The hotel was really nice and especially the room. The only thing was that there were a lot of families with small children there.

They even let us cancel extra 2 nights we didn't need anymore cuz plans change and it's not something to take for granted

Location is 10 mins walk from the main city area. Lobby is fun with billiard, TVs, comfy sofas, good beer and snacks

Small Spa with whirlpool bath, sauna, cycling machine and stepper was great to relax in. Excellent location opposite the train station and close to shops

This is the first place I've been where they claim they have AC and actually have it. And it's the kind of AC you'd expect at American hotels. Great location, across from the train station

They also have nice areas to relax and look out the window at all the people going by. If I go back to Leipzig, I want to stay here again

Right across the street from HBF train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the bar was delicious.

The rooms are okay, a bit old-fashioned, but still comfortable. I slept very well in the bed and the blanket was not too warm. The shower had a suspicious stain and black hair everywhere, the hair was also in the basin

Room had no ventilation at night so you need to open the window but noisy and humidity from the rain. Bathroom had an odd plan where the shower and tub is directly viewed from the front door

I stayed at a hotel in Leipzig and was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The pool at the hotel was very quiet. We got free towels and bathrobes. We couldn’t jump into the pool but it was still nice. In the lobby there was a bowl with cookies inside. I took a cookie and it was delicious

We will definitely come back to it if back in this city. The breakfast it's a huge Buffet, the rooms and clean and staff is nice... they could do with a warmer pool...

Swimming Pool and SPA charge 10 Euro extra per day. It is not really expensive and in exchange you have less crowded facilities so I think it's okay

If you forget to do so – as happened to me – the room simply remains uncleaned: • Towels stay wet • Beds remain unmade • Trash bins remain full • The room stays untidy In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a business hotel of this category

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

This is particularly unfortunate, because NH Hotels are otherwise truly strong establishments, known for their commitment to quality and reliability. That is precisely why this new policy weighs so heavily

Frequent travelers returning after a long day of meetings should be able to expect a freshly cleaned room – especially when they have been accustomed to NH’s high standards for years

However, the current solution feels impractical, unfriendly to guests, and far too easy to miss – with the result that the overall level of comfort is noticeably reduced

Additionally, guests can indulge in a choice between a refreshing shower and a relaxing bath, enhancing their stay. Ample complimentary supplies like cotton pads and swabs are provided for guest use

The hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good

It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night

I visited Leipzig for a day and booked this hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be an excellent choice

It is also a little confusing at first to try and figure out which elevator to use to get into the hotel from the parking. The lot itself is a nuisance to try and park in, although it isn't a deal breaker

I stayed here for the weekend while sightseeing in Leipzig. Beautiful, modern hotel which is centrally located near the sights of the old city and to the main train station--which has to be one of the nicest in Germany

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is right in the center of town near many shops and bakeries

We were able to check into our room at 11:45 a. There were bathrobes, unfortunately only two. There were more than enough towels at the pool. The elevator access is very convenient, requiring a room card

Side note: The Welcome to Leipzig sign lights up at night, and it was really neat to see it right outside our hotel window. I would stay here again for sure

The elevator to the parking garage is separate, but right next to the other elevators. The location is right in the city center, opposite the main train station and tram stops

I was on 6th floor and room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Water pressure and bathroom was excellent! Breakfast was high quality and variety and all staff were competent and friendly

I have no idea where the negative reviews come from. Did we stay in different hotels? I stayed for 3 nights. Another good part of location is that Hauptbahnoff/train station has a full mall on two basement floors

I m quite surprised, I have to be honest. The hotel is as convenient for early flights as it is for exploring the city. Just opposite the transit station, 5 min walking away from the historic center

Public parking 2-3 minutes away from the hotel for 7€ per day. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. We were in a studio which was pretty enough for 3 people

A large and clean room with a view of towers and church spires. Nice breakfast included, as well as a small bottle of wine. All this for 79 Euro, which is very competitive price/performance

Regarding the place, it is in a quiet area, but just 10 minutes walking far from the City Hall

Were there no 2 queens or even a Kings ? It didn’t matter much to us after an 18 hr travel, we were glad to lie down on a proper bed. What we didn’t anticipate was the absence of a fridge where it was supposed to be

At least in room you could turn on heating knowing that you have guests later and outside is very cold. Edit: I never mentioned that hotel has 4 stars. When I wrote "four stars are for. " I meant note which I gave here

Stayed here for one night on our journey from Hungary to the Netherlands. Spacious room, relaxed bar and decent breakfastcfor an excellent price even including parking in their private parking. Price - Value is excellent

It's okay to talk with your colleague from work at work, but try not to make other people wait for you. Four stars are for unfriendly situation at the bar and for really low temperature in room and all hotel

The food in the Restaurant is also highly recommend to you and you always feel cared for! Rooms are well maintained and the size is pleasant, clean and, depending on the category, with coffee machine ;-) the Furniture is a little old-fashioned but good

This is a review of the property as an art gallery. Focusing on Leipzig School works, and spread over the hallways of the five floors of the hotel, the Leipziger Hof gallery is quite enjoyable

Visited the hotel in Leipzig. A nice place, to have a good evening. Didn't stayed over night, but so far I can say, it got a nice bar. Maybe aperfect place to have a date. All in all I had a delightful night there.

Very good experience at the Galerie Hotel, the staff is very friendly, good location. The DDR suite is wonderful! I totally recommend it.

It can be visited any day between 10a and 8p. Plan between 30 and 45 minutes. Particular highlights include a Mattheuer and a Tuebke

The cleanliness was excellent. The surroundings were very poor, with only the roof visible from the room. The amenities were poor. The lights were barely on. The room was very dark. Long wait times for check-in.

Bonus: free parking in lot owned by hotel. However not enough for every room & first come, first served. We were lucky to get a spot, so we kept our car there & explored Leipzig on their transit system

Normal City Hotel with good price-performance ratio. Furniture is quite outdated, bathroom equipment is okay. Leipzig centre is easy to reach by tram. Do not expect too much but as mentioned price is good.

The only downside was on Saturday night there was quite a bit of noise when I was falling asleep and the walls and doors do nothing to block noise. They do provide ear plugs but I still could hear

We really liked this hotel very friendly and accommodating but maybe another trip to the the city as we arrived to late to go exploring, only problem for us was that parking was not available in the hotel garage they said originally when I booked that it was full but on arrival I checked this with the receptionist however the situation was skirted around with no direct answer and I can usually tell...

We found everything at the hotel to be top notch. The rooms were the right size with comfortable beds. Nice shower and double sink in the bathroom a plus. The breakfast buffet provided a fine variety of good quality food

I wasn’t planning on using the shower so I used the provided soap and cleaned up the shower a little but the smell still persisted. We didn’t stay a minute longer than necessary in that bathroom - the door stayed closed

Economical out of town hotel Good if travelling by car, but a bit far out of town with only 1 bus per hour into the centre. Front desk staff not always available we had to wait for them to return.

Local bus and train connections to Leipzig city are difficult with luggage and a 500 m walk to hotel. Ideal motel stopover if you have a car. Good VFM rooms.
