The Air Condition system is really a plus! Buffet style of Breakfast is good too, with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staffs are nice, helpful and tourist friendly

Very spacious, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and convenient private parking option. It is a little far to walk to old town. Public transportation or taxi would be needed

If you drive your car to old town, you need to arrive by 10am to get parking spaces in P11, P12 and P13

The only thing i didn't liked was, my bed and the bed of my friend had only one provided pillow which were too thin. didn't bother to ask for extra just because we were just there for a night

Located near the Central Train Station about 20-30 mins walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and had enough amenities. The Bed is heavenly! I dozed off immediately to sleep

Nice hotel spacious clean rooms and decent breakfast. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast.

What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna cotta and blimey, I am still stunned. I’d come here just for the restaurant ! 10/10 would recommend

Extremely well mannered staff and excellent service. Hotel is set up for conferences and does that service admirably. Rooms were well appointed and impeccably clean.

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality

The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

We were there in October 2024 and we are not fans of heater and no AC. You can’t even control the thermostat. The breakfast I think is its biggest draw

If you travel to Heidelberg choose Ibis! The location is perfect. The nice ladies on the reception explain you where to go, what to see and where to eat! German cuisine is awesome!!!!!!! The rooms are clean and nice

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As the reviews state the rooms are small but it is enough to sleep and get some work done. One big minus: there are no plugs next to the beds

This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. I booked it for my wife’s birthday and requested a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived

Even though we arrived later than expected because of traffic it was obvious the hotel staff pays attention to detail because the bottle was in fresh ice and they even had a large piece of cake with Happy Birthday spelled out on the plate in chocolate

If we ever stay in Heidelberg again, we will stay here. We ate at the restaurant that is in the hotel and it too was amazing. The four course meal was delicious. All of the staff spoke English and were very helpful

It is an amazing hotel all new. A gorgeous balcony a coffee machine a fridge a microwave 16 sockets which is unbelievable. This and 1 other hotel were the best I have stayed at in my whole time in Heidelberg some 12 days

Best place I have stayed in so far in Germany. So much variety in the breakfast, much more than you expect. Small kitchen is included for quick eats, comfortable bed is the highlight.

I had opportunity to travel Heidelberg for training in Christmas 2017 now look back everywhere i check in Heidelberg is very beautiful that year 2017, sevenday hotel street was repairing in rainy season and snowy i remember that room, mini fridge, kettle, fan, and smell of Air quick spray everyday

I have since stayed at 2 other hotels and neither of them could hold a candle to 7 days boarding house. I would have stayed there the last few nights but I couldnt as I had 2 other bookings that were non refundable

A kind lady who works on the staff even gave me some breakfast to take with me and the kind guy at reception let me stay in my room until 1pm as I couldnt go into the next place until 2pm

Home away from home. Excellent value for money. Excellent service at the front desk. Reasonable beds and maintenance of the rooms. Right on top of a very nice supermarket.

The room was actually good! The staffs were nice and approachable, after checking out we had still time bfore our departure so we left our bags in their storage room and roamed around the city again with comfort! the air conditioner was not that functioning so well?! But nonetheless we slightly opened the window and it was cool

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable

We had a very pleasant short stay at this Premier Inn hotel. The double bed was very comfortable. Across the road there is a tram and bus station for the city centre. Great value for money, absolutely recommended

The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car

We stayed at this beautiful new hotel for 4 days. Nice quiet rooms, very good breakfast, attentive staff always responsive to special requests. From here you can walk to the old town in about 30 minutes, no problem

For those who can't walk, the tram stops almost right in front of the door. Dogs are not a problem here either, good big underground car park and very friendly and competent staff in the service area

It is the restaurant of the hotel with the same name but even if you are not staying there, the restaurant is a good choice. The number of dishes is limited to a few good ones and the offering of wines is recommendable

The evening menu was first class with an excellent wine list. The breakfast is fresh and of a high standard. Our dogs also liked it very much, and they immediately supplied water

The selection of drinks is nice and the food quality is excellent, even though choice of vegan and vegetarian food is limited

Finding (free) parking in high season (early August) is very difficult in the vicinity (you need to go to the streets around, sometimes for a while until a spot gets available, as even the parking lot of the hotel is full); the parking at the hotel is 9 euros per night

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit this branch again in other city

We enjoyed our stay here for the third time. Each time we discover more about the hotel. It is nice that there is a well-equipped guest kitchen to prepare food (with even some spaghetti for general use)

The staff deserves about 4 stars. They were mostly helpful, but sometimes not very well informed. The breakfast was well worth the money, varied and with healthy choices (although I'd prefer more fresh fruit options)

The ladder to the upper bunk bed was rather uncomfortable and once on the higher steps, there was nowhere to hold on to in order to climb further. This could be solved by adding a handle on the wall or such

I would have been happy to have our 3 year old (or older) bedshare with one of his brothers or us parents, but you can't book it like that online

The hotel is new clean and beautiful. The materials used all over are good quality and beautifully put toguether. The room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't the biggest but was ok

Charger in the garage - we had an EV. Very conveint to the alt stad and the Schloss. Room had a fantastic bathroom. Staff super friendly and very helpfull. Next time in Heidlberg that will be the hotel we will use

OUTSTANDING hotel and the location was perfect. Excellent and helpful staff and the only thing I did not like was not having a refrigerator in the room – but again, the staff provided us daily with all the ice we wanted

We wanted to try out their menu and so we returned to the hotel after strolling the old city of Heiselberg. We had traditional schnitzel with the best potatoes and bacon ever

Fantastic boutique hotel in Heidelberg. Stayed here for 3 nights as we began a 15 day trip through Europe. STAFF: The staff were friendly and accommodating. They remembered my name and were attentive to every need

ROOM: We stayed in a deluxe suite in the main building and it was the perfect room with an incredible view of the castle. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom size was sufficient

The room had robes, a small living room with a couch, mini kitchen with sink, mini fridge, stove burners and dishes. The room was so cozy and perfect for getting over jet lag

There aren’t a lot of hotels that would act that way! On my next visit i will definetely stay here again because the city itself is fantastic and i was not able to visit every place i planned because of the circumstances so i will come back

Stayed here for 2 nights, a couple with kid. The location is perfect because you can park your car in the garage of the hotel and walk within a few minutes into the old city centre

We booked for 3 nights but because my daughter caught the flu she was not feeling well, therefore we checked out one night early and the manager did not charge the booking because of the circumstances

In short, the location is great to visit the old city centre when you are traveling by car and the rooms are super clean and well isolated against noise pollution

One minor thing is maybe that there is no small fridge in the room but i had a mobile fridge for in the car that i could bring into the room

It’s on a main road but with the windows closed absolutely no noise pollution, when the windows are open you can hear the tram
