Unlike my expectations with this central locations the room has been actually really quiet. Staff was very friendly. On-site parking with 15 EUR is a bit high considering the prices of one of the local parking garages ( 5.00 EUR / day ) and should be decreased to about 10-1...

The second visit was still satisfying and pleasant, the reception team was friendly and professional even though there was a lot of guest waiting. The room was clean and the breakfast was modifying. It is definitely worthwhile for us to visit this hotel when we visit Leipzig next time.

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are clean, modern and well-furnished. We’ve been staying there for 2 nights and we definitely loved that place. Service was good and food was awesome too. Even though it’s not close to the Leipzig Bahnhof (≈2,9km), there’s a tram. I definitely recommend this place, if you want to go to Leipzig for some days.

Room and staff were great! We loved the airco in the room and the breakfast particularly. When we booked, we paid almost 120 euro per night. However, during our stay the price was about half of that. This felt disappointing, because we paid in full. During the booking process, we were not notified about the free parking in the street next to the hotel. As always, the rooms are clean and have a decent flat screen tv. The bed is comfy too. The people that work here are friendly and there's underground parking. I just wish the guests wouldn't let their room doors slam shut. It can be really annoying, especially after 10:00pm.

Stayed for four nights, August 2024, and couldn't fault it. It's a very good hotel right in the middle of Leipzig city centre. Clean rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff. Rooms are on the small side, basic, but who stays in them except to sleep. Go out to one of the very good bars or restaurants.

The hotel is very modern. The beds are comfortable and the room is cozy. The bathroom is very beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The breakfast is delicious and very reasonably priced. I stay here any time I am in Leipzig. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that it was a little expensive for the size of the room compared to others in the area.

I passed by Leipzig on a car trip and just happened to book a room at Hotel Michaelis. This turned out to be a very good choice as the hotel was excellent in many aspects. I have never slept worse in my entire life, the bed was hard like a stone and not only was I trying to sleep on that bed, I was also trying to sleep because of the heat. If you are aware of the heat in the summer, this place is no good for you. There is no aircondition. The Hotel is very far outside, with Bus and Tram, however, well to the town centre (half an hour approx.). The rooms are clean and nicely decorated - though perhaps not quite timely, what bothers. Good for transit sleep. Despite smoking in the rooms is strictly "verboten", the hall and the room smelled of tobacco smoke and later a little bit of "ggrraass".

A good option for an overnight stay in the vicinity to Halle-Leipzig airport. The hotel offers average comfort and services of the *** level. There is a train station nearby. Otherwise it is a bit far away from the downtown.

A very familiar house with a dedicated Service, a very clean Restaurant with extraordinary cuisine and local dishes, with a pleasant Breakfast. A Sauna, a gym, a good seminar facilities, a relaxing Bar. The Cospudener lake is about 2.5 km away and is ideal for walks and runs, as well as liners. The house is a Beautiful spot.
