthless...

I enjoy this hotel a lot for being clean and comfortable while not being directly in the city does give you options to get there relatively quickly. The staff is always excellent and willing to help with any needs. The onsite restaurant is comfortable and the food has never disappointed. Staff has always been amazing and very helpful.

What a lovely farm-like atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and garden/courtyard was very warm and cozy. There was a bit of a fly issue but other than that it was quite charming.

Excellent location in a residential area, ideal for us visiting our granddaughter who is studying in Heidelberg. We liked the location away from the busy centre but only a ride on the funicular railway. Breakfast was plenty the staff very attentive and cheerful and friendly. We had a small room but super clean and comfortable.

Well, the location is marvelles, the view is wonderfull...but the services at restaurant and terrace are not at the same level...sorry to say! However, the pleasure of contemplation of the landscape from inside or outside was not influenced by this aspect, so I even visited several times this place with friends and with my family. Enjoy!
