The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

Rooms are standard size. They fit either a king or two doubles. Desk and TV and minibar. Small table. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. Standard closet space with vault and iron plus board. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool on bottom floor.

Great hotel and service, very comfortable meeting space, good food, staff very attentive and polite. There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).

Great staff, breakfast was awesome. Good amenities for business travelers and a decent spot along the river (but a bit far from the city center). The problem with this hotel is the rooms appear to have not been touched since 1989. Badly needs a renovation.

Really nice hotel very well located. Very clean rooms and hotel in general with very good facilities. We got a renovated room for 4 which was perfect. Only "but"(and the reason for not giving 5 stars) are the mattresses and pillows...I have tried better in other hotels but in any case it's a highly recommended one and we will repeat if visiting Heidelberg again. Good and central business hotel close to downtown Heidelberg. I especially liked that the rooms have a hardwood floor and no carpet. Also there is a real shower with a glass door/wall and no bathtub with a jucky shower curtain. Beds and covers were very good too. Also Coffee maker in the room is always good. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant.

Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, we did get some conflicting answers in regards to what costs what, what is free and so on. At the same time the night we arrived, it was understaffed so it was hard to get everything done in a timely manner. But the staff that was there was very helpful and kind, just overwhelmed.

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

The location is very good, within walking distance of "everything" yet one block off any street with traffic or bars so it was quite. The bottom floor with reception and breakfast area was very nice (and the breakfast was brilliant). -the row was not as four star, it was small, felt a bit dated and there was as smell of sewage in the bathroom. Best place I have stayed in so far in Germany. So much variety in the breakfast, much more than you expect. Small kitchen is included for quick eats, comfortable bed is the highlight.

An enjoyable stay because of the quality of the hotel and rooms and friendlines of the staff. It delivers more than you'd expect for the price. Only criticism would be the crowded breakfast room. Especially during COVID-19 you'd expect some time slots or something to make it less crowded.

What a lovely farm-like atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and garden/courtyard was very warm and cozy. There was a bit of a fly issue but other than that it was quite charming.

The breakfast is good, the rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms have everything you need ... shampoo, gel and toothpaste with brush. The checkin service out of hours are very well explained so you do not stay out of the hotel. There is a very large parking lot just in front if there is no space in front of it. Hotel recommended

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Dad and two boys. We stayed in a "family room" with two twin beds and a private bathroom. Room was much larger than I expected. It had its own sitting area with couch and a TV. Nice hotel on a fine location (10 minute walk to old town). The information about about which parking garage to use could be better and our shower was broken (water coming out from all sides), so we decided to take the shower head off, but that is not what you expect for this price. Great place for our stay in Heidelberg. Visited from US and the hotel made us feel very welcomed. Clean. Easy parking. We stayed at this beautiful new hotel for 4 days. Nice quiet rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff always responsive to special requests. From here you can walk to the old town in about 30 minutes, no problem. For those who can't walk, the tram stops almost right in front of the door. Our extra long bed was a huge plus for us, though the sheet was too small so it often slipped off during the night, which led us to sleeping directly on a plastic-feeling mattress. Few places in Heidelberg can hope to match the ambiance and look of Qube. The staff and service though are just amazing. The selection of drinks is nice and the food quality is excellent, even though choice of vegan and vegetarian food is limited. Would definitely recommend.
