Comfortable, clean rooms and a good continental breakfast. Quirky design with the red and city wallpapers. 15 min walk from old town, free parking behind the hotel. Would stay again.

I would have put 5 stars if it wasn't for the uncomfortable pillows. Otherwise the hotel is great, very nice rooms, good looking hotel, great bathroom and nice staff. Just not very comfortable pillows ..

This place was perfect for our purposes. We were traveling by train and just stopping for a night. Since it's located right next door to the train station, this was totally convenient! The breakfast was great. The walk from the hotel to the old city takes only 15 minutes. The hotel seems well-kept and the staff were helpful.

Sited in sight of Lübeck's train and bus station (the HBf and ZOB), this place wins for convenience should you be coming in from Hamburg or further afield. With a taxi rank outside, you can also easily get places within the city if buses aren't your thing.
The rooms, while comfortable and air conditioned, are what we'll call compact, and the lack of free coffee or water (two bottles for a three day stay) might be off putting to some.
Outside the rooms, the H+ has a sauna/fitness room on the 5th floor, which is simple but enough for keeping you busy. The Breakfast is a filling buffet of the usual items you'd expect (cereal, bread, pastries, hot and cold meats, etc) with a decent bar and good beer selection (Jever and White Beer on draught). It also offers a small snack menu of pizza and the like, however you're close enough to central Lübeck to see what's on offer there.
All in all, it delivers what's needed for a stay in the gorgeous city of Lübeck.

The room we booked was already taken so they arranged for a free upgrade in order to accomodate my friend in a wheelchair. The whole place is very accessible and the 24 hour concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. Opening the handicapped doors and helping us at all times of the day (and night!). The room itself was beautiful with a splendid view of some major attractions and ample space to maneuvre, something that is unfortunately rare even with hotels advertising their accessibility. All in all a great experience and a lovely time. Keep up the good work!

The Hotel was in a really nice and professionell state. The room was really pretty and had enough space for everything you need in one night.

This was centrally located, cozy hotel. The rooms were super comfortable, though lerhaps a bit smaller than pictured on the website. It was a bit pricey for the size- but also included free parking and wifi! There was a nice bar and restaurant, though the breakfast buffet was a bit expensive for our taste so I can't really comment on that. We found some local cafes instead! The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience.
