A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location. What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna...

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.

Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty. Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

We stay there for few nights last week. It was really great more than our expectation for the price range. The breakfast, friendly staffs, swimming pool with children… all is nice. The room is big enough, a bit classic but well made furnitures. The parking is private and secured, with few spots for electric vehicle charging.

Although the hotel is dated -- you're in a historic city -- the rooms and facilities were sparkling clean! We were upgraded to a river-view room - stunning. The staff are amazing, helpful, and quick with requests. You are within a 30min walk to the Old Town Schloss Castle, the historic bridge, and restaurants. Lots to see, beautiful city! Would recommend if you enjoy walking!

My wife and I checked in using my Marriott rewards points, and we had a free room upgrade. We had a room overlooking the river and could see the Heidelberg castle. Without a reservation, the staff checked us in promptly and were very courteous. The staff in the executive lounge was super nice. The grounds were well maintained and everyone was friendly. It’s a short 2.4km to the old bridge.

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

Very clean room and shower which seemed to be newly refurbished. Great place to end the day but do not expect too much from this hotel. A complementary drink or even a bottle of water would have had been nice but then again I suppose it's only 3star.

It is a very good place to stay if you plan to take a trip to Heidelberg. Its just a stroll down to the Necker River strand and the old city, Corn Market area. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is sumptuous.

Older hotel has all the amenities and is comfortable. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to go back. While there is not much for a view, it is convenient to nice restaurant choices. It is also within walking distance to the train station and river (maybe 15 min for either). The service is always good and the restaurant is decent if you prefer not to leave the hotel.

There is a business center of two computers and a colour MFP to work with a very brake Internet and some restrictions (printing no more than 8 liters at once, work in shell-superstructure, Claudia German, etc.).

This is a magnificient hotel. We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel to visit, this is the place to be.

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car. Good old-fashioned German hotel directly on Bismarckplatz at one end of the pedestrian zone. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel...too expensive, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby with more reasonable prices. And Heidelberg is a gem! Spared the destruction of WWII, and even with the woes of mass tourism, it's still a place where people live, work, go to school and enjoy life.

The hotel location is the best. The superior room is pretty spacious and you only pay like 20€ euros extra. It is quite clean and cosy but strange things you might find. This is a cute little place that is tucked in an area with lots of places to go and find food. The front desk people were awesome and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel looks updated. The only downside is that from desk staff is not there past 10 P.M., so if you need anything then you'll have to wait until morning. I would stay here again if given the chance, and they succeeded in all areas...

I had an amazing stay in one of the boutique suites. My friends and I had two suites so I could check out the other room aswell. Both very clean, stylish atmosphere. All in all quiet but close to all things you could need in a city like Heidelberg, so it's a good place to stay if you desire both excitement and serenety, all at once.

The breakfast is good, the rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms have everything you need ... shampoo, gel and toothpaste with brush. The checkin service out of hours are very well explained so you do not stay out of the hotel. There is a very large parking lot just in front if there is no space in front of it. Hotel recommended

Very nice location close to city center. Nice room with tea kitchen and large bathroom. The main challenge is parking. The hotel have access to a limited number of parking lots - so it's rather disappointing that you make a reservation and they provide you with a key card which you pay for and then there is still no place to park.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Ver comfy appartment next to the city centre (just 3 minutes from Bismarckplatz). They have a little kitchen and fridge in the room. The only thing I would change is that I would put a table to have properly breakfast/lunch/dinner instead of the desktop. Our room was simply beautiful. It is very clean. For us the bed was too sofiy. People there were really nice with us. I would repeat.

This guest house is only 5 minutes walk to the city centre, which has numerous restaurants. Good-sized room with a small kitchen and fridge. No air-conditioning making it a less desirable choice during hot summer days.

Great place to stay near old town Heildelberg. Within walking distance to everything, this Guest House is more like a Hotel-Suite than what you would expect. Great option for a nice cost. It is located nearby Bizmarkplaz, a place of interest; has a tram/bus station nearby, is in front of a Italian restaurant and has more than two galleries nearby. If you are renting a car, it has a parking meter right in front, and a side street which can be used for parking. Nice hotel in a busy street. The room was good, although I got a room under the roof and sometimes it was annoying. Nice small kitchen and fridge inside. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Free simple but good breakfast included in the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was kind.

I highly recommend this place. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great and you can take a tram to heidelberg. There are a lot of nice restaurants near the hotel. They also have a free parking. The staff is really friendly. I forgot my wallet at the nearby reastaurant when we left and a member of the staff went to the restaurant picked it up and sent it to me. Nice room but no king size bed. Only single bed :( night check-in works perfectly, but the security of it doesn't look great as the side door was left open.

It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Anyway I spent most of the time in the city and mountains, so I don’t need a great view from the window - I had it enough from the castle

Very friendly hotel, with a nice sauna service and a buffet breakfast. The family room is very good with a children room with toys that kept the children quite happy.

Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
