It was a great stay! The location is great, the rooms were cleaned and the breakfast had everything you want! Especially all employees were super kind and helpful! We would definitely come here again for our next stay in Leipzig!

I was there with my family last Christmas The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is super friendly The room was big and the furniture and ambiance are on point

The Korean chicken bites are amazing! For anyone whondering, the carpet in the first floor has the same pattern as the hotel in The Shining

Very good hotel! Clean spacious rooms, friendly personnel. Pool and gym are open 24 hours. Restaurant has great selection of food and drinks. Recommend to stay!

They even let us cancel extra 2 nights we didn't need anymore cuz plans change and it's not something to take for granted

The hotel looks fairly new and well organised in quite green area , located no far from the airport ,maybe 10 min from business park ( tk maxx, supermarket,other stores , meeting centre) The have underground parking The building have a lot of rooms ,gym and spa on last floor

Breakfast: 10/10 everyone will find something for themselves, there is a lot of different type of bread ( the only in hire I would suggest to give a gloves or something what you can use while cutting a bread,there was nothing so I could not try ),hot,cold meals, drinks fruits,veg,gluten free option, diary free option ,sweets

Check in 15:00 Check out 12:00 Rooms( we had standard double room with breakfast ,1 night middle of August paid £ per night): cheap room, very clean 10/10, very comfortable,bed linen are soo soft , big TV, kettle,tea, coffee, fridge,cups and wine glasses,big windows ,good working air-conditioning

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A little out of town but there is a tram stop around ten minutes away by foot.

There is a wardrobe with a hangers ,very good size of the room, quite Bathroom: very clean and tidy 10/10, soap , shower gel,shampoo,hairdryer

etc Service: helpful staff, very professional and polite were staff in a breakfast area

One thing which we felt bad was the rude approach of the front office person during check-in, may be they had a bad day. But all other service were so nice that we almost forgot it

Rooms were neat, well designed Breakfast was vast, with person taking care of our needs Smart TV was a added advantage due to my son

Nice Place to stay for one or two Days.

The staff did everything to help us during our stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite, very spacious. Very well situated. A walk away from shopping, museums and restaurants.

also for parking in nearby and very interesting amenities for refresh near the hall in the afternoon. Great Continental breakfast except dor having missing

Room are very large but seems a bit old and not great usable, difficult also for the water too hot

Shouldn't hotels grow up and see that allowing pets is a plus for owners, so attracts business; instead of penalising us. Oh, in other 4* hotels they provide a dog bed, bowls, treats, so the extra cost at least feels

Room was big, clean, with AC and good view, good wifi, pet friendly. It would have been perfect with a better mattress: we had old, sunken ones. Laundry is fast and efficient but very expensive

During our stay the parking barriers were not working and it seems anybody could just get in and park for free, also outside of marked spaces

It's a clean and good hotel, if you are a business customer. As an Tourist I would not recommend, because it was built by Telekom to provide a hotel for seminars and trainings.

I went there (as a volunteer firefighter) to an event to honor the volunteer firefighters of the city of Leipzig. The place was really great, food was perfect and the host where very kind :) Nothing to complain

Am completely satisfied. Sufficiently large room, friendliness, Breakfast, cleanliness... Everything according to my ideas :)

Now location is okish - 3 km from city center, direct to central station from S3 and restaurants around are quite bad. So ok if you have 70 euros to spend per night. If you have more, go somewhere else

Please don't assume it's the Hotel! If necessary, you can get another room immediately. Breakfast is rich and is quickly replenished. The Restaurant and Bar are also good to very good

In a quiet area but only a few minutes walk from two tram lines, a few minutes more to a major interchange. Very nice and reasonably priced for the high standard.

Sleek, contemporary, well managed, excellently appointed rooms. Close to University district, Gewandhaus Concert Hall, historic city center.

Friendly staff, great dinner and breakfast. And a fantastic sauna! Shame the beds were so soft, but maybe that's just my preference.

Highly Recommended Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths

A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options

If you are a business traveller looking for some where local to stay, you can not go wrong. Hotel is only 30 mins from Leipzig Airport. The reception was met with professional but polite staff

The hotel is in a good location, the decoration style is very good, with a more industrial style design. It is close to the commercial district next door and it is very convenient for eating and shopping

The hotel service is particularly good, the front desk is very warm and friendly, the surrounding location is also very good, and the food street is within walking distance

Who wants to go in the Sauna, you can register in advance at the reception. Again, this all worked great and without problems. Those who want to make Fitness can work out in the basement in the gym

It's fine for a couple of nights. It is clean and there is a good parking lot next to it, the highway is particularly close and cheap.

