Great hotel! Very clean, the windows are very well insulated and block 99% of the noise from the street, even the sound of the tram could barely be heard! The aircon works very well and keeps the room very comfortable. The beds are large and comfy, the room was clean. You can opt to have cleaning done less often and get a free drink voucher also. We had a really great time here! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Our room was sufficiently big and cozy. During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage.

The place is nice, with two tram. lines close that can bring you to the downtown. The room was good, with nice bed. The main problems were that the room was cleaned only once in two weeks (what is not very relevant for just one weekend). Before arriving make sure that they send you the entrance code and the number of the room. The codification system of the key was also anoying.

This was a very pleasant stay! The rooms are large and has a little kitchen and Nespresso machine. Which was very convenient if you got something from the supermarket. Super clean and convenient (5min walk to Heidelberg Central Station/10 min to flixbus boarding point)! Enjoyed the 3 nights.

Good for the railway. A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up. The main issue with the room was not working out how to operate the hobs or extractor after 15 minutes of trying. Thankfully I could use the microwave instead.

Good old-fashioned German hotel directly on Bismarckplatz at one end of the pedestrian zone. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel...too expensive, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby with more reasonable prices. And Heidelberg is a gem! Spared the destruction of WWII, and even with the woes of mass tourism, it's still a place where people live, work, go to school and enjoy life.

It was good for my business trip. But if you want to enjoy the stay this hotel is not the place. The room had just the basic. No fridge or coffee maker or water boiler. No iron or anything extra that can make it fun to stay in.

The room facility is very little, and it is not very convenient. For example, there is no shampoo and the curtain is not wide enough to cover the whole window. The good part is that the breakfast is not bad.

Great place for long stays. I've stayed there with 2 other people for a few nights, and the stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment was wide and fully equipped, so we could stay in, cook, relax and enjoy the serene view of the yard. It's outside Heidelberg but only a few minutes by car, which was very convenient.
