The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

Really nice hotel very well located. Very clean rooms and hotel in general with very good facilities. We got a renovated room for 4 which was perfect. Good and central business hotel close to downtown Heidelberg. I especially liked that the rooms have a hardwood floor and no carpet. Also there is a real shower with a glass door/wall and no bathtub with a jucky shower curtain. Beds and covers were very good too. Also Coffee maker in the room is always good. Didn't try the breakfast or restaurant.

Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, we did get some conflicting answers in regards to what costs what, what is free and so on. At the same time the night we arrived, it was understaffed so it was hard to get everything done in a timely manner. But the staff that was there was very helpful and kind, just overwhelmed.

The location is very good, within walking distance of "everything" yet one block off any street with traffic or bars so it was quite. We were received extremely friendly by Mr. Hahnefeld. He explained the way to the room, underground car park and rooftop restaurant in detail and even accompanied us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the nice service! The rooms and the lobby are nicely decorated in a modern style. The central downtown location of the hotel is great! I would book here again for a short trip to Heidelberg.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

Rooms are standard size. They fit either a king or two doubles. Desk and TV and minibar. Small table. Window onto the central space or out into the city. Bathrooms outfitted with red granite. There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).

This is a magnificient hotel. We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel to visit, this is the place to be.

I had an amazing stay in one of the boutique suites. My friends and I had two suites so I could check out the other room aswell. Both very clean, stylish atmosphere. All in all quiet but close to all things you could need in a city like Heidelberg, so it's a good place to stay if you desire both excitement and serenety, all at once.

If you drive your car to old town, you need to arrive by 10am to get parking spaces in P11, P12 and P13.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Great place for our stay in Heidelberg. Visited from US and the hotel made us feel very welcomed. Clean. Easy parking. Small cafe attached with breakfast buffet and willing to make anything else you would like. Staff all over the facility were very nice and did their jobs very well. Very nice location close to city center. Nice room with tea kitchen and large bathroom. The main challenge is parking. The hotel have access to a limited number of parking lots - so it's rather disappointing that you make a reservation and they provide you with a key card which you pay for and then there is still no place to park.

It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
