Great old hotel with outstanding service. The location is directly opposite the main train station so super convenient with your luggage. Check in staff are great and see you off to your room quickly and efficiently. Dining room for breakfast is stunning looking out to the lighthouse and lion. Beware it will get full early so be prepared to wait if you arrive a little towards the end of the service

Nice big rooms, clean and silent. Staff very nice and polite. WiFi not fast and reliable. Only 4,5/1,4 in down and upload speeds isn't something to boast about.

The hotel is a wonderful and lovely place with friendly staff, nevertheless the owner urgently has to take care of some details as follows: 1. cleaner beddings 2. working lamps and done repair work after the guest has complained about it 3. cleaner spa area All these things are unfortunately not worth a five star hotel. Though, we'll be back soon.

The hotel is very nice, room are clean and spacious, mine had a terrace and a nice view. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The personnel is adorable and even when we arrived at 11pm they welcome us with a smile.

Lovely place to stay. Great choice of wellness treatments. My husband and I enjoyed that we could access the wellness area using an assigned lift. Hotel Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

Great place at the lake. Old Hotel very expensive for what is offered. Best is the renovated swimmingpool and wellness. A single bedroom is really very very small room 441 for example. Nice Staff.

good size room and bathroom with window. comfortable beds and nice lounge room available with free drinks. The terrace overlooking the lake for breakfast is also very nice, too bad for the wasps that forced us to eat inside

My friend and me went to Hotel "Lindauer Hof" for lunch and we've been able to sit upstairs on the terrace. The view from there is certainly absolutely stunning 🌟👌🏼! We both chose pasta 🍝 - one with spinach 🌱- the other one with aubergine🍆 pesto and🍄 mushrooms, as well as a 🥗 small mixed salad. Great location, great staff, fabulous breakfast! All in a beautiful town. Our room was facing the harbor, so beautiful views. Comfortable bed, nice sized room for a short stay. Large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruits, cheeses, breads...couldn't have imagined it better. Would stay again and would recommend.

Had a late lunch, food is average, fries over cooked, baked potatoe under cooked. But, lovely views and friendly staff. Good shelter from either sun or rain outside.

Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕. Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest. We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten. There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.

We only visited the café-restaurant, overlooking the harbour of the town, for a dessert. Excellent Cheesecake and Strudel - light, tasty and proper-sized portions. The interior of the hotel also looked really beautiful. The personnel was kind, elegant and professional - highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel centrally located and waterfront (Lake Constance) in Lindau. We had a room facing the lake and it was a bit noisey at time as our room was right above the cafe, but the view from our room was spectacular. I loved our stay at the hotel. The customer service since booking until checkout was absolutely superb. They accommodated all of our request without any problem. Thank you our staying and relaxing time was formidable.

Very comfortable room in a quiet part of town. The staff provided helpful advice in parking our car in P5 parking at a much more affordable price than the park garage nearby. Breakfast included eggs prepared as you liked. We would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in a 13th century building. Rooms are well equipped and blend the old with new in an intriguing way. Our room has a fascinating "lean" so it sometimes feels like you're walking uphill from the bathroom to the bed! Where to start, the hotel itself, 600 year old building with great effort restoring it but keeping a lot of original touches. We had a medical emergency during our stay, turned out to be a 3 day hospital stay for my wife and the staff did absolutely anything to help me. The most accommodating people. The rooms are old fashion but high tech. Touch lighting with dimmer options, Bose sound, rain shower...

Beautiful hotel located very centrally in the city in a 600-year old house. Wood beams and floors were kept in their original state to augment the modern and authentic rooms. Our room (No. 10) had a slight incline which only added to it's authenticity. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. Parking is not available, however the larger parking lot for the island is only a 10-minute walk...
