I had a room the 1st night that did not have heat. The engineering staff came right up and worked on it till midnight. Even bringing me a space heater to make sure I was warm until the room got warmer. The next morning, they came back and felt it was not warm enough. When I returned from the Christmas market, they gave me an upgraded room. There was a lovely note from the engineering staff apologizing for me sleeping in a room THEY felt was not warm enough along with a chocolate Santa. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff was AMAZING.

Great location, but that's where it ends for me. Probably the worst breakfast setup I've ever seen in a hotel. The food is ok, but there is not enough seating, so it makes it awkward as everyone is standing around waiting for someone to leave. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything longer than an overnight stay without breakfast. One lift wasn't working either so long wait to get up to room and down to lobby, but I'm sure they'll fix that soon enough

Only issue is inconsistent staffing of the front desk. Evening around 21:00, no one there sign said to go to Moxy front desk. And around 12:40 the next day, had to wait ~10 minutes for someone to show up. Hotel was great and staff was very pleasant when they got there.

Hotel is within walking distance of so many great things: weihnachtsmarkt, a piece of the Berlin wall, main tower, myzeil and more! The room is modern and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I paid visit again to this place after my first visit in Frankfurt in 2019 because my family and I really like the place back then.
As one of the huge bonus of this place is the location and free breakfast with good variety to all residents.
However, I noticed some changes since then. Firstly, rooms were a bit old and dusty.
secondly, loud music from Mexican bar/restaurant beneath the Hotel. Music wouldn’t stop until 12~1:15AM.

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyed our stay very match. The staff is kind, helpful, offers help and guidance. Breakfast delicious. We will be back for sure

Two days before an international trip - not a leisure trip - this hotel cancelled our reservation. Absolutely no warning and no offer to try and get us a reservation at a different Marriott property in the city. I reached out to them but it took a week for a substandard response every time a message was sent. We needed a room with a kitchenette to try and save money during our transatlantic move. Instead, we had to stay in a dirty / stinky place with no washer or dryer on the premises and no water pressure that charged for clean linens and towels located in a very bad part of the city. You turned an already very stressful time and made it ten times worse.

Not worthy of a star…check in not hotel. Disco right next to / hotel …no chance of a Good Night Rest / sleep. This is a hostel at best
