I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s. The service and staff was in general good, but some were a bit slow. I may come back to this hotel again if I have to spend the night in Frankfurt.

Great location and grateful for the free shuttle. Check in was fairly quick although there was only one counter open when we got there. The room is on the smaller side but it's ok for one night. Air conditioner is not very efficient and it's quite warm and stuffy in the room although everything seems to be clean. The bed is not bad but the pillows are very soft so very little support for the neck. Surprisingly, not one USB port in the room and all plugs are 220V. Thankfully, we had one adapter in our carry on that had USB ports so that we could charge our phones. Prices are reasonable.

Good as an emergency stop-over due to delayed flight.
Rooms are ok, but not the easiest for a person with reduced mobility. No accessible restroom apparent on entrance level.
Breakfast has really good options for all requirements.

Close to the airport with a convenient free shuttle leaving every 20 min. The hotel offers a free sauna. Restaurant quite expensive for ordinary food. Room nice but with an innovative design that people may not like with the toilet in the middle of the room as you can see.

Generally nice, modern hotel but the advertised air conditioning was unable to cool the room adequately (to perhaps upper 60's F) resulting in a restless night. One staff member told us it really doesn't have a/c, just "ventilation", while another said it did, but "couldn't keep up". Either way it wasn't comfortable for sleeping
The airport location means it's a short shuttle ride from where to the hotel. A few minutes walk to a subway station that will take you to downtown Frankfurt.

Very convenient nicely close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a layover. You can even take a walk in the nearby forest

Hotel was very clean and tidy! Staff friendly and helpful! Dinner and breakfast delicious, very big variety. Overall very pleasant experience!

The rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows are the most comfortable things in the whole world. Never have seen such good pillows..

Nice room's. Perfect breakfast. You can rent a bicycle to join riding around. Forrest just across the street. 15 minutes to walk REWE food supermarket

A nice hotel but be careful, the family room is not 43m2 but only 33m2 ! I measured the exact dimensions of the rooms with a laser device. They have compensated for the inconvenience but that doesn’t solve the problem in the end. That is clearly misleading. AC/Heater was very noisy. Many basic items were missing such as tissues, glasses, slippers. Toilet showed some juicy brown spots from the previous occupant … 🤢. Take into account an extra 30 min for check out or check out night before. They have hardly personnel in the morning during peak hours …free shuttle bus is great. Personnel was very friendly and understanding. Rooms are soundproof to outside noise but insulation between rooms is mediocre.
