I gave this hotel a try on a short trip during the week as it location was pretty good and fairly priced with 72 EUR / night. Unlike my expectations with this central locations the room has been actually really quiet. Staff was very friendly. On-site parking with 15 EUR is a bit high considering the prices of one of the local parking garages ( 5.00 EUR / day ) and should be decreased to about 10-1...

It's a clean and good hotel, if you are a business customer. As an Tourist I would not recommend, because it was built by Telekom to provide a hotel for seminars and trainings.

I went there (as a volunteer firefighter) to an event to honor the volunteer firefighters of the city of Leipzig. The place was really great, food was perfect and the host where very kind :) Nothing to complain

This hotel is not a hostel, but it has something of the student house. Rooms are somewhere between Ibis budget and Ibis comfort - for those who know - and breakfast is quite ok for the price. Now the room was smelly because air vent from bathroom was getting rot air in, and bed was the cheapest you can get. And the receptionist was clearly unhappy to be here. The Hotel is located in the district Plagwitz. The rooms are very pleasantly decorated, the door locking device has to get used to something. Positive: free LAN connection, free enclosed Parking Negative: very poor mobile phone reception, at least in the O2 network The Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Günstiges Budgethotel, unweit Leipziger Hauptbahnhof. Ins Zentrum läuft man fünf Minuten, Lage also optimal. Zimmer und Service okay, man sollte angesichts des Preises keine Wunder erwarten. Immerhin hat uns der Rezeptionist einen super Guide empfohlen (Dirk Langenhan - Orte. Menschen. Geschichten.). Dafür vielen Dank!

I enjoy my stay at the hotel, crew very professional and friendly. Hotel room small ,clean,everything was working well.TV with a lot of channels. Quiet place.The location is great. War wieder mal hier. Super Lage ca 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Waren hier für Gewandhauskonzert 9. Sinfonie). Zimmer war ruhig in der Nacht und sauber. Schöne Dusche. Internet OK. Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen.

Zeer hard bed wat niet handig is met snelle luxaties ( uit de kom schieten van gewrichten) verder wel prima niets bijzonders. best vriendelijk personeel lokatie ligt wel mooi en rustig. Goede barren en restaurants in de buurt, vlak op het centrum en het station en een tram halte in de buurt. Kort om als je op een hard bed en slap kussen kan slapen vooral doen.

Das Personal ist sensationell. Immer ein Lächeln und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer für die Nacht gut, vereinzelt kleine Flecken und im Bad zieht es durch die Tür. Frühstück für uns gut. Unsere Koffer konnten wir vor und nach dem Aufenthalt einschließen.

Great location! Within walking distance from both train station and city center. There is a nice mall on the corner with a supermarket and lots of fancy shops. Rooms are a bit on the small side but are clean and modern

as always with motel one it offers one of the best value for money experiences at gorgeous places. here in front of the famous Nikolaikirche. i had a room with a french balcony wirh direct view of the church.

A good, well stocked bar. Breakfast is continental, sadly none of the thinly sliced cheese on offer has any flavour, but the bread is good. The room was comfortable and you can open the window. The shower was very effective, too.

Stayed for four nights, August 2024, and couldn't fault it. It's a very good hotel right in the middle of Leipzig city centre. Clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff. Rooms are on the small side, basic, but who stays in them except to sleep. Go out to one of the very good bars or restaurants.

I passed by Leipzig on a car trip and just happened to book a room at Hotel Michaelis. This turned out to be a very good choice as the hotel was excellent in many aspects. Super-friendly and helpful staff. A large and clean room with a view of towers and church spires. Nice breakfast included, as well as a small bottle of wine. All this for 79 Euro, which is very competitive price/performance.

Checked in yesterday. Bery easy check in, free parking and free wifi. Room is amazing, massive rooms and beds. Tea, coffee in room. Great location only 7 km to town centre. Nreakfast buffet is excellent. Can also get gluten free rolls all you need to do is ask. Will def be staying here again.Staff extremely friendly and helpful also speak english.

Overall is a nice place to stay for a coupe of days, breakfast is included and is great, as is the restaurant. Menu in German and English. The only downside is that they have no double beds, just two singles put together.

i’ve booked a double room here last weekend for my husband and I .because my parents live in Wiederitzsch.a new hotel with 100% new interior, clean and modern. there is a vietnamese restaurant next to this. Great hotel for the price, beautiful rooms, clean, spacious and very friendly and serviceminded staff. We were welcomed with candy on the pillows and special attention for breakfast. The owners speak English and are very helpful.

Booked room on booking.com, good price and nice tidy hotel and room, not the biggest room but was fit for purpose and it had a nice little balcony area that can be used for smoking. Brekki is a little on the pricey side at £15 a head. Communication was good. Wifi was good when we found the details which is noted on the wall by the lift. Location was really good, close to some stores and restaurants. We got upgrade to apartament and it was really big and nice. Separate living room with kitchen, all modern style. Upstairs was bedroom. Friendly staff, room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was good. Internet here was terribly slow and kept cutting off - I couldn't even open work emails so it's not great for a work trip

The Hotel Papilio is a beautiful and cozy Hotel!!! The rooms are very pleasant with a large flat TV, the beds are very soothing with two pillows and a neck roll. The room service is very courteous and always friendly!!! Up on the road noise on the front of the hotel, with the window open and the small shower, the rooms are really perfect. + Friendly personnel + nice and clean room + free water bottle and 2x tea bags + perfectly working AC + parking lot infront of the hotel but - after 8pm there was no free lot in the whole area so we had to park 300m away near a supermarket All in all a nice hotel, but be aware that you might not get a parking lot after coming back from eating in a restaurant in the city at 7pm.

Room and staff were great! We loved the airco in the room and the breakfast particularly. When we booked, we paid almost 120 euro per night. However, during our stay the price was about half of that. This felt disappointing, because we paid in full. During the booking process, we were not notified about the free parking in the street next to the hotel. Fantastic value for money apartment hotel. Courteous staff and well appointed rooms.

The hotel was clean and in order as expected but there was 2 small things not appropriate. One is the breakfast that cannot be so expensive as is and the second is that is not possible to have a concierge in a hotel nearby an airport that only speaks German.

Our room was very nice, the staff was beyond helpful and breakfast was fantastic. We'd stay here again whenever we're passing through this way again.

Had booked 2 Nights with a trip to the zoo. The room was not very large, but completely sufficient for a short holiday. It was all very clean and the staff was super friendly. The Breakfast was sufficient and everything was fresh. We had felt ourselves very well and can only recommend it. Just great.
