The food is great 👍 the best steak restaurant in town.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

A nice stay for work, accessible for tram and near enough to get downtown to the castle with a medium walk

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.

My family was stuck in the elevator and pressed the help button to no avail. The elevator was bouncing and feeling dangerous. When the doors finally opened I went to the front desk to inform them of what happened. Employee Maren made me feel like she didn't care by telling me that if she is working at the desk she cannot hear the request for help and then she went on to tell me that we were too many...

The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

I drove from Munich to the Rhine Valley and stayed here for one night. I also checked in Heidelberg, which was nice.

The staff were so kind to Koreans who came from far away! (Especially the female receptionist.) Even though I checked in late, they even arranged dinner for me, and the view was amazing! They even have a dedicated parking lot, so parking is super convenient. If you have a rental car, I highly recommend it. Thank you again for your kindness.

Good for weekend relax outside the city, the hotel is location top of hill and easy to access with car.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

Perfect location between the Hbf and the Old Town...I don't know what the complaints are about, the staff were really friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast had a good variety and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a short work trip. The room was lovely. Small but perfectly adequate for my needs and very clean and tidy. There was no bottled water provided or a mini bar - both of which I would expect in a 4 star hotel. This is a magnificient hotel. We stayed two nights in the junior suite and it was delightful. The interior is very classic and historically impressive. You barely find anything comparable in Germany. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel to visit, this is the place to be.

Nice hotel on a fine location (10 minute walk to old town). The information about about which parking garage to use could be better and our shower was broken (water coming out from all sides), so we decided to take the shower head off, but that is not what you expect for this price. A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Very nice room This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. Clean and modern property The hotels in the centre of Leimen are not very nice so chose Engelhorn even though you need a car because it’s in a more industrial type location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. Staff very friendly, free parking on site. Would return if I had to stay in Leimen (instead of directly in Heidelberg)

You can also easily access the Heidelberg Castle after a 30-minute walk from this place. There are multiple breakfast cafes and restaurants very close to the restaurant. It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Anyway I spent most of the time in the city and mountains, so I don’t need a great view from the window - I had it enough from the castle

Very friendly hotel, with a nice sauna service and a buffet breakfast. The family room is very good with a children room with toys that kept the children quite happy.

Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.
