Great old place.. the view over the Bodense Lake is magnificent.. the rooms, though, could use a little upgrade if they wanna be a 5 star ..Gorgeous are around the hotel.

Pretty, old hotel with character located next to the Bodensee. While the rooms are okay, they are out of date. The restaurant is mediocre. And unfortunately, the weirdest part of the hotel is that the sauna is only open between 14.00 and 19.00. While it can be accessed by special request before 14.00 it cannot be used after 19.00. A great place to relax. Great selection of wellness treatments. My husband and I liked that we could get to the wellness center by a special elevator. Guests are provided with robes and slippers.

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. This hotel couldn’t be in a better spot right in front of the harbour but it needs updating. Our room smelt musty and no amount of ventilation seemed to change this. The breakfast is pretty good and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful though the women on the front desk can be rather icy. There is an indoor and outdoor pool but there could be more seating and also more shade as it got very crowded

This is one of the best hotels in Lindau. Their restaurant offers a mesmerising view of the lake constance. The food is tasty as well. The staff is very friendly. Easily reachable. Mountain view. Major shops nearby. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place with the best service ever! Antonio, the waiter of the terrace, has an extremely good eye for detail and is really service oriented: as soon as we arrived, he welcomed us and accommodated us in a very nice spot followed by some delicious cocktails. He definitely made our evening very pleasant and we would love to come back soon. Highly recommended!

We sat in a cafe bar on the lake shore. A beautiful view, chairs with fur, a great gin and tonic, beautiful glasses, a delicious cake, friendly staff and a bowl of water for the dogs. I would just make a bilingual price list / menu. You are a tourist place after all.

The yacht hotel Helvetia is a very very nice Hotel with 5 floors. We were served at the reception very friendly. Also the room was very nice. A quiet, small accommodation with a very good price/performance ratio. Everything was neat and clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. There isn't much going on in town at this time of year (end of November).

We stayed there for just one night to visit the area and our friends on the island. The room was pretty clean and quiet. The breakfast was also good.

Fantastic regional food, fresh and cooked to perfection. As unlikely as it is, this restaurant features a substantial fish selection depending on the catch of the day. I loved my onion roast beef (Schwäbischer Zwiebelrostbraten) and will make sure to visit again.

Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕. Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest. We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten. There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.

The reception was welcoming. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the shower and the toilet. But the bedroom was too hot. the view isn’t the best. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Ein überaus nettes Personal und die Chefin erfragt sofort ob Wünsche offen sind und empfiehlt gerne gute Restaurants. Auch das Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen vom Bäcker lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man sich Lindau anschauen möchte, kann man das Hotel wirklich gut empfehlen!

Ein sehr nettes kleines Hotel, liegt ganz zentral am Bahnhof und Hafen. Dennoch ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer hinten raus sind sogar super ruhig. Eine freundliches Serviceteam verwöhnt die Gäste. Gerne wieder, wenn ich in Lindau bin.
