The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview

The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful

We are far from what we can expect at the reception and the answers are rather evasive when we ask questions. The swimming pool is pleasant in the morning

There is an indoor and outdoor pool but there could be more seating and also more shade as it got very crowded

We only visited the café-restaurant, overlooking the harbour of the town, for a dessert. Excellent Cheesecake and Strudel - light, tasty and proper-sized portions. The interior of the hotel also looked really beautiful

We had a room facing the lake and it was a bit noisey at time as our room was right above the cafe, but the view from our room was spectacular. So if you are looking for "quiet time" ask for a room not facing the lake

Parking is about one block away and will cost you 15 euros a night for secured underground parking. Open, unsecured parking is also available one block away for 10 euros per night

For us, it was perfect, as was the room, staff and breakfast the next morning. Lindau is a great town to explore with many shops, cafe's and parks

Great place! Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Good Breakfast. The view from the window was to the lighthouse, it's just stunning scenery!

Clean and spacious rooms, decently priced, great breakfast and what a bit of the bodensee

A great place to relax. Great selection of wellness treatments. My husband and I liked that we could get to the wellness center by a special elevator. Guests are provided with robes and slippers.

Great place at the lake. Old Hotel very expensive for what is offered. Best is the renovated swimmingpool and wellness. A single bedroom is really very very small room 441 for example. Nice Staff.

Pretty, old hotel with character located next to the Bodensee. While the rooms are okay, they are out of date. And unfortunately, the weirdest part of the hotel is that the sauna is only open between 14

Lovely place to stay. Great choice of wellness treatments. My husband and I enjoyed that we could access the wellness area using an assigned lift. Hotel Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

Beautyful view over the lake of Constance, exceptionell service , friendly waiters and good spirit. Food fine, drinks superb, all in all very recommandable !

Super small informal hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A lovely pool. Easy access to the island at Lindau and other lakeside towns.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are good and well equipped. bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is an open swimming pool inside in between the room clusters

Very good breakfast! Swimming pool is a small one. The hotel was a little bit crowded. No air conditioning in the hotel room.

Enjoyed our stay in a cozy and lovely hotel. Lots of details everywhere. Awesome breakfast in the morning did surprise us a lot. We will be definitely back again.

Very nice and modern rooms, parking in front of the hotel, very quiet and only 15 minutes to walk to reach Lindau Island. Breakfast high variety and quality, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel.

friendly check-in and food and drinks served till late with option to purchase sandwiches and snacks 24 hrs. I particularly like the fact that they have an ironing room on each floor with a top-notch steam iron

Perfect hotel! Good location near Iceland and Bodensee for walking and ride bicycles. Unbelievable view of nature! Clean rooms, creative design inside, very friendly and kindly staff, can help any time.

Great hotel; friendly and professional staff; good breakfast; small, but nice gym and cozy spa facility! The only downside is the train railway in the immediate proximity and the noise of every 15 min passing trains

It is in the center of the town. You can walk around, shop, go to the light house area very easy.

Location of hotel is excellent and service quite professional. However lack of air conditioning is not acceptable especially in relation to price. I also cannot agree it is friendly for children

Good location, but small room with no ventilation system. Too warm in summer. Pricey during peak season, breakfast is okay. Friendly staff though.

The ambiance is very relaxing and traditional. The Breakfast service is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the station and to the port. Everywhere are restaurants and shops

You get a list a day before breakfast and you can choose maximum 5 items and write the time you wanted to have your breakfast. There is also a basket with bread and wishes are mostly granted

The handsome & kind owner and the friendly staff turned our visit to a memorable and magical experience on this cute island. The location of the hotel is just perfect to stroll around

They have also their own restaurant which is very well visited. People fall in line to have a table. All in all, we are happy with our stay in the beautiful island of Lindau

I went to the hotel restaurant for lunch and had the cheese Spätzle with a Schnitzel. It was delicious. Andreas, the waiter, was super friendly and attentive.

There is no aircon, so it could be really warm in the attic specially in Sommer

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and they will clean it for you everyday. Its location is perfect, it close to the city center, harbour, and even inselhalle. Unfortunately their wifi is super slow

Stayed at Anker Hotel on Lindau Island in early May. From check-in, to check-out, everything was great. Super friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, short walk to everything.

What a pleasant please to eat Lebanon food, friend of mine had a birthday there and you will not believe varieties of food brought to us from vegan foot to beef dish. was really good..

Nice place in the city center. But if you have a dog move along. They don't allow dogs here. Otherwise no complaints

We had a great stay! Very quiet room even though it was facing the train tracks. Friendly staff too and nice, clean common areas

Only thing was that showers turned off automatically after one minute so you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on

It was great. It's got a big Kitchen, warm showers and comfortable beds. Also you can reach the sea within minutes. Would do it again.

Some of the tables in the breakfast room are very narrow, so that you have to straighten your legs under the table in order to be able to sit face-to-face. The driveway leads practically through the pedestrian zone

Obviously at this price point there is no air conditioning and it can get very hot in the summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very good and rich

Some are like in a cheap hotel and therefore okay. Others are so low that I can't stand upright, or only in a certain area because the ground is extremely crooked

Historical Gasthaus with typical south-german food. Modern and comfortable rooms. Staff is very warm and friendly.

Rooms were completely renovated as new. Rooms have good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good from the buffet, eggs were prepared as desired. Beds very large 140cmx 200cm). In 25 minutes you can be directly in Lindau

Fantastic regional food, fresh and cooked to perfection. As unlikely as it is, this restaurant features a substantial fish selection depending on the catch of the day

It was big enough for two people and had sufficient storage space. The breakfast was really varied but maybe a little drawback - we tend to come to breakfast later, so some things were missing and not replenished

The spa is out of this world, also offering a rooftop pool and a large sauna. We also booked a 90-minute package for two with a jacuzzi, a bottle of prosecco and a fruit platter

A beautiful little gem in Lindau. From the warm and friendly welcome to the beautiful rooms and SPA area. The hotel seems newly renovated, and all is cozy and clean. Even the SPA area is great for such a hotel

The service was impeccable and everybody was really helpful - the hotel does not have a room service but when we asked for a pizza and a bottle of wine to be delivered to the room, it was not an issue at all

Our room was rather quirky with the shower directly in the room and a small balcony with a great view of the lake, the tower, the bay, the lighthouse and the statue of a lion

This boutique hotel is situated directly at the waterfront of the Lake Constance within walking distance to the town centre. I believe it was renovated in 2020

Nice camping site, with a very kids friendly atmosphere. The central plaza is perfect for kids, with live music, pool, children's toilet facilities, etc. The restaurants are alright, but not fantastic.

The pool was okay, some more parasols could be useful. As an alternative, the nearby Alpenfreibad in Scheidegg can be highly recommended! At weekends it gets quite crowded

Bathroom facilities very extremely clean and fresh (one wash house was newly build recently), for kids there was even an extra room designed like a small jungle with hidden showers

Staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful. Great Biergarten, restaurants and small shop on the campsite
