A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location. What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna...
I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.
The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.
Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty.
Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.
I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!
Best hidden gem in Heidelberg! Enjoyed my stay, awesome breakfas menu. And such a sweet and private rooms.

nice hotel to spend the time with family, close to the city center.
The food is great 👍 the best steak restaurant in town.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good.
Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.
A nice stay for work, accessible for tram and near enough to get downtown to the castle with a medium walk
Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.
My family was stuck in the elevator and pressed the help button to no avail. The elevator was bouncing and feeling dangerous. When the doors finally opened I went to the front desk to inform them of what happened. Employee Maren made me feel like she didn't care by telling me that if she is working at the desk she cannot hear the request for help and then she went on to tell me that we were too many...

The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!
Facilities: Highly recommended
Service: The breakfast is amazing, very delicious, with many varieties
Environment: The view from the room is very good, and the room is very spacious. The coffee machine is great, and there are tea bags and a kettle, which is great.
A very bad experience. I checked into the hotel on the night of January 30, 25. After checking in, I took a door card to a nearby supermarket to buy some snacks. When I came back, I was absent-mindedly looking at my phone and accidentally swiped the door of the next room. Shockingly, the door card of my room actually swiped the door of the other room. An Indian man in the room and I looked at each...
We had a fantastic stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Heidelberg! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. To our surprise, the hotel had taken our second wedding anniversary into account. A heartfelt thank you to Aurélie, the Guest Relations Manager, for the wonderful personal touch—it truly made our experience unforgettable.
The room was beautifully designed, spacious...
We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!
This was my first visit to Heidelberg, and I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at this hotel to see how nice it was. The receptionists were very friendly, and I appreciated the opportunity to have a drink and something sweet in the lobby while waiting.
The room was spacious and clean, equipped with everything one needs and a bit more. I booked a superior room, which was slightly more expensive...

Heidelberg, Kurfürstenanlage 1 🧭 Map
It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.
Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.
Best hotel in Heidelberg. Amazing location and good service. Don't go there if you are looking for trendy stuff.
Rooms are standard size. They fit either a king or two doubles. Desk and TV and minibar. Small table. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. Standard closet space with vault and iron plus board. Staff is super nice and helpful. Pool on bottom floor.
Great hotel and service, very comfortable meeting space, good food, staff very attentive and polite. There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).
Nice hotel with a pool. That's just the service is not very...

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.
We had lovely days. Once more. It was the fourth time visiting. Location awesome. Rooms pretty nice. Service can vary, depending on the person. We’ve been lucky with 19 persons out of 20. As always - how you treat people is important how they treat you.
A great relatively small 4* hotel located high on the hills outside of Heidelberg. Wonderful panorama view. Superb room with large balcony. Good food quality at restaurant, but service by some staff unfriendly
We stayed just for 1 night, however, it was an unforgettable time.
The location and view were excellent.
The room, cleanness, comfort and the even the quality of shampoo and shower gel were wonderful.
The breakfast items in terms of quality and variety of foods and drinks were outstanding.
The last but not least, the staff were super friendly and most lovely.
We will definitely come back and highly...
Great and friendly staff. Exceptional service. Rooms were great. Air conditioner was broken unfortunately and only put out warm air. Views to kill for. Did I mention excellent and friendly staff. Really loved this place.
We ordered Grilled chicken “Gebackene Burst” but it was Fried chicken. Taste was okay. The vegetarian dish was delicious. Staff were nice but busy. Ambiance was amazing. And the location was excellent. Overall the experience was good. This review is for the restaurant only.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.
The location is very good, within walking distance of "everything" yet one block off any street with traffic or bars so it was quite.
The bottom floor with reception and breakfast area was very nice (and the breakfast was brilliant). -the room was not as four star, it was small, felt a bit dated and there was as smell of sewage in the bathroom.
Parking just around the corner was included in our booking
The hotel is in a good location, you can walk to all the attractions

