Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff; you can taste in every dish the love that the chef and bartenders have for their jobs. Kind, friendly (by a southern American standard), and a refreshing focus on quality over quantity. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so comfortable in any hotel space. Also, I have to mention the spa. I have a lot of influence in my life from American Southern Baptists, and she was so kind and accommodating, somehow understanding the hesitation and anxiety I felt.
Sincerely, I don’t often come across staff this lovely to work with. I’ve not even finished my stay yet; they’re worth the praise already. I hope, if you see this, that you’ll choose this fine business to patronize. They’re worth every cent.

Nice location, just by the river Rhine, close to train station. Walk by the river, you can reach city center Cathedral. Rooms definitely could have been better, service is very good. Shout out to the room service dude Ibrahim! Reception, bar, restaurant stuffs were very nice too.

Gorgeous view from the room and fantastic hotel and staff! Location is very good as well as its right next to the Rhine river and a very short walk from Old Town.
Only stayed here for one night, but really enjoyed the very comfortable room and the bar and restaurant was top notch!

We love staying at this hotel. Beautiful atmosphere location and vibe. One of my favorite things to do is walk the river Rhine early in the mornings. Great drinks also.

Very nice room, very quiet. Had a river view room which has a large window that opens for fresh air. The rooms are clean and all the amenities included. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding service, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and the rooms are very clean and modern. The location is excellent for walking into the old town and taking in the sights.

Excellent service, Chic interior, the wellness area is great and overall a perfect choice for an affordable but luxurious stay in Mainz. The staff at the reception are very formal and nice. I really adore the Anastasia who currently works at the bar (which offers an amazing drink selection). She is doing a great job and is very attentive and she lighten up everyone’s mood. Many thanks for this welcoming and nice experience. I will definitely come back :-)

We were in the hotel for a marriage ceremony. So we did just see the foyer and the wedding room and some staircases. The ambient was nice and romantic. A nice place to be.
