Booking on the hotel's own website is really cheaper than booking on booking by 5 euros per day, fantastic! I loved this small hotel in the West Stadt, very clean and close to the train station and the city center

You can walk about a block or two to catch the main bus and trains and is only about a 10 min bus ride to old town. It is located next to various restaurants & walking distance to an Edeka or Kaufland

I had a wonderful time at the hotel that I even extended my stay for an extra night. The customer service was very nice and very helpful with my stay

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is full of beautiful buildings, lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, easy to eat and shop

Room was good standard, clean etc. One staff member gave us map and advised on attractions to see. Hotel is on a hill, near the castle, about 30min stroll to city centre

Breakfast had good choice of food, but for other meals you'll need to go into town, by car, taxi or foot. Aside from looking for day meals, it was very good experience

I had a good stay. It is pretty much outside town, but only a ten minutes Taxi ride gets you downtown.

Short walk, but you can get great pictures right outside your room. Right I the heart of the plaza and the shopping and food district. If you are visiting Heidelberg, this is where you should stay

Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when using your credit card. My family had lunch there yesterday (13/08/2021). And that same card was charged for 5€ in the evening by the restaurant. It was resolved the next day

This place saved us after we our previously booked apartment was canceled last minute. Their rate for 4 adults was very reasonable. The food was good, and the included breakfast was awesome

breakfast is good, room is spacious. The gentlemen downstairs were so welcoming and didn't make us feel like tourist. Had the greatest time visiting Germany. It's located right near the castle

Perfect location for us. Nice room and great breakfast. It is right in the square, so it is a little noisy in the room, and may not be good for someone who likes to go to bed early.

Extremely well mannered staff and excellent service. Hotel is set up for conferences and does that service admirably. Rooms were well appointed and impeccably clean.

We stayed here for a night after our flight was cancelled. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty as well.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel

Great hotel and service, very comfortable meeting space, good food, staff very attentive and polite

They fit either a king or two doubles. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. Standard closet space with vault and iron plus board. Staff is super nice and helpful

I rarely post reviews at all, but my stay at Europäischer Hof was easily the best time away I had in years

The cake and fruit were fresh and obviously had not been waiting for hours for us to arrive. Outstanding service from the staff. Everyone that we met that works there deserves a raise

We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany

One cannot beat the warm atmosphere, friendliness of staff, excellent cuisine and location of this family-run hotel. And on top of it their spa is just amazing!

This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. I booked it for my wife’s birthday and requested a bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived

The staff here are excellent. One even offered to pick up a jacket for my wife on his way home. Rooms are also huge and luxe

Right along the Neckar river, hotel NH Heidelberg is in a great location. The staff is knowledgeable and speaks English, and can guide you to where you need to go

Spent two nights here this past week. Nice hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. Hotel staff was very friendly. Checkin was easy (with precautions for Covid). Breakfast each morning was wonderful

Good and central business hotel close to downtown Heidelberg. I especially liked that the rooms have a hardwood floor and no carpet

The only reason I did not rate this hotel higher (5 stars) was: 1. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable (hard) and the pillows were small and not firm. Shower—-I am not a fan of hybrid bath tub and shower areas

Also there is a real shower with a glass door/wall and no bathtub with a jucky shower curtain. Beds and covers were very good too. Also Coffee maker in the room is always good. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant

Only "but"(and the reason for not giving 5 stars) are the mattresses and pillows. I have tried better in other hotels but in any case it's a highly recommended one and we will repeat if visiting Heidelberg again

* Location is very good - it's very close to the funicular down to the city, and you get amazing views on the whole Rhein valley. It does take some time to get to the city, though

A great relatively small 4* hotel located high on the hills outside of Heidelberg. Wonderful panorama view. Superb room with large balcony. Good food quality at restaurant, but service by some staff unfriendly

We stayed just for 1 night, however, it was an unforgettable time. The location and view were excellent. The room, cleanness, comfort and the even the quality of shampoo and shower gel were wonderful

We ordered Grilled chicken “Gebackene Burst” but it was Fried chicken. The vegetarian dish was delicious. And the location was excellent. Overall the experience was good. This review is for the restaurant only

Great and friendly staff. Exceptional service. Rooms were great. Air conditioner was broken unfortunately and only put out warm air. Views to kill for. Did I mention excellent and friendly staff. Really loved this place.

