A beautiful little hotel! Everyone was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location. What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna...

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality. Did not have opportunity to use spa and gym, but having them here is great.

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable, the wellness facilities wonderful.

Absolutely nothing to complain... Reception was friendly but efficient, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom the same, dinner way delicious and breakfast with a wide selection that is also tasty. Wet did not use the spa or the gym but i feel confident that this would round off the experience and completely justify the price.

I had an excellent stay and it all started with the dashing young front desk attendant, Zack. Not only was his customer service impeccable, he was dressed the the nines. If I was to recommend a hotel, I would recommend this one if only to chat with Zach again. This man deserves a raise!!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name.

My family was stuck in the elevator and pressed the help button to no avail. The elevator was bouncing and feeling dangerous. When the doors finally opened I went to the front desk to inform them of what happened. The hotel did not prepare any slippers when checking in, the room for 4 people only had one pair of toothbrushes, and there was no air conditioning!

We had a lovely stay here! The bedroom and the bed itself were really big and comfortable. Shower was nice and they had good products to use like shampoos, soaps etc. We had a drink at the bar which had a good vibe. All the staff were really nice and gave us some tips to explore the area!

Fabulous hotel - newly built, good facilities, clean, bright and with outstanding views over Heidelberg. There is also good parking on site. The funicular railway is right next door giving access direct to the Altstadt and Schloss. Highly recommended.

The location is close to the city center and not far from the old town, but the price seems a bit expensive. The hotel lobby corridor is quite beautiful, but the room is small and the windows are similar to corridor windows. The bathroom is generally clean, but the bed always has a bit of smell.

Perfect location between the Hbf and the Old Town...I don't know what the complaints are about, the staff were really friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast had a good variety and I had a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also. One of the best in Germany.

Modern and clean room, but quite small for a family room. But it worked fine in the end. Friendly and helpfull staff. Parking lot just around the corner with elevator connection to the hotel, which helps a lot to unload the car. A little bit far (30min walk) from the city center main visit points, but just one bus away (just take the 33 in front of the hotel to the Castle). I recommend it.

Rooms are ok. Spacious enough to spread out. Only issue is parking. There is no parking so you will have to park along the street (if there is any). Not much to eat in the area.

Nice place for a hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Unluckily no parking places reserved for the hotel. No breakfasts and no People on the reception in the morning without any message of warning. Bed broke down when sitting on it, was clearly damaged previously and not properly repaired.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, however there is a 'but' ! The owner / chef (I think) is quite rude and unhelpful, but the rest of the staff were very pleasant. This hotel is a hidden gem located at the old bridge and gate. Great location making it easy to walk both sides of the river and access to the castle and all the charm of old tiwn Heidelberg. At night cross the bridge to the right to get stunning pictures of the bridge, city, and castle lite up.

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! Parking was a little complicated and not really convinent to get to hotel and then park, so ask about it beforehand if driving. But stay here was great and was easy to walk to all the sights nearby. Good old-fashioned German hotel directly on Bismarckplatz at one end of the pedestrian zone. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel...too expensive, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby with more reasonable prices. And Heidelberg is a gem! Spared the destruction of WWII, and even with the woes of mass tourism, it's still a place where people live, work, go to school and enjoy life.

It was good for my business trip. But if you want to enjoy the stay this hotel is not the place. The room had just the basic. No fridge or coffee maker or water boiler. No iron or anything extra that can make it fun to stay in.

The room facility is very little, and it is not very convenient. For example, there is no shampoo and the curtain is not wide enough to cover the whole window. The good part is that the breakfast is not bad.
