Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

The pool at the hotel was very quiet. We got free towels and bathrobes. We couldn’t jump into the pool but it was still nice. Very elegant lobby. In the lobby there was a bowl with cookies inside. I took a cookie and it was delicious.

Not value for the money The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.

It was noisy in the evening/night due to various meetings and parties. The room was not even cleaned during the stay and you had to get fresh towels yourself. The towel in the room had been hanging there for so long that it was yellowed and dusty. The non-smoking room used to be a smoker's room (as was my colleague's) and smelled strongly of cold smoke. Breakfast was the only bright spot.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.

A wonderful hotel This is a very nice and updated hotel away from the city center. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast and an on site garage. The pleasant surprise was a complimentary tram ticket for the entire family so that we could get to the city center. We’ll definitely stay here again.

It's quite convenient, but the price-performance ratio is not high. Maybe it's because of big data. My booking through Ctrip is more expensive than other channels. So I suggest you use more channels when booking.

AC malfunction during our stay, unfortunately. Sleepig by open windows is not an ideal solution when the room is looking at the Leipzig Hbf. Trams and traffic all the night. The hotel personnel kindly arranged moving to a small room on the yard side, where we could have a better sleep.

I requested the room to be cleaned several times, but it was never done.

I consider it at most 3 stars. By name it is 4 stars but Very Old furniture, torn bed covers, limited breakfast options, no coffee or tea maker in the room. No water in the room. No Minibar, There is not enough space in front of hotel to park the car. Of one car park there, second car cannot pass. Control of heating system does not work.

Hotel a little outside in the west of Leipzig. Good connections by bus or train. Rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. Breakfast is normal average. Try parking in the underground car park for 15 EUR or in one of the side streets.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean. Staff were nice and kind. The building itself is a little old. My room was a bit small and didn’t have a refrigerator. The floor was wooden, and you could hear it creak when walking on it. But overall, it was a good experience.

Clean and comfortable. Parking is free on the street but it may be difficult to find-the hotel has own parking accross tge street ( blue gate) for 8Eur. Big rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to get to from motorway.

The property was very clean and service was very friendly. Only concern was that the area is little out of town and there were drawings on the wall everywhere surrounding. We arrived at the hotel little late on the evening and felt unsafe until we get into the property. I do not recommend to go outside walking in the evening.

A very nice hotel in a nice area, close to the stadium. Due to covid it had to cut most of its services, like sauna, restaurant, bar, and even the reception itself. Self check-in is very easy and fast to do. I would definitely recommend if you're in Leipzig and you need the stadium to be close.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. It's a 20 Min walk into the city centre. There is no night porter, so you let yourself into the building using your room key card. The breakfast was very simple continental style. There is no restaurant.

All good, but the soundproofing is low, the trams start running from 7.00 and neighbors in the surrounding rooms hear everything that breaks comfort.

Chose this hotel as I had a concert nearby at Parkbühne. I booked an economy single room, and it was good value for money. Although the room is small, it has everything you need for a comfortable one- or two-night stay. The place was also very clean, and the staff were young, polite, and friendly. The breakfast spread was varied and fresh as well. I'm coming back again whenever I am in Leipzig!

Booked room on booking.com, good price and nice tidy hotel and room, not the biggest room but was fit for purpose and it had a nice little balcony area that can be used for smoking. Brekki is a little on the pricey side at £15 a head. Communication was good. Wifi was good when we found the details which is noted on the wall by the lift. Location was really good, close to some stores and restaurants. We got upgrade to apartament and it was really big and nice. Separate living room with kitchen, all modern style. Upstairs was bedroom.
