The Air Condition system is really a plus! Buffet style of Breakfast is good too, with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staffs are nice, helpful and tourist friendly

Very spacious, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient private parking option. It is a little far to walk to old town. Public transportation or taxi would be needed

If you drive your car to old town, you need to arrive by 10am to get parking spaces in P11, P12 and P13

The only thing i didn't liked was, my bed and the bed of my friend had only one provided pillow which were too thin. didn't bother to ask for extra just because we were just there for a night

Located near the Central Train Station about 20-30 mins walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and had enough amenities. The Bed is heavenly! I dozed off immediately to sleep

What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna cotta and blimey, I am still stunned. I’d come here just for the restaurant ! 10/10 would recommend

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality

The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was very good. However, basic rooms only have twin beds, and the main elevator was out of service for the entire week that I was there - which seemed very strange

It is an amazing hotel all new. A gorgeous balcony a coffee machine a fridge a microwave 16 sockets which is unbelievable. This and 1 other hotel were the best I have stayed at in my whole time in Heidelberg some 12 days

I had opportunity to travel Heidelberg for training in Christmas 2017 now look back everywhere i check in Heidelberg is very beautiful that year 2017, sevenday hotel street was repairing in rainy season and snowy i remember that room, mini fridge, kettle, fan, and smell of Air quick spray everyday

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe

This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. I booked it for my wife’s birthday and requested a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived

Even though we arrived later than expected because of traffic it was obvious the hotel staff pays attention to detail because the bottle was in fresh ice and they even had a large piece of cake with Happy Birthday spelled out on the plate in chocolate

If we ever stay in Heidelberg again, we will stay here. We ate at the restaurant that is in the hotel and it too was amazing. The four course meal was delicious. All of the staff spoke English and were very helpful

Charger in the garage - we had an EV. Very conveint to the alt stad and the Schloss. Room had a fantastic bathroom. Staff super friendly and very helpfull. Next time in Heidlberg that will be the hotel we will use

The room was actually good! The staffs were nice and approachable, after checking out we had still time bfore our departure so we left our bags in their storage room and roamed around the city again with comfort! the air conditioner was not that functioning so well?! But nonetheless we slightly opened the window and it was cool

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable

We had a very pleasant short stay at this Premier Inn hotel. The double bed was very comfortable. Across the road there is a tram and bus station for the city centre. Great value for money, absolutely recommended

The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car

If you travel to Heidelberg choose Ibis! The location is perfect. The nice ladies on the reception explain you where to go, what to see and where to eat! German cuisine is awesome!!!!!!! The rooms are clean and nice

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As the reviews state the rooms are small but it is enough to sleep and get some work done. One big minus: there are no plugs next to the beds

We wanted to try out their menu and so we returned to the hotel after strolling the old city of Heiselberg. We had traditional schnitzel with the best potatoes and bacon ever

Excellent location, but had some issues with finding parking and there is hardly any room to drop off luggage at the front of the hotel. Our room was actually down the street from the main office, but it was very nice

Wonderful location right on the river facing the old bridge. Room was nice and large, well appointed. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. No AC but we didn't need it, just kept the windows open at night.

Can't beat the location, opens right onto the old bridge. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and all spoke English.

You can walk about a block or two to catch the main bus and trains and is only about a 10 min bus ride to old town. It is located next to various restaurants & walking distance to an Edeka or Kaufland

Room came with 2 oscillating floor fans which we needed both blowing full speed on us just to sleep at night. Opening skylight windows at night caused room to cool slightly but then allowed bugs and mosquitos in

The room claims to have AC but the design of the room, with all windows being skylights, caused the room to be extremely hot. Like being in an attic in summer time

I almost never write reviews, but I just had to write a review for this place because it was so good. I stayed here for three nights on the top floor (room 19)

The view was beautiful! You can see the hills, the old bridge, and the red roofs of the city. The windows all open, so there is fresh air. The best thing about the hotel is the people who work there

Breakfast was also really good - but nothing warm if that is what you need. I will be back here next time I'm in Heidelberg!

My room was on 3rd floor with no lift but reasonably comfortable and clean. Bathroom small. Breakfast ok, but this is Germany so OK means pretty good.

My family and I were staying at another hotel nearby with abominable service, and when we needed help, Inigo at reception spent time helping us find another hotel, even though Hotel Am Rathaus was booked out that night

There is no lift in the hotel, but my luggage was carried up by the hotel staff, and they will show you how to take the public transportation, and give you directions to wherever you need to go