Perfect location between the Hbf and the Old Town...I don't know what the complaints are about, the staff were really friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast had a good variety and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.
Stayed here for a short work trip. The room was lovely. Small but perfectly adequate for my needs and very clean and tidy. There was no bottled water provided or a mini bar - both of which I would expect in a 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was well presented and what was offered was very good although a larger selection of items would be expected at a 4 start hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in old town Heidelberg. Missed AC which was needed lying on the top floor in the house. So yes, it was a bit too warm right now. Cool naming (our room was not a number but “Paris”). Friendly staff and decent prices.
Great location but the breakfast was meh.
Nice rooms, more personal than most hotels which I enjoyed. Friendly staff. Good rates. Good location.
Very cool and unique small hotel in the hear of the old town.
Cute, quirky hotel with unique rooms and a good restaurant but most importantly: excellent staff. The welcome was exceptionally warm and forthcoming, and our requests during the stay were met with kindness and understanding, and quickly realised. Having stayed here for a whole week, it was easy to feel homely in "Dehli".
Is the room slightly outdated? Maybe. But I prefer comfort and kindness...
Decent room and nice breakfast with good coffee. Nice they gave all the rooms a name instead of a number

Die Hirschgasse Hotel
Heidelberg, Hirschgasse 3 🧭 Map
A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.
Built in 1472, interior design by THE Laura Ashley, so vintage furniture & fittings. Make sure to make time for the extensive breakfast. And Le Gourmet one michelin star restaurant, prebook.
Great location & facility. Absolutely outstanding special dinner... worth every moment. The most outstanding feature is the kitchen, chef & service staff: each meal, from dinner to the lavish breakfast is superb.
We will stay here on our next visit & encourage you all to do so as well.
NOTE: please contact Vera Cornelius of VIPTOURS who will add a special flavor to your stay with outstanding service...
A wonderful and comfortable stay in an historic building. You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town. If it is night then you ha e one of the best views ever of the Castle lit by megawatts of lighting. A fabulous view. Breakfast is awesome and would take...
Great location with an interesting history. The service is also wonderful. We loved it.
We loved Die Hirschgasse in Heidelberg. The suites were spacious and full of old world charm. As we walked in I saw and bought a book written by Mark Twain about his travels through Heidelberg and his experience at Die Hirschgasse. We will stay there again.

The environment is good. If you have never lived in a loft, you can give it a try.
Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.
the hotel is very nice .roms are fantastic. but there is nobody in the reception to answer questions. we had to ask a waiter who spoke english.he was very helpful. after all a very nice hotel we had good nigt sleep there. ( very quiet)
Clean and Cousy rooms, very good location near sightseeing of Heidelberg
Easy check in

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!!
The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed!
The breakfast was great - go for the chocolate croissant!!
The location was exactly what we looked for with plenty of parking places
We came for a small vacation to this hotel,it’s a great and clean place, great atmosphere with amazing hospitality from the team the general manager I think is name Almar and the guy in the reception mozes gave as great time
I really recommend.
Very clean and staff were fantastic. A little way out from castle area, but very easy bus ride to and from. Breakfast was great - lots of options.
This was a good hotel. The price was affordable, the room large and clean. The breakfast a bit expensive but huge variety of foods. A very friendly, English speaking lady welcomed us. A car is best for this hotel but a bus does run to city center. Ask about it.
Friendly and helpful reception. Good breakfast .
Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.

Happy Stay
We didn’t notice the reception is not 7/24, we checked email when we arrived and found the code for the room key. That’s okay. Easy to access.
The room is clean and good for family. But no air conditioning, only with fans.
Has supermarket nearby in walking distance. Can buy and cook simple dishes in the room.
The breakfast is incredible.
Extremely Clean
Extremely clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Decent location.
Room itself was nice. Well decorated and had a kitchenette with sink. Had a balcony. However no air-con. Even in September i was too warm. I imagine its unbearable in the heat of summer.
The resteraunt only did breakfast. No option for an evening meal. Staff were nice at the breakfast meal. I did have a problem one day where my card wouldn't open the breakfast room door, so i had to wait for someone...
We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was understanding as we still had to learn German. It was tight with the 4 of us, 5 weeks in a row, but it was the only establishment allowing our cat to come along. The rooms were clean and modern. The coffee in the foyer was always welcome, and sometimes was accompanied with fresh croissants, bagels or rolls.
The hotel is bright and clean, and the location is excellent, with a supermarket right across the street. The front desk staff, Albone tti David, was especially helpful and patiently explained where to find local restaurants and how to easily get to the old town. If I have the chance to visit Heidelberg again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
Our experience in this hotel was very nice! The room has everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, and a nice small balcony. And specially the bed was comfortable. Also they offered to keep our bag after check-out.
