A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location. What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna...

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty. Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also. Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

Excellent location, but had some issues with finding parking and there is hardly any room to drop off luggage at the front of the hotel. Our room was actually down the street from the main office, but it was very nice. Breakfast was also ok.

The check in person did not know where our room was. We had to go back to the counter, then he had to find the room! He was very nice but it was odd he did not know the facilities better. The staff was very friendly. The hotel seemed clean. At breakfast, we were able to observe four bee colonies through the window, which we loved. The breakfast was varied, and we didn't miss anything. At second glance, the furniture was a bit worn, but this was only cosmetic and didn't bother us. Heidelberg's old town is about a 15-minute drive away. We would book again :-)

This is a magnificient hotel. We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel to visit, this is the place to be.

Good old-fashioned German hotel directly on Bismarckplatz at one end of the pedestrian zone. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel...too expensive, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby with more reasonable prices. And Heidelberg is a gem! Spared the destruction of WWII, and even with the woes of mass tourism, it's still a place where people live, work, go to school and enjoy life.

Ver comfy appartment next to the city centre (just 3 minutes from Bismarckplatz). They have a little kitchen and fridge in the room. The only thing I would change is that I would put a table to have properly breakfast/lunch/dinner instead of the desktop. Our room was simply beautiful. It is very clean. Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
