Great old hotel with outstanding service. The location is directly opposite the main train station so super convenient with your luggage. Check in staff are great and see you off to your room quickly and efficiently

I have stayed here at least once a year since 2012 and look forward to each visit very much. The location on the harbour front at Lindau looking over Bodensee towards the Austrian alps is superb

Hotel Bayerischer Hof is a grand old hotel with excellent rooms and modern facilities. It is ideally located in the prime port position at Lindau, immediately opposite the railway station

What is particularly outstanding about this hotel is the warm and extremely professional service. To achieve this level of service consistently over a six-year period is quite something!

Dining room for breakfast is stunning looking out to the lighthouse and lion. Beware it will get full early so be prepared to wait if you arrive a little towards the end of the service

The facade overlooks Lindau harbour. Settling mainly in middle-aged and elderly Germans and Austrians. The pictures with the Harbor hotel is the white building in the middle

Both the indoor and outdoor pool were very good and the sauna and steam rooms are well equipped with everything one might need

Great place at the lake. Old Hotel very expensive for what is offered. Best is the renovated swimmingpool and wellness. A single bedroom is really very very small room 441 for example. Nice Staff.

Lovely place to stay. Great choice of wellness treatments. My husband and I enjoyed that we could access the wellness area using an assigned lift. Hotel Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

the location was very very good, right along the lake and it was a 5 minute cycle ride/20 minute walk along the water to the island town of lindau which was full of shops and restaurants

Beautyful view over the lake of Constance, exceptionell service , friendly waiters and good spirit. Food fine, drinks superb, all in all very recommandable !

Rented A paddle boat for four adults for one hour, friendly attendant prompt service cheap 15€ per hour. Would recommend to others

I am a person who like to eat a lot of salads. Every time I go to this restaurant ,I will always eat salad. The tast of salad is right here. The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful ,very clean

10 days holiday in this happy, friendly Gasthof. Excellent staff, superb food, great location.

The property is very clean, the rooms has enough space (but not for big trunks) and the food is excellent. We noticed that at the hotel restaurant are coming in every evening local people to eat and drink

Could be a base for car trips in region – tour of Lake Constance, or as we did, visit to famous German Castles – Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle

We stayed there 3 nights, had very good breakfast and enjoyed to stay at the dusk with our beers on a nice terrace

We only visited the café-restaurant, overlooking the harbour of the town, for a dessert. Excellent Cheesecake and Strudel - light, tasty and proper-sized portions. The interior of the hotel also looked really beautiful

We had a room facing the lake and it was a bit noisey at time as our room was right above the cafe, but the view from our room was spectacular. So if you are looking for "quiet time" ask for a room not facing the lake

Parking is about one block away and will cost you 15 euros a night for secured underground parking. Open, unsecured parking is also available one block away for 10 euros per night

For us, it was perfect, as was the room, staff and breakfast the next morning. Lindau is a great town to explore with many shops, cafe's and parks

A 14th Century gem with modern interior that still captured all the charm of beams etc! Soo beautifully done. We had two rooms, one for our teenager and one for my husband and myself and each room was excellent

Enjoyed our stay in a cozy and lovely hotel. Lots of details everywhere. Awesome breakfast in the morning did surprise us a lot. We will be definitely back again.

Location of hotel is excellent and service quite professional. However lack of air conditioning is not acceptable especially in relation to price. I also cannot agree it is friendly for children

The Wellness area was also very satisfactory. There was a steam room, a pool with counter flow, and even more. The 5th floor was at the top of the Hotel in the open. There was a Sauna and a heated Pool

The Spa lounge area has a stunning and relaxing view to the lake, same as the sauna on the rooftop. If you are foreigner be aware in Germany and also in this hotel the rooftop area (sauna & mini pool) is textile free

Wonderful Stay! A very nice room, had my friend made me want to surprise, and he managed to do very ? Dinner was Mega tasty, from the greeting from the kitchen to the Dessert, everything is excellent, especially the greeting from the kitchen blew me away, I would have ordered on time ? In the evening we have booked the White Lounge was also very nice, not only to me personally the water in the cave...

Beautiful place with the best service ever! Antonio, the waiter of the terrace, has an extremely good eye for detail and is really service oriented: as soon as we arrived, he welcomed us and accommodated us in a very nice spot followed by some delicious cocktails

We sat in a cafe bar on the lake shore. A beautiful view, chairs with fur, a great gin and tonic, beautiful glasses, a delicious cake, friendly staff and a bowl of water for the dogs

The yacht hotel Helvetia is a very very nice Hotel with 5 floors. We were served at the reception very friendly. It had many different lights and a beautiful bathroom with a Radio

We had a fantastic time here! The hotel is positioned very near the island of Lindau, so it was a beautiful ten-minute walk every morning. Our room was quite spacious, tastefully arranged and always very fresh and tidy

For a great daily rate we also got to rent bikes from here, which really unlocked the Bodensee region for us! Breakfast was a simple but varied buffet of various cereals, breads, spreads, cold cuts and warm foods - all delicious and enjoyable! Some of the tables in the breakfast room are very narrow, so that you have to straighten your legs under the table in order to be able to sit face-to-face. The driveway leads practically through the pedestrian zone

Obviously at this price point there is no air conditioning and it can get very hot in the summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very good and rich

Some are like in a cheap hotel and therefore okay. Others are so low that I can't stand upright, or only in a certain area because the ground is extremely crooked

The bed is lined accordingly on one side so that you don't roll out. When entering the room, I pulled the cobwebs off the ceiling with my hairdo

Other rooms have toilet and shower in the corridor or even on another floor. However, the prices have been adjusted accordingly

In August we spent 3 great weeks at the Hotel Am Rehberg. We felt very much at home with the Bast family. The suite was very nice, clean and large. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful

The house didn't smell of “old grandma” (that's a cheek) or any other unpleasant smell. The pool in the basement was also big enough. We will recommend the hotel to others and will definitely be back

We stayed at this charming family owned hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Room: This was the least expensive and smallest room as we only stayed for two nights

2021 in their hotel and were very enthusiastic. Our suite with balcony was large, clean and very comfortably furnished

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and they will clean it for you everyday. Its location is perfect, it close to the city center, harbour, and even inselhalle. Unfortunately their wifi is super slow

Stayed at Anker Hotel on Lindau Island in early May. From check-in, to check-out, everything was great. Super friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, short walk to everything.

What a pleasant please to eat Lebanon food, friend of mine had a birthday there and you will not believe varieties of food brought to us from vegan foot to beef dish. was really good..

Nice place in the city center. But if you have a dog move along. They don't allow dogs here. Otherwise no complaints

We had a great stay! Very quiet room even though it was facing the train tracks. Friendly staff too and nice, clean common areas

Only thing was that showers turned off automatically after one minute so you had to keep pressing the button to turn it back on

It was great. It's got a big Kitchen, warm showers and comfortable beds. Also you can reach the sea within minutes. Would do it again.

Nice camping site, with a very kids friendly atmosphere. The central plaza is perfect for kids, with live music, pool, children's toilet facilities, etc. The restaurants are alright, but not fantastic.

The pool was okay, some more parasols could be useful. As an alternative, the nearby Alpenfreibad in Scheidegg can be highly recommended! At weekends it gets quite crowded

And the nearest bathroom is in 10 min walk Good parts: pool, restaurant, groceries

Bathroom facilities very extremely clean and fresh (one wash house was newly build recently), for kids there was even an extra room designed like a small jungle with hidden showers

Staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful. Great Biergarten, restaurants and small shop on the campsite