It is allowed to cook in your own room (a first for me), pans and cutlery can be ordered at the reception. It has a free sauna and fitness room

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. Clean room, clean bathroom with hair dryer and everything that goes with it. The pillows and duvet we have been to hot. But a Top location, in 20 minutes walk in the show

Cosy, clean, nice place in a silent area. Good breakfast for 10€ additionaly. Quite far from the city centre, but it is not a big deal since they give a free driving pass for all kinds of transport.

Really kind people and overall a good hotel. I just arrived and it looks clean and not old at all, the only thing I can mention is the lift, it seems a bit old and waggly. Hope my first impression keeps!

Great location for those who on the machine.The super Breakfast buffet. Free access to the sauna. Close to good supermarket. Leipzig can be reached by train.stop is not far away. 20 minutes to go

The personal was very polite and helpful as the check in procedure took about 5 minutes. The room was very nice, twin beds, clean, fresh and very comfortable. The beds are great and the pillow soft

Location was really good, close to some stores and restaurants. We got upgrade to apartament and it was really big and nice. Separate living room with kitchen, all modern style

It was quite hot in the night and airco was not easy to use for us. Also bathtube had jacuzzi option,but it doesn't work. Except all that, it was really good stay

On the way back we stay there one more night and then took breakfast too. Was quite good buffet for that price

Wifi was good when we found the details which is noted on the wall by the lift. Parking is on a side street if you fine space Overall no complaints and we will most likely come here again if staying in the area

com, good price and nice tidy hotel and room, not the biggest room but was fit for purpose and it had a nice little balcony area that can be used for smoking. Brekki is a little on the pricey side at £15 a head

Hotel itself is absolutely fantastic. Staff were great and the room was brilliant for the price. The main negative was that there’s tram lines right outside(to the front/entrance side)

These are extremely loud and reminiscent of what it must have been like during the blitzkrieg. It’s within walking distance of the train and RB Arena

Different standards than US and definitely older room and such. But the hotel is warm and has great bathroom with large tub and warm registers under every window to keep you toasty warm on a German winter night

Room was tidy and clean with a nice little bathroom but the mattress had lost some of its strings so you have to rest in a bit bent position

Very friendly staff at Breakfast there was something for everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Hopefully that will be fixed soon! Unfortunately tramline goes just under the window and due to poor noise isolation you can hear them a bit too well. Luckily there’s not much traffic in night time

The tram connection into the city is excellent, parking either out front, or in the courtyard is ample and the rooms we had were very generously sized, with big beds, a soft and a table that sat four comfortably and six at a push, meaning we were able to enjoy a glass and a bite together at the end of the day

Wonderful! This was so wonderful! We arrived late in the evening and the number I called was answered by the most friendly person who guided us to geting the kry. The room was big and so clean

All in all, having booked a budget option that we were hoping would be ok, we got a great place we'll be very happy to visit again with wonderful staff, rooms and breakfast area

Its worth a visit just to see the breakfast room, which is incredible, with the cosiest sofa corner, great light from a tiny mezzanine with vines hanging down

For some it might be a hassle to tick the little boxes the night before, but you get exactly what you'd like and it saves on waste, which is fantastic

Room had no ventilation at night so you need to open the window but noisy and humidity from the rain. Bathroom had an odd plan where the shower and tub is directly viewed from the front door

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. Staff were efficient and professional

We had to leave early for our flight the gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend

Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel

The hotel is more than decent. Good breakfast, very good stay for the price.

The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received

It is also a little confusing at first to try and figure out which elevator to use to get into the hotel from the parking. The lot itself is a nuisance to try and park in, although it isn't a deal breaker

We were able to check into our room at 11:45 a. There were bathrobes, unfortunately only two. There were more than enough towels at the pool. The elevator access is very convenient, requiring a room card

The elevator to the parking garage is separate, but right next to the other elevators. The location is right in the city center, opposite the main train station and tram stops

The bathtub/shower is very difficult to stand in, as it curves upwards and is narrow, forcing your feet into an uncomfortable stance for the duration of the shower

Side note: The Welcome to Leipzig sign lights up at night, and it was really neat to see it right outside our hotel window. I would stay here again for sure

The staff was helpful and kind every time we needed something. The rooms are roomy and the beds are comfy

Because I arrived on Sunday, there were few people in the city center and almost all businesses were closed. On Monday, the market near the hotel opened, which was really lively. It is very convenient to go everywhere

I've traveled to many international destinations, and this hotel truly stands out. From its prime location to the exceptional staff and the amazing breakfast and drinks, everything was magnificent

I basically walked to all the attractions. I like the Bach Museum the most. It is really enjoyable to listen to Bach's works with headphones!
