The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location

What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna cotta and blimey, I am still stunned. I’d come here just for the restaurant ! 10/10 would recommend

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines

Extremely well mannered staff and excellent service. Hotel is set up for conferences and does that service admirably. Rooms were well appointed and impeccably clean.

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe

Location wise is excellent if you are hopping to another place by train. Other than that, it’s IBIS you will find it basic, ok for overnight. The shower is excellent, very powerful pressure for a good hot bath

The room was actually good! The staffs were nice and approachable, after checking out we had still time bfore our departure so we left our bags in their storage room and roamed around the city again with comfort! the air conditioner was not that functioning so well?! But nonetheless we slightly opened the window and it was cool

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable

We had a very pleasant short stay at this Premier Inn hotel. The double bed was very comfortable. Across the road there is a tram and bus station for the city centre. Great value for money, absolutely recommended

The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car

Finding (free) parking in high season (early August) is very difficult in the vicinity (you need to go to the streets around, sometimes for a while until a spot gets available, as even the parking lot of the hotel is full); the parking at the hotel is 9 euros per night

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit this branch again in other city

We enjoyed our stay here for the third time. Each time we discover more about the hotel. It is nice that there is a well-equipped guest kitchen to prepare food (with even some spaghetti for general use)

The staff deserves about 4 stars. They were mostly helpful, but sometimes not very well informed. The breakfast was well worth the money, varied and with healthy choices (although I'd prefer more fresh fruit options)

The ladder to the upper bunk bed was rather uncomfortable and once on the higher steps, there was nowhere to hold on to in order to climb further. This could be solved by adding a handle on the wall or such

Excellent Italian restaurant next door

The Italian restaurant next door is informal & relaxed for a nice evening meal so you can eat & drink without the bother of the car. Would we use this hotel again ? Absolutely we would return !

The location? Perfect! A supermarket within 2 minutes of walking distance, the castle-tram a mere 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping all around. PS: I asked for a tea station and it was put into the room

If it is night then you ha e one of the best views ever of the Castle lit by megawatts of lighting. Breakfast is awesome and would take too to describe. Loved our stay and will stay again on our next trip to Heidelberg

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town

Absolutely outstanding special dinner. The most outstanding feature is the kitchen, chef & service staff: each meal, from dinner to the lavish breakfast is superb

There's a 24 hr grocery store (Rewe) within 5 minutes walking. The cons: I stayed for 3 or 4 nights. All was well until the last night. Someone right above me stomped around with their shoes on all night long

We didn’t have a wine opener in our room and the girl at the front desk was doing her best to assist - it was a little time sensitive for us so I started walking to a store to purchase one and when I was maybe two blocks away I heard her running after me to let me know she found one for me

Hotel Goldende Rose zelf was vanwege Corona nog gesloten, maar we kregen tegen dezelfde voorwaarden een verblijf in zusterhotel Panorama aangeboden. Dit was in alle opzichten een uitstekend hotel. Echt geweldig!

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. Echt keurige kamer. De ligging is ideaal voor een bezoek aan Heidelberg.

Dave was quite flexible and accommodate our request for early breakfast during the weekends. Breakfast was good with spread out options and fried-eggs were served. A soft-white bread could have been perfect for my kids

A bit dated but great service at a good price

During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage

Reception is up a huge staircase. Hope you don't have much luggage! Rooms are then up more stairs. No air-conditioner in the room, not even a fan, very hot on this late spring day, would hate to stay here in summer

Excellent location, but had some issues with finding parking and there is hardly any room to drop off luggage at the front of the hotel. Our room was actually down the street from the main office, but it was very nice

I had the AC/Klima on full blast and my room was hotter than outside (outside was 19°c) in the evening. The suite itself was big and the balcony also. Service is very friendly, but I do not think I would come back here

I only booked this hotel because I had read online that the ac was functional and you could adjust it here by yourself which is true, but the AC/Klima does not work here

A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up

It is an amazing hotel all new. A gorgeous balcony a coffee machine a fridge a microwave 16 sockets which is unbelievable. This and 1 other hotel were the best I have stayed at in my whole time in Heidelberg some 12 days
