the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe

I rarely post reviews at all, but my stay at Europäischer Hof was easily the best time away I had in years

I was at the Ibis hotel a couple of years ago and I must say I was skeptical because my last stay was not that good, mostly because the rooms were so old and looked dirty

I love that the toilet has a window instead of the usual indoor ventilation system found elsewhere! The only thing, I wish the mattress was softer as it caused me some back pain and discomfort during both nights I slept there, but this is just my personal preference

Rooms were lovely, clean and quite quiet considering we were right next door to the train station. The staff were lovely at every interaction, including check in, breakfast and getting drinks from the reception area

Overall the breakfast was good, but more vegan/warm food needed! Overall: 10/10, would highly recommend if you are in Heidelberg

But since then, a renovation took place and the rooms look much better, are well kept, clean, no mold in the bathroom and no unpleasant smell. Of course the space is limited but for 1 person or a couple is nice and cozy

The downside is, of course, the type of people roaming around the area: sketchy men can be seen around the station but since this is a worldwide phenomenon, the hotel really cannot do anything about that

The hotel is new and well furnished with clean room. The location is good with supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking places.

Not far from Heidelberg Station, surrounded by supermarkets, DM and pharmacies, as well as the Good Luck Hans burger restaurant, it is very convenient.

The hotel is in a relatively modern area of ​​Heidelberg, not in the old town. Parking is located downstairs of the hotel and costs 14.8 euros. The room is quite clean and not too big.

In short, the location is great to visit the old city centre when you are traveling by car and the rooms are super clean and well isolated against noise pollution

It was very quiet, and I slept very well. It's just a bit inconvenient to get to the castle.

Stayed here for 2 nights, a couple with kid. The location is perfect because you can park your car in the garage of the hotel and walk within a few minutes into the old city centre

We booked for 3 nights but because my daughter caught the flu she was not feeling well, therefore we checked out one night early and the manager did not charge the booking because of the circumstances

One minor thing is maybe that there is no small fridge in the room but i had a mobile fridge for in the car that i could bring into the room

It’s on a main road but with the windows closed absolutely no noise pollution, when the windows are open you can hear the tram

For those who can't walk, the tram stops almost right in front of the door. Dogs are not a problem here either, good big underground car park and very friendly and competent staff in the service area

The evening menu was first class with an excellent wine list. The breakfast is fresh and of a high standard. Our dogs also liked it very much, and they immediately supplied water

We stayed at this beautiful new hotel for 4 days. Nice quiet rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff always responsive to special requests. From here you can walk to the old town in about 30 minutes, no problem

The location is excellent for the main station as it can be walked in just 10 minutes, but it's quite a way from the city centre and unless you're prepared to walk 40 minutes you'll need to use transport

The Italian restaurant next door is informal & relaxed for a nice evening meal so you can eat & drink without the bother of the car. Would we use this hotel again ? Absolutely we would return !

What a lovely farm-like atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and garden/courtyard was very warm and cozy. There was a bit of a fly issue but other than that it was quite charming.

More of a guesthouse than a hotel. No bed side tables and no sitting chairs. On the plus side, Superb Breakfast. Very quite and yet a mere 50mtrs from the main Street. Shall visit again if in Heidelberg

We had a studio under the roof, with sleeping room, living/dining/kitchen area (equipped with everything needed to cook, including fridge, induction field, pots and pans and all the rest of whatever one may need) and a bathroom, it was lovely

I went there for a wedding party. The buffet table was a little small for this many people, but the food was delicious. Great location for this kind of event. We stayed overnight in the guest house which was also nice

All the hotel looks new and beautiful, our room was the same, furnished in lovely country house style, nice colour scheme. Very comfortable bed, perfect shower, big and wonderful, everything spotless clean

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived really early on my check-in date and they were happy to let me in my room. Then I had a medical emergency while staying there and they helped with everything

Unassuming accommodation in Heidelberg. Exterior looks abit old but the room is very modern and clean. Reasonably nightly rates. Very near to train station at just 5mins walk.

Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!) Lift: old and small but it works! Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together

Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small
