5 star hotels in Lindau

This hotel couldn’t be in a better spot right in front of the harbour but it needs updating. Our room smelt musty and no amount of ventilation seemed to change this. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful though the women on the front desk can be rather icy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool but there could be more seating and also more shade as it got very crowded

This is one of the best hotels in Lindau. Their restaurant offers a mesmerising view of the lake constance. The food is tasty as well. The staff is very friendly. Easily reachable. Mountain view. Major shops nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really well located in the city, which guided our choice. On the other hand, not at all up to the standard of a hotel of this category. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and far from having all the comfort. The bathrooms are small. The bedding is ok. On the wellness side, a part was not open because it was under repair or malfunctioning but it would be nice to specify it at the reservation...

We had delicious gluten free cakes from them that are great with their delicious coffee with a great view. Thank you.

Great old hotel with outstanding service. The location is directly opposite the main train station so super convenient with your luggage. Check in staff are great and see you off to your room quickly and efficiently. Dining room for breakfast is stunning looking out to the lighthouse and lion. Beware it will get full early so be prepared to wait if you arrive a little towards the end of the service

The hotel is very nice, room are clean and spacious, mine had a terrace and a nice view. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The personnel is adorable and even when we arrived at 11pm they welcome us with a smile.

One of the most lovely hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was beautiful but casual and just made me very comfortable. The good was fantastic and the hostess was so nice. I really wish we had spent longer at this personal hotel.

Probably my favorite hotel of all time. Extremely relaxing with a superb restaurant. Bargain of the century, to boot. Comes very close to places like the Jumeirah Al Qasr, but without being such a hectic beehive. Actually has good parking, so it's an excellent choice for those taking European delivery of a German car.

Pretty, old hotel with character located next to the Bodensee. While the rooms are okay, they are out of date. The restaurant is mediocre. And unfortunately, the weirdest part of the hotel is that the sauna is only open between 14.00 and 19.00. While it can be accessed by special request before 14.00 it cannot be used after 19.00. Lovely place to stay. Great choice of wellness treatments. My husband and I enjoyed that we could access the wellness area using an assigned lift. Hotel Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕. Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest. We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten. There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.

We only visited the café-restaurant, overlooking the harbour of the town, for a dessert. Excellent Cheesecake and Strudel - light, tasty and proper-sized portions. The interior of the hotel also looked really beautiful. The personnel was kind, elegant and professional - highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel centrally located and waterfront (Lake Constance) in Lindau. We had a room facing the lake and it was a bit noisey at time as our room was right above the cafe, but the view from our room was spectacular. Great location, great staff, fabulous breakfast! All in a beautiful town. Our room was facing the harbor, so beautiful views. Comfortable bed, nice sized room for a short stay. Large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruits, cheeses, breads...couldn't have imagined it better. Would stay again and would recommend.

Very comfortable room in a quiet part of town. The staff provided helpful advice in parking our car in P5 parking at a much more affordable price than the park garage nearby. Breakfast included eggs prepared as you liked. We would absolutely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in a 13th century building. Rooms are well equipped and blend the old with new in an intriguing way. Our room has a fascinating "lean" so it sometimes feels like you're walking uphill from the bathroom to the bed! Where to start, the hotel itself, 600 year old building with great effort restoring it but keeping a lot of original touches. Beautiful hotel located very centrally in the city in a 600-year old house. Wood beams and floors were kept in their original state to augment the modern and authentic rooms.
