I enjoyed everything during my stay! The food was great and the service was excellent! Very close to the city centre by foot and overall a very central location👍

Location is 10 mins walk from the main city area. Lobby is fun with billiard, TVs, comfy sofas, good beer and snacks

The Korean chicken bites are amazing! For anyone whondering, the carpet in the first floor has the same pattern as the hotel in The Shining

The hotel was really nice and especially the room. The only thing was that there were a lot of families with small children there.

They even let us cancel extra 2 nights we didn't need anymore cuz plans change and it's not something to take for granted

Leipzig Visit Overall an okay stay. Location is good, across from the train station and close to many attractions and old town center

They also have nice areas to relax and look out the window at all the people going by. If I go back to Leipzig, I want to stay here again

The rooms are okay, a bit old-fashioned, but still comfortable. I slept very well in the bed and the blanket was not too warm. The shower had a suspicious stain and black hair everywhere, the hair was also in the basin

Room had no ventilation at night so you need to open the window but noisy and humidity from the rain. Bathroom had an odd plan where the shower and tub is directly viewed from the front door

Especially for business travel, NH Hotels have always been among the most reliable business hotels, offering consistently high quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere

The NH Leipzig is no exception: my stays there have always been excellent

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

I sincerely hope that NH will reconsider this decision in the interest of loyal guests and staff, or at least offer more guest-friendly options – such as digital housekeeping preferences within the guest profile, door hangers, or automatic daily cleaning for certain status levels

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

If you forget to do so – as happened to me – the room simply remains uncleaned: • Towels stay wet • Beds remain unmade • Trash bins remain full • The room stays untidy In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a business hotel of this category

Second time staying at NH Leipzig Zentrum and very happy to return. Excellent location and access to transport and Leipzig city centre. The staff have been consistently very attentive and friendly

Very comfortable bed and pillows and a good quality hair dryer in the bathroom were an added bonus. The breakfast buffet also surpassed my expectations and I was especially looking forward to it during my second stay

The parking lot is located in the underground parking lot under the square, follow the icon, the hotel does not clearly indicate it! Breakfast is okay, location is good

Very brand new hotel located closed to department store such as Globus, dm, TKMaxx and close fast food restaurant. All stay during this visit such a good memory.

The environment is very good and worth going

Room more than adequate, personnel prepared bed for the baby and extra set of towels. Good hygiene, big parking lot, 4 x Tesla chargers (slower but better than nothing)

There are tram and bus stations right in-front of the hotel, so moving around in Leipzig was very easy, at the same time the rooms were quiet. The best place to arrive in Leipzig and we will be back

Comfortable good sized rooms in a modern business hotel on a quiet street. Hotel is directly connected to a parking garage. Automated check-in was easy to use and the breakfast selection was very good

It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night

Clean room, but very noisy from tram outside all night. Would not stay again for that reason. If you have a room not facing the tram. It would probably be okay.

Lots to like about this hotel: terrific central location, close to railway station and in the centre of the old city; good hospitality; quiet location; helpful staff; great self-catering facilities (we cooked two meals while there, as a break from restaurant food); solid breakfast included (not spectacular, but a nice extra); spacious and well equipped bathrooms; good large rooms

I showed her the confirmation number of Ctrip, and she said she couldn't read Chinese. Ctrip customer service emailed and called them, and the front desk said that they didn't receive it and didn't call

The furnishings are a bit dated, but nevertheless a cool hotel, perfect location, friendly staff, the price for the overnight stay is absolutely great, I can recommend it

The key coin was difficult to get into the room and was outdated. The shower sprayed everywhere and needed to be replaced. The TV remote was also difficult to operate

Clean rooms, free parking, not far from the city center! The hotel room is not very new, there is no kettle, you need to bring your own! There aren’t many people when there’s no exhibition!

I have no idea where the negative reviews come from. Did we stay in different hotels? I stayed for 3 nights. Another good part of location is that Hauptbahnoff/train station has a full mall on two basement floors

My parents stayed here and LOVED it. It's right on the Karl-Heine Kanal, near lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the 14 tram that goes downtown. The room was beautiful, very clean, bright, and well decorated

They enjoyed breakfast there each morning and the staff accommodated any requests they had. My parents only spoke English, but the hotel staff was so kind and helpful, and it wasn't an issue

Very excellent hostel in the city center of Leipzig. Clean. Rooms from single till 10 bed rooms. Big and clean kitchen and many games like table soccer on the floor of the reception.

I must now confess it was one of the best decisions i ever made! Never ever have I seen a hostel- hotel that could deliver services that is on par with some of the best hotels that I had stayed at before!