Pasta tastes great but too rich to finish it. Carrot cake too cloy but looks cute. I don’t like the dumplings at all. Soup too salty and dumplings tastes boring.

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town

As we walked in I saw and bought a book written by Mark Twain about his travels through Heidelberg and his experience at Die Hirschgasse

Fantastic boutique hotel in Heidelberg. Stayed here for 3 nights as we began a 15 day trip through Europe. STAFF: The staff were friendly and accommodating. They remembered my name and were attentive to every need

ROOM: We stayed in a deluxe suite in the main building and it was the perfect room with an incredible view of the castle. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom size was sufficient

The room had robes, a small living room with a couch, mini kitchen with sink, mini fridge, stove burners and dishes. The room was so cozy and perfect for getting over jet lag

LOCATION: Ideal location if you’re planning on spending time in old town. Bus stop is also in front of the hotel

The location? Perfect! A supermarket within 2 minutes of walking distance, the castle-tram a mere 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping all around. PS: I asked for a tea station and it was put into the room

Having stayed here for a whole week, it was easy to feel homely in "Dehli". Is the room slightly outdated? Maybe. But I prefer comfort and kindness to state-of-the-art

The room was actually good! The staffs were nice and approachable, after checking out we had still time bfore our departure so we left our bags in their storage room and roamed around the city again with comfort! the air conditioner was not that functioning so well?! But nonetheless we slightly opened the window and it was cool

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable

We had a very pleasant short stay at this Premier Inn hotel. The double bed was very comfortable. Across the road there is a tram and bus station for the city centre. Great value for money, absolutely recommended

The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car

Finding (free) parking in high season (early August) is very difficult in the vicinity (you need to go to the streets around, sometimes for a while until a spot gets available, as even the parking lot of the hotel is full); the parking at the hotel is 9 euros per night

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit this branch again in other city

We enjoyed our stay here for the third time. Each time we discover more about the hotel. It is nice that there is a well-equipped guest kitchen to prepare food (with even some spaghetti for general use)

The staff deserves about 4 stars. They were mostly helpful, but sometimes not very well informed. The breakfast was well worth the money, varied and with healthy choices (although I'd prefer more fresh fruit options)

The ladder to the upper bunk bed was rather uncomfortable and once on the higher steps, there was nowhere to hold on to in order to climb further. This could be solved by adding a handle on the wall or such

I would have been happy to have our 3 year old (or older) bedshare with one of his brothers or us parents, but you can't book it like that online

The Air Condition system is really a plus! Buffet style of Breakfast is good too, with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staffs are nice, helpful and tourist friendly

If you drive your car to old town, you need to arrive by 10am to get parking spaces in P11, P12 and P13

The only thing i didn't liked was, my bed and the bed of my friend had only one provided pillow which were too thin. didn't bother to ask for extra just because we were just there for a night

Located near the Central Train Station about 20-30 mins walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and had enough amenities. The Bed is heavenly! I dozed off immediately to sleep

Best place I have stayed in so far in Germany. So much variety in the breakfast, much more than you expect. Small kitchen is included for quick eats, comfortable bed is the highlight.

I had opportunity to travel Heidelberg for training in Christmas 2017 now look back everywhere i check in Heidelberg is very beautiful that year 2017, sevenday hotel street was repairing in rainy season and snowy i remember that room, mini fridge, kettle, fan, and smell of Air quick spray everyday

I have since stayed at 2 other hotels and neither of them could hold a candle to 7 days boarding house. I would have stayed there the last few nights but I couldnt as I had 2 other bookings that were non refundable

A kind lady who works on the staff even gave me some breakfast to take with me and the kind guy at reception let me stay in my room until 1pm as I couldnt go into the next place until 2pm

Excellent Italian restaurant next door

The Italian restaurant next door is informal & relaxed for a nice evening meal so you can eat & drink without the bother of the car. Would we use this hotel again ? Absolutely we would return !

Excellent location, but had some issues with finding parking and there is hardly any room to drop off luggage at the front of the hotel. Our room was actually down the street from the main office, but it was very nice

During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage

Reception is up a huge staircase. Hope you don't have much luggage! Rooms are then up more stairs. No air-conditioner in the room, not even a fan, very hot on this late spring day, would hate to stay here in summer
